A fantastic well planned trip. Callum our driver was so knowledgeable about the city transport system and provided lots of helpful information as we were travelling to and from Paris. The champagne at Pullman skybar at was fabulous plus the trip down the river Seine at dusk was fantastic with the highlight being watching the Eiffle Tower sparkle at 9 pm, what a fantastic end to a superb trip. Would thoroughly recommend and am looking forward to our next trip.

Just returned from the most amazing Paris City Break.My husband and I had a wonderful time.Lovely 5 star Pullman hotel in a great location for the metro to the city and next to a huge shopping centre.Once in Paris the sights are spectacular.The Eiffel tower lit up in the night and sparkling was just breathtaking.Callum the bus driver.Went above and beyond his role to make it even more enjoyable, by booking the Night Seine river cruise.Fantastic memories!! What a wonderful well planned weekend. A most comfortable and clean coach, driven expertly by Nigel, assisted in embarking and disembarking the coach by the lovely Jean. The hotel was comfortable with good food Blenheim Palace was magnificent with beautiful gardens. I would like to do this weekend again sometime soon because there were things that we did not get around to seeing Thank you all at Jones International for organising such a wonderful weekend. I will book again knowing that I will have a wonderful break

Myself, my daughter and granddaughter travelled with Lee on what was my granddaughters 8th birthday. What an amazing trip. Thank you to Lee and all those we travelled with for making it a weekend my granddaughter will forever remember.

Great trip from beginning to end.Driver was fabulous, always helpful and very prompt with information we needed.Bus very comfortable and clean, also hotel was better than expected and food was amazing, staff couldn't do enough to help with my dietary requirements as im am celiac. Would definitely be going back to London.

My daughter and I travelled to London with Lee the driver . The experience was excellent from the moment we were picked up to when we were dropped off . We were kept updated and given clear pick up instructions throughout the trip . The hotel was lovely and the show was amazing . I don’t think I have ever been on such a well organised and enjoyable break , we are already looking for our next journey thank you 10/10

Wow! An amazing musical that is fun for all the family!Definitely recommend watching this and can’t stop singing the songs especially the one on marmalade!Cast and stage was vibrant and full of colour!Shout out to Nathan who kept us informed throughout the weekend and made great timings on the road.Looking forward to my next musical with Jones the Bus!

Very enjoyable holiday, our first time to Ostend. Some wonderful trips out especially the boat trip in Brugge. Also loved all the chocolates in Brussels as well. We did master the trams as well on our free days. This was made so enjoyable as we met the friends we had made on the italian trip last year. Matthew is a star and a confident driver.

On our way back from a fabulous weekend to see Paddington the musical which was amazing . We had a great driver with Darko for getting us there and back safely and all the great information on the buildings while driving around London made it so interesting . Another amazing, hassle free trip with Jones. Matthew our driver, was brilliant both in navigating London traffic, getting us to places on time, making sure we were looked after, and London 'did you know.... trivia! I love this company and have recommended them to so many friends and family! Oh yes...show was incredible too!!

Yet another great excursion with Jones International. Show was brilliant and the journey was enhanced by a young driver - Matthew - who was extremely pleasant AND informative.

Myself and my friend went on this break and throughly enjoyed the break. It was our first time travelling with Jones International and will definitely book more trips with them. Matthew the driver was excellent. Good sense of humour and we felt safe at all times travelling with him. The trip was well organised, good seats for the show, comfortable coach, good hotel and good communication from Matthew. Would definitely recommend.

First time travelling with Jones and have just book again for another theatre break. We enjoyed everything! Easy to book, excellent value and all round great experience. Travel punctual and quick in comfortable, safe state of the art touring vehicle. Big shout out to Matthew very welcoming friendly and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. Clearly loves helping and interacting with his customers full of advice and hints. Great seats for the performance, comfortable hotel stay ( shame the pool was still closed and the bar shut just before our arrival ) but didn’t detract. We were a group of 7 and we all thoroughly enjoyed. The Hotel was exceptional and the food was of a high standard. Our driver Mark went over and above to please everyone on the trip and was very patient.

