Our driver, Mark was very polite and very helpful. The hotel rooms were excellent but shame to say the food wasn't warm at dinner or breakfast. I would definitely travel with you again as I found your service from booking to the end if our trip first class.

Really enjoyed our break. Windsor was lovely. Plenty of things to see. Enjoyed HOHO BUS and River cruise.Hampton Court was amazing. A beautiful interior and the gardens were lovely.We were impressed with Jones. Trip, driver and hotel were excellent. Will travel with them again

Lovely break, hotel really good, Elvis Evolution good in parts. James the driver really helpful and worked hard when there was an incident on the motorway, to find an alternative route etc. Highly recommend this company

A wonderful trip. The hotel, Crowne Plaze in London Docks was great including staff, food and location. Elvis show was very good 2nd half, not brilliant first half. James the Driver was very helpful, courteous and informative. Very good value short break. Thanks everyone involved from booking to completing the break. We'll be back for our next break away.

Callum our driver, and Matthew really went beyond to make the two day trip very enjoyable. We were kept up to date throughout the trip and were given lots of facts of London by Callum. They both have a great sense of humour and nothing was too much trouble for them. I definitely recommend Jones.

Loved the holiday the driver Nathen was brilliant the only thing we were picked up by macdonald briton ferry and when we come home we were dropped off the other side of the road which ment we had to climb a load of steps and walk over the bypass and all over 70 we found that very hard

Another great holiday with JTB. Thank you to all at Jones, for all your hard work to make every break we have ever been on great and memorable. This break was advertised as a budget hotel, with basic meals. The hotel was old, but clean, beds were really comfortable, food was nice. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommended. Callum, our driver is a credit to the company and went above and beyond. Have been on other breaks with Callum driving and he is a fountain of knowledge with a great sense of humour. We will be back again soon. Thank you all! X

This August, i have been on 2 trips with yourselves. From start to finish the both trip were organised and delivered professionally. At the start of August we went on the Heart of Windsor trip. Our driver Nigel was great, he kept us informed throughout the journey with timings and even arranged an early drop off at the hotel. The hotel was absolutely beautiful with a fantastic location opposite the Castle. We have just returned from the Tower of London, return of the poppies trip. Callum was a fantastic guide while driving around London and again the whole trip was organised fantastically! On both occasions the coaches were immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. I would (and have) recommended Jones the Bus for the wide range of trips you offer…. 10/10

Brilliant weekend spent in Windsor and in Chatham Dockyard for the Call The Midwife tour ,our driver Nigel was absolutely fantastic ,hotel was brilliant as well, would highly recommend Jones International and will certainly be using them again

The service from being picked up in Fforestfach on the Saturday morning to being dropped back off on the Sunday was fantastic . Nigel was a breath of fresh air nothing was too much for him. Great holiday. Wonderful journey which flew by. Fabulous (new )coach. Great driver and his family. Lovely people on the coach got to know them all. Lovely hotel and staff. Ostend is a great place to stay. The trips were outstanding. We like going on different holidays as there is so much to see but Belgium might be a re-visit.

My friend and I were impressed with the smooth running of the trip and in particular with our driver Callum - he was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The only thing that spoilt our trip was the long bus journey. We left home at 8 am and didn’t get to London until 4pm. We had to travel from Pembrokeshire to Carmarthen and there were many pickups after this. Some of which seemed to be close together whereas we had to travel a long way for our pickup. We live in the wrong place but overall the trip was really good.

1st time booking with yourself We were picked up Cardiff Gate, myself & 3 friends by Nigel 1st stop Windsor. We had 5 hrs here which we enjoyed Then on to our hotel we had evening meal / breakfast. Our hotel room was great lovely clean .fab beds great shower Dinner & breakfast were both lovely Then off to our tour at docks Before tourvwe visited the lifeboats exhibition Then a little tour of the submarine both great Then the tour which again was amazing the tour guide very informative After tour we had Our afternoon tea The entire trip was 5 star Our coach driver is a credit to your company he so friendly ..polite .happy Will definitely recommend your company to friends and family Hopefully will be booking again Thankyou

This was our first time using Jones International. Great holiday in Torquay. Well organised for the day trips out. Lovely driver we had (James). Excellent value for money. Will be checking out the website soon for either day, weekend or week holidays. Can’t wait to travel again with yourselves.

Amazing seats in theatre for an amazing show. The coach trip was fantastic from start to finish. Callum was our driver. OMG what a driver he was too! I'd rate him 20 out of 10. This trip to the Military Tattoo was a big tick off my bucket list. It was absolutely amazing. From the time we stepped onto the bus, until the time we stepped off, we were looked after and catered for. The staff at the Winnock Hotel were friendly and helpful. Driver Shaun who went the extra mile, to make our journey to Edinburgh and back to South Wales, fun informative and safe.

