Had a brilliant time Shaun was brilliant, kept us guessing where we would go. We went to Ludlow then to our mystery manor for the murder mystery which was brilliant. Hotel was good. We also spent time in a small outlet place near Evesham then on Cirencester. Would definitely do another one.

What an amazing weekend we had, abba voyage was absolutely brilliant, but Matthew our driver made it more special from the time we entered the coach to being dropped off, his knowledge of London was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for him, he kept us entertained throughout.Can't wait to book our next trip! 16 very happy ladies.

What an amazing weekend Nigel our driver was fantastic. I would 100% recommend using Jones International for a break/show, from pick up to drop off it was fabulous and the Abba show itself was amazing.

From start to finish, the whole weekend was brilliant! Dartmouth, Paignton, Torquay and Wells were all beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the trip.Saturday’s day out with Graham, aka Hercule Poirot, was absolutely fantastic and a real highlight of the weekend!The hotel was lovely and clean, and both the breakfast and evening meals were absolutely stunning. A special mention must also go to Steve, our driver, who was great throughout the trip. I felt well looked after from beginning to end.This is now the fourth time I’ve travelled with Jones International, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole experience was wonderful, and I can’t recommend this company highly enough.Thank you to everyone involved for such a lovely weekend. I’m already looking forward to my next trip with you!

A lovely weekend visiting the Cotswolds & Bath. Darko was a fab driver and kept us updated at every step of the way there and back. We were very lucky with the weather and couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Looking forward to the next trip!

We had a brilliant time, the mystery stops, Ludlow and Cirencester, were really enjoyable. It was nice to stop off at the outlet on the way home as well. The hotel was really lovely, stunning food in the evening and at breakfast. The murder mystery event in the evening was amazing, good fun, lovely to see everyone dressing up in the 1920s theme. Everyone joined in. Shaun the driver was entertaining, kept us all updated except where we were going of course, would definitely do it again and definitely recommend this type of event .

Another great Mystery trip, with Shaun at the helm. We had a stop in Ludlow on the way and in Cirencester on the way back, with a fun-packed who dunnit on Saturday evening. We stayed in lovely rooms at the Southcrest Manor Hotel and were very well looked after. A big thank you to Shaun, who stepped in at quite short notice to take us, and helped make it a very pleasurable weekend.

Neil the driver was very good & would like him to be our driver again. We were lucky to have a brand new bus, really comfortable. Couldn't recommend hotel due to poor food, only tepid, never hot. Also the only food allergies/intolerances the manager told us they cater for is GLUTEN & VEGETARIAN. Even though they were informed I was intolerant to dairy & eggs he told me he couldn't cater for the likes of me as he has over 200 guests checking in & only caters special food for Vegetarians & Gluten-free. which in this day and age is really bad. He said my food intake was a "social scene", we put him right as my problem is a medical one.He & the Chef even accused Jones of not informing them, also said they never do.I contacted Callum, Duty Manager with Jones who immediately got in touch with hotel & forwarded me a copy along with information supplied to hotel regarding details of my intolerances.I would certainly recommend Jones International as I found them very attentive & helpful, Definitely not the hotel, have stayed in far better in Torquay & Paignton.

There wasn’t anything to improve.From start to finish it was great. Matthew the driver was superb. We got to our matinee performance with plenty of time. The ABBA Voyage show exceeded our expectations. It was if ABBA was on the stage.

I could not wait to write this review. Our driver was Mathew. We could not fault him at all. Even though there was a problem getting to our hotel after the Abba show. Should have taken 15 minutes but unfortunately took almost 3 hours. Due to road closures because of a Marathon and road works. Oh and also the resurfacing of the main road access to the hotel. Mathew under these extreme and very frustrating issues handled the situation professionally and with much patience. With sheer determination he insisted they let us through. The trip was wonderful. The show and the hotel were fabulous. Mathew was kind and informative and very entertaining. Will definitely book another trip. Thank you so much. From Bev and Sandra

Excellent trip from start to finish. Matthew our driver couldn’t do enough to make sure everything went smoothly. A well organised break with a relaxing overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Heathrow.