I was a bit apprehensive before the trip being on my own but I really enjoyed everything Mark our driver was brilliant and knew The Isle of Wight like the back of his hand. The hotel and staff were also very professional Could find no fault with it. I met some lovely people. This was our third visit to Ostend & we had another fabulous holiday there. Lovely walks along the promenade, to the harbour, leonardo park, the shops, wonderful evening with friends at la Stalla italian restaurant, On the beach & in the sea. Matthew was amazing, driving with care as always & making sure we were all enjoying & ok. It was nice to see Neil & Gemma too with their families as without them we wouldn,t have so many wonderful places to choose from. Boat trip in Brugge was so relaxing then waffles with strawberries & cream, coffee where the lovely waiter gave us extra chocolates so we know where to go next time. Ghent another boat trip then came the rain but even though we got soaked it cooled us down after all the hot weather. Then Sluis where they had a waterfall in the supermarket. We liked Brussels as there was so much to see & would go there again. It was a wonderful week making memories. I got more fridge magnets & took lots more photos. Thanks xx

Yet another great jones the bus holiday . New driver lee did a great job ... Riviera hotel is still a little dated however most sea side hotels are . Although food was limited was a good standard offering a roast plus two other choices .. Drinks expensive I feel.at the hotel . Excursions were good offering time to explore . coach was a good standard some of customers well ill leave that bit out .all in all wonderful trip THANKYOU

An excellent two day break with Jones International. The journey was comfortable, expertly led by Steve who was professional, informative and friendly throughout. Comfort stops were timely. The whole package was such great value for money, the theatre seats were brilliant as was the show. The hotel was also great and Windsor was a nice second day as it is quite compact with sufficient time to explore after a long first day. Another amazing holiday with Jones the Bus from the time I was picked up until dropped off. The hotel was lovely and everything was close by. The organised trips were to very interesting places with enough time to explore. It was also nice having 2 free days. Quite honestly, the best holiday I've ever had! EVER!Although our driver, Matthew, said it was his first Ostend / Brugge tour on his ‘own’, he was incredibly professional and an absolute joy to be around. He was unfailingly cheerful, helpful and kind, and I genuinely enjoyed his company.It was such a shame that the weather turned against us in Ghent, but we all turned it into a cause for laughter and still managed to have a brilliant time.Thank you all again for being such a marvellous team at JTB. I really couldn't have asked for a better holiday, and I'm looking forward now to The Great Christmas Feast!And remember, its less fuss with Jones The Bus!!

We have just returned from the perfect holiday. Both Callum and Denise were amazing, kind and friendly. They made our holiday so special by getting to know us and always having time for a chat. The hotels and locations were outstanding. The view from our bedroom windows in Lake Garda were breathtaking, we could see the mountains, town square and the lake.Visiting Switzerland and standing on the mountain pass looking down into the valley was an image that we'll never forget.The coach was so comfortable and always easy to spot!Diolch yn fawr to you all, yet another superb holiday.

Have just had the most amazing time in Riva Del Garda. A massive thank you to Callum and Denice for making the trip a lifelong memory. As well as the packed itinerary we also had extra bonuses thrown in too which added to the enjoyment, fun and laughter.I would highly recommend this trip and Jones the Bus to everyone.

Callum the driver and Denice the hostess were both fantastic and kept us entertained throughout the holiday. We saw lots of stunning scenery and visited cities-Reimes, Metz, Arras Verona where we had not been before. The boat trip to Limone and Malcesine were also a treat. We even had meal vouchers for the ferry on way to France and back home which we did not expect. We also enjoyed the free day in Riva and were fortunate the market happened to be on, also in the evening was the start of a festival with entertainment on the square.

The trip was excellent, Barco and Luka were very professional and good fun.However the evening dinner at the Holiday Inn was extremely badly organised and the food was poor.

Brilliant trip we had a fantastic time and our driver and his son Luka really made sure we had the best time. The whole itinerary was very clear and spot on timing. Had lovely time during this trip. The coach was lovely and clean, the driver (Steve) kept us updated with timings throughout the trip. The hotel was of a high standard. I would happily recommend the studio experience for those Harry Potter fans! Will definitely look to travel with Jones again.