Wow!! Amazing few days not only in Edinburgh but visiting various areas and an amazing boat trip on Loch Lomond. We stayed in the Winnock Hotel in Drymen which was perfect, great rooms and amazing food (all part of our trip). Shaun our driver was so knowledgeable about the area, so friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to make the trip extra special, we were able to see some additional landmarks along the routes which was a nice touch (we were very lucky with the weather I’m guessing Shaun organised that too)! My 86 year old mother said it was the best trip that she’s been on. The only negative were the seats for the Tattoo which were right at the top of the stands, my mother and others did struggle with climbing the steps, it would be a good option to have more accessible seating options even if the cost was a little bit more. Ps…we’ve just booked a few more trips, my Mother is off to Italy with you soon there’s nothing stopping her now thanks to the ease of your trips. Thank you x

Fantastic few days, hotel great Fantastic food and very good service, as for the driver Sean he will be good in a few years, ha ha he was outstanding kept us all informed what was coming each day, it was very personal service thank you Sean.The only down side for me was the distance the hotel was from Edinburgh but that did not spoil the few days we had.So well done Jones the bus is the best8/25

Had a fantastic two days with Jones international our driver Nigel was absolutely outstanding so was his partner Jean who were both helpful and very understanding… we stayed at the Holiday Inn Heathrow lovely hotel comfortable bed and we had an amazing evening buffet and breakfast… I will only travel with Jones international as they are fantastic coaches are always clean and very comfortable… have travelled a few times now and looking to book more trips… Thank you once again for a fantastic weekend

The driver was really helpful and lovely taking us to places on route and on way home we’ve never been before (very thoughtful). Bus extremely comfortable and plenty leg room. Hotel had amazing facilities, food superb and plenty of choice however was extremely disappointed with the room standard as it was in desperate need for an upgrade. Didn’t sleep well as mattress was extremely springy had to have a mattress topper, pillows so flat and yellow (as needed a clean) so asked for new ones. Was glad it was only x2 nights as couldn’t bear that room any longer. Such a pity room let it down as everything else was perfect. Don’t think I would stay there again for that reason as I stayed last year (on a trip with Jones) in the Riviera when I went with my mum, room was modern, clean and comfortable beds and pillows. I would rate jones 5 but with the room disappointment I’ll have to give a 4 sadly.

This holiday represented a masterpiece of organisation. The excursions were well planned and most enjoyable, Shaun, our Driver and guide, was most kind, considerate and helpful with a lovely sense of humour. Absolutely wonderful trip, Shaun our driver ensured everything ran like clockwork. The bus and driver were immaculate, stopping en route for comfort breaks with plenty of useful informative given then and throughout the trip. Our hotel, Four Oaks in Llandudno was right on the seafront and in full bloom with its beautiful gardens. A quirky hotel which was very clean, had comfy beds and very good food. Breakfast and 3 course meal every night with lots of choice there was no chance of going hungry!There was one free day in Llandudno, the rest we went on trips everyday, they were all fantastic, especially Bodnant Gardens and Portmeirion to name a few. The whole area is stunning, Shaun was such a star taking us as many places as he could.Overall we were super impressed with Jones, the service is really professional and friendly and such excellent value.Looking forward to many more trips.Alison and Andrew.

Lovely time

Yet again James and Korrie outdid themselves. Everything was top class, locations/accommodation/and most of all the double act of James and Korrie. The laughs, and camaraderie help to make the trip. They are masters of keeping the mystery right until the last minute. Italy was a wonderful surprise, loved Faustio’s hotel in beautiful Paganella. The Dolomites were breathtaking, and I loved our visit to Lake Garda. The stops en route to our destination and return of Strasbourg, Innsbruck and Laon were memorable.

We use Jones International every year for our trip to Alton Towers. It’s definitely worth it. For the two day tickets, hotel and bus ride there and back the value for money is really amazing. Hotel is excellent and the trip is always worth it. We do it every year and will continue todo so. Always a pleasure to travel with Jones International.

Driver arrived early, coach spotless as always. Warm friendly welcome aboard. Drove with care and safety throughout. First drop off Oxford. 5 hours+ to look around and see the beautiful areas. Collected when agreed and taken to hotel. A few hours to relax and get ready for evening meal. Rooms spacious, clean and relaxing. Evening meal chicken roast self service plus veggie option if required. Pudding chocolate brownie, no alternative. I wasn’t the only passenger who doesn’t like chocolate flavoured dessert. Albeit the meal was fine. Breakfast superb. Good variety of food on offer. Then off to Blenheim palace. Most beautiful place. Gardens astounding. Climbing up theScaffolding to view roof repairs was the highlight of the trip. A must if you visit. There for about another year. Seeing the statues up close and being able to see the wooden roof structure was something special. Approximately 5 hours to look around which flew by. Then a relaxing trip back to pick up point. Excellent trip, superb value for money and great company throughout. Would recommend this trip and any other offered with Jones the bus. Looking forward to the next trip.

Myself and my daughter had an amazing time on this trip with Nigel the driver and his wife Jean. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and the mercure haydock hotel were amazing in the chef preparing a meal for my daughter aside from the set menu. I really didn't expect that nothing was too much trouble on the trip for the hotel or Jones the bus this is the third time myself and my daughter have used Jones the bus and each time the service has been exceptional! Thank you so much for making it easy for myself and my daughter to travel and making her health condition less daunting. The Coronation Street Experience was absolutely amazing for a Corrie fan and very well planned!!