Another first class theatre break with Callum as our driver/ guide. He was excellent in the way he dealt with matters and his knowledge of London is amazing. Thanks once again for a wonderful two days, see you again

Just back from a fab trip to see Lion king Mathew was an amazing drive gave us so much information while driving in London leant so much was attentive and happy to help anyone that needed it . The only comment from me is that as Cardiff Gate is undergoing building works the pick up point was not possible. We parked at the side of the garage and were delayed slightly. If I had been able to let the others know they could have been beside the garage. Slightly stressful as you dont want any repercussions for anyone else. Great scene changing and lighting on this show. Huge ovations. Thanks tons

Me and my daughter went to watch wicked in London. Callum was our driver and he was just amazing!!! The show was absolutely outstanding and we had such amazing seats!!! The coach ride was brilliant and me and my daughter were so comfortable! Nothing was too much he was on time and put us at ease the whole two days! Would definitely recommend jones the buses to anyone!!!

Yet another fantastic theatre trip with Jones the bus. Callum was a wonderful driver/host and very knowledgeable and informative about landmarks we passed on the journey . The seats we were allocated at the theatre were, as always, excellent with perfect views of the stage so a BIG thank you to the person who arranged that. So looking forward to seeing Billy Elliott with Jones' in April 2027. If you haven't travelled with this company then I strongly recommend you try them, you will not be disappointed.

What another great break with Jones International! From the time our bus picked us up until we were dropped off our bus driver was a perfect host! The hotel was lovely and in a great location to access everything I wanted to see and do! Always know we are in safe hands with this bus company! Been on many trips with them and there will be many more to come. So well organised! Thank you!

Once again an absolute 100% trip with jones the bus. Callum was our driver this time...OMG he is so knowledgeable about London and gave us a running commentary as we passed landmarks of interest. So friendly and helpful. As usual we had fantastic seats in the theatre ( big thank you to the buyer). Cannot wait for our next trip in April, thanks to all concerned.

Wow! An amazing, enjoyable, wonderful holiday. Guessing our mystery destinations was fun & i actually got one right & a voucher. The overnight hotel in Metz was nice then the fabulous Les Grillons hotel in Lake Annarcy with our huge 2 bedroom room with walk in shower, patio doors to the balcony with stunning pool, lake & mountain views. The staff were lovely & friendly with a good choice on menu. Our mystery day trips to Geneva, Chaminox, Mont Blanc, Yvoire, Annarcy town we loved exploring & our boat trip on lake Annarcy was so relaxing on a hot afternoon. Our evening stroll down to the lake to see the stars with Callum, Matthew & friends was lovely. Callum & Matthew are a great double act together, both so informative, helpful & caring. Matthew so funny always makes us laugh & he makes nice tea & coffee. Hope theres another Callums mystery in 2027 as this one was wonderful from start to finish so please start guessing yourself where to take us. Thanks for letting us make more memories & again take loads photos. Thank you so much Callum also Matthew xxNice to see forever friends on coach & also made new ones.

We had an amazing weekend in oxford and Bletchley Park a interesting day in oxford and I would definitely recommend Bletchley Park was very interesting hotel was amazing couldn’t fault the choice of food and drinks room had a walk in shower staff was very friendly and very welcoming

Picked up on time, comfortable coach, Steve a great driver, refreshments on board. Fabulous hotels, very friendly staff. Excellent trips. Even the Irish Sea played ball and was calm. Steve went above and beyond at the ferry port when 5 passports didn't scan coming home. A brilliant holiday.

Once again another jaunt with Jones the bus we had a great journey to London with comfort stops coach was comfortable and spotlessly clean .we had fantastic seats to see Oliver (if you haven't been i highly recommend it)and after the show we were picked up and taken to our hotel for an overnight stay with breakfast the following morning. After breakfast we visited Marlborough and then rejoined the coach for our journey home and last but not least a mention for our driver Steve who was informative and professional throughout.

