Fabulous trip , stunning scenery and very well organised . Lovely main hotel and centrally located . Thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary which had been very well organised by the company . Our drivers Mark and Callum were outstanding nothing was too much trouble for them , we were really well looked after . We had a fabulous.time at Cadbury world then on to Birmingham. Our driver Calum was brilliant. He took care of everything. The kids can't wait for another adventure with Jones the bus..
Thank you for a wonderful week at the Rivera Hotel, our room was clean and comfortable, Hotel food was delicious, our trips each day were enjoyable, and most of all our driver, James was really helpful and kind, as my husband had mobility issues he helped him all week. Will definitely book again real soon,

Wow! we,ve had a fabulous time in Austria. Mark & Callum were wonderful as always to everyone so thank you both.We were well looked after. Seeing all our friends again & having new ones, great company, that,s the best time to enjoy on the coach & throughout the holiday.The scenery where ever we went was stunning. The day trips, Salzberg, the boat cruise on the lake were amazing. The Hotel Goldenes Schiff, food & staff was great. The sound of music tour with Peter the guide was fascinating to hear the original story, seeing all the places from the film we enjoyed. We will definitely go on this holiday again.
First trip with this company and it was lovely , me and the hubby had a fab time and will definatly be booking again .

We had the most amazing time on this holiday - its been on my bucket list for a long time and it lived up to expectations. Mark and Callum are drivers were amazing and looked after us so well - they went well above what they needed to do for us and always had time to listen and help - and their driving skills were excellent!! The main hotel for the holiday was wonderfully placed and they too looked after us really well. This was our first holiday with Jones the bus but it certainly wont be our last.

Would highly recommend this tour, although the journey through France and Germany is long the scenery is fantastic with plenty of comfort stops. The hotel in Bad Ischl could not be better placed alongside the river where you can sit and enjoy view and have a few drinks. The excursions were also beautiful with plenty to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff very helpful. Food was good with choice of main after first night. As for the drivers Mark and Callum they could not do enough for you and always went above and beyond what they needed to do . Have been with Jones the bus in the past and will definitely be going again, well run family business and it shows.

Just returned from a week in Ireland. My first trip with Jones that was longer than an overnight stay. Shaun our driver was brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful, went above and beyond to make the trip memorable including some sightseeing excursions that weren’t part of the original itinerary. As a solo traveller, I felt we started as strangers on the bus to becoming a little family at the end of the trip. Hotels were great, meal choices were excellent. Highly recommend, here’s to my next trip. Diolch yn fawr.

Just come back from a wonderful trip to see Andre Rieu in concert. The driver James was so professional, friendly and helpful telling us exactly where we were going and we had plenty of time to explore Valkenburg, Aachen and off course Maastricht where the show was out of this world. I have made new friends and would recommend Jones International to everyone and look forward to go with them again hopefully in the near future

Everything was absolutely perfect. The bus was comfortable, Nigel the driver was great and kept us well informed. The hotel accommodation and food were excellent. Really enjoyed the Call the Midwife tour definitely worth a visit if you’re a fan of the show.

This was the first time me and my mum been on Jones the bus and would highly recommend it to everyone! It’s so well organised as well as enjoying your own time. It’s a really good deal with evening meal and breakfast. We are already looking for another tour! Our bus driver Nigel was amazing and a joy!

Thoroughly enjoyable mon to fri break. First time with Jones,.Comfortable seating. Hotel Royal Esplanade in Ryde was very good with excellent rooms, with good views. My mum has mobility issues so I was a little nervous however Jones driver Callum couldn’t have been more helpful, not only with her but everyone. He kept us fully informed about traffic, weather, arrival times, local attractions in Torquay. The whole trip was relaxing and we both enjoyed food, entertainment and we upgraded our room and bathroom had everything mum needed - so happy, can’t wait to go with them again / DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

This was an excellent trip from start to finish. I felt very well looked after from the moment of booking to the end of the trip. On this trip I was meeting friends who joined the coach further along the journey. But had I been on my own, I would've felt safe and very well cared for. We really enjoyed the holiday, our driver Shaun was great and the hotels and coach were first class. The driving and trips were not too taxing and each day there were interesting sights and experiences.Even the weather and sea crossing were lovely.We've downloaded the app and we'll be back for more!
Throughly enjoyed our trip to Harry Potter Studios the hotel was spotless lovely evening meal and breakfast. Nigel our driver and his wife we awesome they couldn't have been more helpful keeping us updated on our journey and settling us in at our hotel. Not the first time I have travelled with Jones and definitely not the last. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The driver was friendly and organised everything brilliantly. The hotel was lovely as was the food. Very good value for money. Would highly tecommend.
Enjoyed the holiday. Shame everywhere was closed in Brest,but managed to find Naval museum open which was very good. Little train from hotel to Concarneu old town was a good way to see the main sites. Hotel nice, and staff friendly. James was brilliant and was very helpful to everyone. We'll done.

