You can either book over the phone by calling us 01558 822985 or by clicking Book Now on when viewing your desired break on our website, then following the booking process through to completion.

If you have any difficulty with making a booking online then please contact us for assistance.

If you are making your booking through the website, we offer the facility to pay online via debit or credit card (no extra charges for credit card payments). We can also accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers over the phone, and take cash payments at our office on Station Road, Llandeilo.

For many breaks we are only able to offer child discounts for children aged 3 – 11 years. Infants aged 0-2 years can travel for £40 for their seat on the coach, however this does not include an extra bed for them in your hotel room (cots available at most hotels upon request when booking). 

If you are unsure of what the total price of a short break / holiday will be for your group then please contact us for a quote.

A full list of our departure points is available on our pick up points page. We aim to send out departure times for each break, along with a full itinerary via email at least 3-4 weeks prior to travel but  if required we can usually give you an indication of departure time when you book; please contact us to ask if you require this information.

Your coach driver will keep you updated on the return journey of your trip to give you an estimated return time to your pick up point.

We don't allocate coach seats when you book, however if you do have any specific requirements we ask that you do notify us upon booking. Seats are allocated in advance prior to travel to ensure that all groups are seated together.

Important note about FRONT SEATS: Due to increasing demand for front seats on certain breaks, we are offering customers the opportunity to book guaranteed front seats for an additional £20 per person (and subject to availability).

If you are travelling with young children you are very welcome to bring along car seats for them to be seated in.

All of our coaches have lap belts which we advise should be worn at all times while travelling.

You are welcome to being food and drink with you to consume on the coach. We politely request that you remove all rubbish when leaving the coach.

All of our coaches have a toilet that you are welcome to use while travelling if needed. However we do offer regular comfort breaks on each journey as well.

Most of our coaches have USB charging points but if you are joining us for a long journey we recommend bringing portable chargers etc in case they are needed. We do not have WiFi onboard any of our coaches.

All of the outward and return journeys on our short breaks and holidays include rest breaks at least every 3 hours.

Breaks are usually taken at motorway services, although where possible on longer journeys we do try to include lunch break stops in a town centre.

For all of our breaks we offer a price of £40 per baby/infant (aged 2 years or under).

However please note that this price includes their own seat on the coach (please bring their car seat with you if you prefer to do so, but you are not required to seat them in  a car seat).

However this price does not include their own bed in your hotel room; therefore when you are selecting a hotel room type please include the number for the total people in the room but not including your baby. You can request a cot if you would like to have one for them to sleep in.

The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Jones International Holidays Ltd, and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for:

• Non-flight packages

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package.  Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Jones International Holidays Ltd. 

In the unlikely event that you require assistance whilst abroad due to our financial failure, please call our 24/7 helpline on 01702 811397 and advise you are a customer of an ABTOT protected travel company.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund if you decide to cancel your booking for any reason. Please take a look at the information on our Cancellation page for further explanation.

We always advise that you have suitable travel insurance cover in place to protect you should you need to cancel your booking.

Should we have to cancel your break for any reason then we will always offer a full refund or transfer to an alternative break