This was our first time travelling with Jones International and what an absolute pleasure it was. The hotels were excellent as were the excursions with wonderful scenery and good weather as well. Absolutely lovely trip. Loved the exhibition of Queen Elizabeth ll. We were dropped off 5 mins walk to Palace. Plenty of time to look at the exhibition before being taking to our hotel in Reading. Next day in Windsor. Beautiful weather with plenty yo do, River cruise, Castle, shops. Such a pretty place to visit.

From start to finish our driver Darko made us aware of everything that was going on around us on our trip to London he was wonderful . The queens wardrobe was outstanding out of this world Gosh she was so tiny . Windsor was as accommodating as ever plenty to see and do. And the pancakes in “bills” were mouthwatering lovely

Travelling as a group of 8 - 50 something couples. We had an amazing time. Easy booking experience using the app, along with excellent communication via email. Our driver was great, he gave clear location and pick up times for each aspect of the journey. The bus was spotless and very comfortable. Hotel accommodation and food was good, although the location was a little out of the way to go exploring in the evening. As we were only away 1 night and travelled with company this wasn't an issue. In all nothing to complain about and will definitely travel and recommend Jones International.

Wow! yet another wonderful holiday. Hotel Viarregio was amazing, our corner room on the 5th floor had wrap around windows with stunning views over the beach & promenade. The sunsets were also stunning to see. The staff were so nice & friendly especially Lila who looked after Jim giving him more food in the evening, one time three desserts! Thanks to Callum & Matthew as always looked after us so well, taking us to many beautiful places. Thanks to you Pisa, Como & Florence have now been ticked off my go to list. San Gimignano so picturesque, Lucca too & Piacenza places we only heard of because of you & glad we went there. It was lovely to go over to Portofino by boat again. So many more memories made & lots photos taken. Looking forward to many more enjoyable times. Xx

My mother and I had a fantastic time in York. What a lovelyexperience it was for me, as it was my first experience doing a coach trip. (I would do one again now ) My mother had recommended Jones transport as she'd been on trips previously. We are so glad that we chose to travel with yourselves as everything was just great from start to finish. Especially as Mark the driver was so good. He was a careful thoughtful driver and very funny.He was very knowledgeable about York and this really helpful with everything. The location was great staying in the Raddison . and really accessible to everything.

Just returned from my first European bus tour with Jones International.The Tuscany trip with Callum and Mathew was excellent and their professional approach and personal touch make them excellent ambassadors for the company.Nothing was too much trouble and any issues were addressed quickly.I usually travel independently abroad but will certainly book more of these holidays - no hassle with lovely travel companion. Highly recommended.

Fantastic break in beautiful Tuscany. The Hotel President in Viareggio was amazing with gorgeous views over the beach, stunning rooms and friendly staff. From pick up to return and all the excursions etc in between it was amazing. Our drivers were great as always. Another fabulous trip!

Fantastic break in York Whitby & Pickering. Stayed at the Radisson on the Ouse River great location to walk into town.The food was amazing every evening.Loads to see & do wish the trip could have been longer.Mark our driver was so helpful with any questions we all had. Keeping us informed on traffic hold ups etc.Definitely want to visit York again.Great value for money.

We were a party of four. We had the most fantastic time. Our driver Steve was amazing, very professional and we all felt very safe in his capable driving hands ! The show was amazing - a must see, especially for Abba fans. Lots of surprises throughout the show - but I won't spoil it for those who intend to see it. Accommodation was very good including the variety of breakfast choices. On the second day we had a good few hours in central London, made all the better with the great weather on the day. All in all it was a great weekend. I would not hesitate to recommend Jones the bus very highly.

The buffet style evening meal had a limited choice ( this had been highlighted in the brochure) but breakfast was of an excellent standard. Darko our driver was excellent and entertained us for parts of the journey. Very good trip from start to finish. Plenty of time to explore after Windsor castle and Buckingham palace. Overall, it was an excellent trip.