First time me and my mam went with yourselves absolutely fantastic company Callum our driver was brilliant,unfortunately whilst we where there my mum had a fall Callum was fantastic and supportive he found a hospital close to hotel for us to go whilst we was at the hospital he phoned checking to make sure everything was ok,the hotel was friendly and spotless I would definitely recommend jones company to everyone and definitely would go again with them

We had a lovely day in Chester,with overnight stay and evening meal,which were lovely .Next day was the Coronation Street Experience, which was absolutely amazing! I will definitely go again! Highly recommend this company, spoke regularly with the lady in the office as never been on a coach trip, always polite and helpful. The driver Mark was truly a star, nothing was too much trouble, always made himself available.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Excellent driver, very helpful and courteous. Excellent hotel & food.Some minor constructive criticism - bus radio/music could have had more of an eclectic choice. I was unaware that I had to travel to Llandeilo before going back to Carmarthen, own fault perhaps.
An absolutely brilliant weekend. Everything was perfect. The pickups , timing, studios and hotel were all great and not forgetting our fabulous driver Neil who was pleasant, cheerful and professional throughout. I would travel with Jones International again and certainly recommend them

A really good break trips were all well organised and Shaun had done his home work enabling him to make everything more interesting and helping us to find are way around much easier excellent service as always from him, Hotel was good clean and had all you would need in rooms food was good but I’m not a fan of mash potatoes and that was on all evening meal's so not to my taste otherwise good ,thanks Jones the Bus for another great trip and a big thanks to Shaun for brilliant service.
Very professional driver and a new luxury coach. All entry fees for the various gardens was included in the price.Our first call was at Dorney Court near Windsor. A fine Tudor Manor house, we had an extensive tour of the house and Church and surrounded by beautiful gardens.The Lensbury hotel on the banks of The Thames at Teddington Lock. A beautiful hotel in manicured gardens. The evening meal on the first night was a bit disorganised but this was remedied for the rest of the stay. The breakfast was top class.I had a large single room with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Modern well appointed ensuite.Kew gardens dropped off at the main gate with plenty of time to see the gardens. Hampton Court easy drop off point and plenty of time to see the house and gardens.Wisley The RHS garden was our last visit. The best garden you can ever visit for ideas in your own garden .Overall an excellent tour of The Gardens of The Thames Valley. Well worth the cost !A Highly recommended tour for gardeners or historians. Thank you for a lovely break with good weather.

A fantastic, well organised holiday. Coach was super comfy and clean. Shan/Shaun (not sure I am spelling that right) our driver was very informative and helpful. He went the extra mile to make the most of our trips out. Felt very safe and happy with his obviously great driving skills. The Four Oaks hotel was super. Great food and the rooms were comfy and welcoming. All the staff there were very friendly and efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed out trip.
Amazing weekend, we were well looked after by Callum. Everything was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about anything. If we had any issues Callum would not hesitate to resolve them and everything we needed to know Callum was very informative and more than happy to help us with. Shaun our driver was fantastic. This is our second trip with you and again with shaun he’s a true asset to you he goes the extra mile for everyone on the trip. Unfortunately the Hotel was a big let down, Food was not up to the stand that we had in the hotel in Torquay on our last trip 90% was frozen and had no taste. Superb trip as always. Coach comfortable, clean and enough space. Driver drove well, found alternative route when needed to enable clients continued enjoyment. Very attentive to clients and friendly. Hotel fantastic, room exceptionally clean and spacious. Food excellent. Overall a great trip and fantastic value for money paid.
Great experience start to finish.Bus clean, smooth journey and Mark was so pleasant and easy going . Had a laugh about counting passengers with his pinky finger. Went on our second trip with Jones the bus Back in January on the same trip we did the first time as i absolutely loved it, the first time in March last year, we had James, who is an asset to the company, so friendly, witty, informative & chatty, you could not fault him, his coach 'Monty' or BD18 TKX is so clean, comfortable & powerful! He made the JtB experience! The one we went on in Jan Korrie was our driver, and he was the same, so friendly, informative, witty & chatty, his coach, BA19 OXM was so comfortable, clean & nicely presented. The seats we had at the Lion king both times were brilliant, the hotel is by far my favourite ever, amazing Airport views, breakfast was really nice! a MASSIVE round of applause to the company as they are by far the best, Da iawn Jones, Hope to be on board again in the future!