We always love travelling with your company and the drivers are always excellent, our hotel in Bristol was also excellent . This time however our trip to Longleat was somewhat lacking . Even though everyone told the driver that they’d all enjoyed the general opinion when speaking to numerous passengers on the trip said how disappointed they were with the safari park . Quite boring actually and not that many animals to be seen . A lot of wasted space around the safari park as well and quite often nothing to see. A real shame as we really looked forward to this trip . In no way was this Jones the bus fault though and I don’t suppose you can control wild animals either but we wouldn’t do this trip again .

Well organised. Lovely hotel and location. Little bit disappointed with longleat itself . But the dry weather we've had hasn't helped.

Very good city break staying at the Tower Hotel with the Thames directly in front of us. It was the buzz of the place I loved…and the weather was wonderful. Out on the Thames river cruise to Greenwich absolutely loved it as indeed, Covent Garden on our way home. Great breakfast at the tower and plenty of places to eat out st Catherine’s walk the only let down no fridge in room. So couldn’t keep any cool drinks. You can give Oxford street a miss go to the park instead. I would have preferred going straight to the hotel and enjoy the great atmosphere of street food and drinks watching the boats on the Thames. I will definitely go again.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday touring Devon and Cornwall with Jones the bus. Thoroughly enjoyed from the moment we stepped on the bus until our drop off on return. The Derwent hotel was more than adequate for our needs and central to be able to walk around Torquay seafront, harbour and town. The trips in the itinerary were very enjoyable and well worth visiting. All the destinations were excellent giving good examples of Devon and Cornwall. Our driver Matthew was excellent, very competent and entertaining. This holiday was wonderful relaxing and pleasurable throughout. We rate Jones the bus and Matthew ten out of ten for the holiday..

There was 3 of us altogether and we absolutely loved this trip from start to finish! Abba Voyage was out of this world amazing, and the day in Covent Garden was lovely! Driver was great and friendly, as was the hotel! It wasn’t our first trip with Jones and definitely won’t be our last! Thank you so much!

Excellent 5days at the Four Oakes hotel ,spotlessly clean ,Good menu with choice at breakfast and dinner ,lovely staff .Mark our driver was excellent getting us to the hotel as part of the motorway was closed and had to divert cross country which made the journey longer than usual,Mark was brilliant in keeping us informed and apologetic for the long journey,Days out were good to Betwys y coed ,Caernarfon and Portmerion.this was our 2nd time with Jones and Mark .Booked Lake Garda for June next year ,can’t wait .

We had a fabulous time in London watching Mouline Rouge which was amazing Our driver Nathan dropped us off within 5 minutes of the theatre We had enough time to have food while we waiting for the show to startAfter the show it was a bit late by the time we got to the hotel which was about 50 minutes away but the Hilton hotel was excellent We had plenty of free time in the city centre the following day We did get caught up on ther return journey in a long hold up on the M4 but luckily our driver took a detour to get us home just a bit later than plannedNathan was very good and very knowledgeable It is the first time we have traveled with Jones International and already have a 5 day trip booked for next month and I am sure there will be mire to come

We have just returned from this trip and had a great time. The Derwent Hotel was good with excellent facilities. The room was small and dated but clean and did supply a fan as the weather was very hot. The restaurant had a large selection of food so there was always something to eat and the service excellent. The excursions were well planned and varied. The highlight of the holiday was our driver Matthew ( not Steve). He is a very competent driver, was polite, well informed about each excursion and punctual. Matthew has buckets of personality and a wicked sense of humour. He definitely made the whole trip a pleasure. We will certainly travel with Jones International again and will happily recommend them to anyone looking for a well organised holiday. A very well organised trip to see Paddington the musical. Arrived in plenty of time to have food/drinks before the show started. Very good seats in the theatre as well. Thanks to Steve bus driver then swapped to Callum on the way back to save time on our journey.

Both my husband and myself thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The holiday was a good one from start to finish. This was an exceptionally good trip! I am sure the very good weather helped a bit however the Driver Matthew looked after us and made us laugh and provided an excellent service. We got to visit lots of nice places and we had enough time to do and see everything we wanted to. The air con on the bus was much needed. Highly recommend this tour, I had the best time

A great weekend and Jones are always good. Hilton Hotel was great. The only downside was getting to the hotel at 3pm leaving at 5pm and then an hour and a half drive to the ABBA venue. Not so bad going but then when you come out at 9.30pm you have an hour and a half drive back to the hotel. There must be a hotel nearer