My daughter and I had a great weekend with my 3 year old grandson in Legoland. Callum our driver provided regular clear information regarding the itinerary and was very friendly and helpful. The coach was comfortable and very clean, the hotel was modern and we had a great breakfast. My grandson still talks about Callum and the yellow banana bus. This was our second trip with Jones the Bus this year and would recommend to anyone.
This is the 2nd trip I've done with you this month. Did the Luxury Cotswolds trip on April 12th as well. On both occasions Mark was the driver, absolutely first class, so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Thank You Jones International, will definitely be booking more adventures with you !!
Polite, friendly helpful & informative driver Shaun bus comfortable and clean.Hotel great clean & central location lovely staff, we had view of the river, breakfast good & evening meal average but included in price.Excursion to where heartbeat was filmed I loved brought back memories of watching it with my late mamVery impressed with Whitby shame weather was too windy for a boar ride.Lovely fish and chips.Not fussed on Pickering cafes, charity shops but loved seeing the steam train in action at the station.This was a 4 day trip could have done with another day free time in York.Lots to do we seen a show in the theatre, the ghost bus tour ,hop on hop off bus and the war museum.Enjoyed a lovely Indian restaurant at Mumbai near the golden fleece pub where there live music every night from 9pm.

My first trip with Jones Bus, most definitely won't be last. The whole trip was so professional organised. The driver Callum was so friendly, his driving was exceptional, the hotel was first class, the coronation Street experience, certainly did not disappoint. Well done and thank you
Lovely trip. Hotel was really nice. Rooms were big and the food was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Callum the bus driver was exceptional and nothing too much trouble for him.
Had a very entertaining few nights away, with friends and family to celebrate my birthday. Our driver Shaun was lovely, accommodation was stunning!! The view from the restaurant floor 17 was amazing. Definitely recommend this trip!
Had a lovely weekend away with my Grandson (7yrs). Nigel our driver was fab, funny, and kept us informed of our route at regular intervals. Hotel was gorgeous, delicious evening meal and breakfast. Cant fault any part of the weekend. More coach trips already booked!
Just come back from the first stay at the Waldorf what an amazing stay the staff the rooms and the afternoon tea was really fantastic, Cory was amazing definitely definitely will stay there again thank you Jones the bus for another fantastic trip

Got back last week from another wonderful trip to Disneyland Paris. Mark, our driver, was professional and informative and nothing was too much trouble. My son and I had a fantastic time and can't fault the trip in anyway. Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. Can't wait for my next trip :-)
Had a lovely weekend on the Winchester Christmas Market/Windsor break. Friendly crowd on the coach, Nigel the driver did a great job, hotel was comfortable with a plentiful, tasty buffet evening meal and breakfast. The two Andreas agree it's a lot less fuss with Jones the Bus - and we finally got the sheep and daffodils coach - yay ????????????
Just got back from a Fabulous trip to the Christmas Market in Brugge, our second trip with Jones the Bus,our Driver James was lovely and helpful and got us there and back safely,we met some Wonderful people on the bus and made lots of friends,thanks again,looking forward to our next trip,Valkenburg we think.Thank you

Just done the Cadbury World / West Midland Safari Park trip. Excellent on all fronts - value for money, lovely clean coach, first class accommodation. Our driver, Corey, was lovely. Real asset to your company. Would definitely travel with you again and will recommend to friends and family.

We did the two day trip to Harry Potter/ Windsor. We had a fantastic time, James our driver was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble even all our questions and he kept us up to date throughout. Bus was spotless and comfortable. No complaints with the hotel it was lovely or staff. We were a family of six adult women and we all had an amazing time. Thank you.

I highly recommend Jones the Bus. We had a family 2 day trip (6 adult women) to Harry Potter studios and Windsor. Booking was easy and communication great our driver James was just fantastic.
