Fantastic weekend away exceeded all expectations ; the hotel was fantastic - Mark our driver was fab ! stress free break. I have been going with Jones for 5 years now and love it !

This was my first trip with Jones International. I had a fantastic time at the Tattoo, I really enjoyed all the excursions provided in the week. The driver Shaun was amazing.

Been with Jones the bus 6 times and on each occasion, you have provided a brilliant professional service.

Just back from a fabulous trip to Hampton court and Bath well recommended. Mark was an excellent driver getting us there and back safely and providing us with all the information we needed . Hotel was lovely and comfortable and the food was great

We had a lovely weekend in Torquay & also enjoyed the stop-offs in Taunton & Weston Super Mare. Neil, the driver, was very helpful with my dad who has mobility issues. Bus very comfortable. Lots to do in Torquay. A little train runs to the Harbour making getting around easy. Derwent hotel is a typical seaside hotel of its time but has a great pool & several bars. Very good 90s revival show there & excellent Lionel Richie tribute act over the road at the Riviera. Torquay is still classy & a great place to visit.

Another great trip with Jones coaches and this time to see Paddington musical. Great seats in the theatre and the usual Heathrow hotel was excellent. Many thanks to our driver Mark, who was most punctual, informative and good fun, not to mention an excellent driver navigating the challenges in London. Highly recommend these tours

Amazing couple of days. Show (Oliver) was absolutely brilliant. Coach there and back was superb. It was very hot so personally would’ve preferred to leave London earlier but overall it was fab!! Highly recommend!

Had a lovely time in Llandudno last week our Driver Nigel was very informative about the area and helpful. His wife Jean travelled too and was the perfect hostess. We stayed at the Four Oaks Hotel on the Promenade a lovely hotel, good choices of food, entertainment and friendly staff.

Fantastic trip, from start to finish. The coach was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the driver Mark was great, making the whole trip very easy and enjoyable. The show was fantastic with great seats and hotel was great. I’ll definitely travel with Jones the bus again xx

The coach was spotless and the trip was very well organised, our driver Mathew was professional and entertaining, he kept us informed of timings and gave us lovely information about some landmarks and buildings on our way into London which passed the time until we arrived at our stop to be dropped off for the musical , the show was amazing and we all thoroughly enjoyed, our hotel keys were on the bus waiting for us after the show which was a great help, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the holiday inn and enjoyed our visit to Harrods on the second day of our trip, we all thoroughly enjoyed our trip away with jones international and will be booking again with them.

I took my 6 year old grandson. This was his first time away from mum & dad. They were obviously worried that he was going to london without them. The trip was so well organised, Mark our driver was fabulous. We felt safe the whole time. My Grandson didn’t want to go home. The other passengers were all lovely

This was the first time we had booked with Jones International and our expectations were exceeded in every way.Travel by coach was so comfortable, fully informed by Mark throughout of timings and stops and very punctual.Holiday Inn hotel was a good standard.Fab seats at the theatre for Paddington.Thoroughly enjoyed the short break and will definitely book again!

Perfect trip from start to finish! Booking was so easy on the app, Sarah is great in the office, Callum & Lee were both fantastic, kept us updated with relevant information throughout. They are the perfect comedy duo they kept us entertained! The show tickets were fabulous 8 rows from the front amazing view of the stage! Lovely Hotel really clean, excellent choice of breakfast items. Love travelling with Jones the Bus seriously can't fault anything! Keep up the excellent work!

Fantastic weekend. Show was amazing. Lee our coach driver friendly, awesome coach driver especially in London where there was road work, so much traffic etc.

Fab weekend in London again with you. The Tower Hotel is such a lovely place to stay its such a beautiful backdrop. Packed so much in three days. Best coach company in our eyes. See you on Saturday for our Madame Tussauds trip. Neil was fantastic as always.

This was our first time travelling with Jones after a recommendation from a friend. Callum and Lee were our drivers. From start to finish the whole trip was absolutely fantastic, the coach, the drivers and the whole experience. The coach was spotless and so comfortable and Callum and Lee were so professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and the little touches like the birthday card and banners says so much about this company. The hotel was also brilliant. I have recommended them to family and friends and some have already booked trips in 2027. Cannot recommend Jones highly enough and I am already planning my next few trips! Absolutely 100% would not hesitate in recommending this outstanding company!

We are frequent travellers with jones, and honestly they are just above all. We recently went on another coach trip with a separate company and it highlighted the difference and effort jones go to for their customers. The buses are always spotless, working ports to charge devices, air-conditioning and overall comfort and leg room. The drivers are always great at communicating so you always now how to plan and prepare for the day ahead and this especially handy when you have a toddler and previously when I travel with my autistic son this always make the holidays enjoyable for everyone. They litterally take care of everything thank you soo much for the many wonderful holidays and memories you have provided for my family over the years! Xxx

Came back yesterday from the 2 day London Zoo trip. Yet again, a fab time with Jones the Bus. Our driver Darko and his son Luca were excellent ambassidors for the company, nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgable and timings for the trip were to the minute. Looking now at what to book next.

Relaxing break , great company , a thank you to Steve our considerate and humorous driver . Well planned tours , the folk festival in Sidmouth the highlight of our tour .

Had a fantastic time at Alton Towers. The coach driver was a lovely man. The hotel, The Holiday Inn at Stoke-on-Trent, was . very comfortable. I could not recommend the trip more highly. Thank you.

We,ve been to Torquay & the Riviera hotel so many times & we return as we love it there. We had a lovely enjoyable time as always. It was so nice to meet Steve joining the Jones family & he was so friendly, caring & knowledgeable. The weather was gorgeous, our boat trip with the cream tea in Exmouth was fab & we liked Sidmouth both lovely places to visit for the first time. The music festival in Sidmouth was great to see & listen to but would have liked more time there. It was a lovely week away yet again & we look forward to our next holiday with the No 1 Best to travel with. Thank you Sue & Jim xx

Not long returned home from a fantastic two day trip in London to see Come Alive. This was also the first time I have been to London with Jones International, and not the last. Our driver, Lee, on his first ever drive to London, was friendly and welcoming. He kept everyone up to date with the journey with stops etc. Very informative as we drive around London. Hotel was great, only issue is there wasn't much around it to walk to eg, bars or food places, but the hotel had plenty to offer. Come Alive was brilliant, well worth a watch and fully enjoyed by all. An absolutely fantastic trip away. Would recommend trip and Jones Int. Diolch.

FANTASTIC TRIP!!!! Sean our driver kept us updated to date with everything we needed to know .hotel was amazing food plentiful room was immaculate....and show was out of this world fabulous experience.My only complaint is that was my 5th trip this year and 3 more booked already for next 2 months.Can you stop be such a good experience your costing me a fortune (in a good way )

Just back from another trip with Jones The Bus. A well organised & stress free 2 days as usual. Shaun the driver was excellent at keeping us informed of any change that had to be made . These were beyond his control. If you want a trip away that is first class just GET ON THE BUS Jones International. You won't be disappointed.

Yet another exceptional trip with Jones the Bus. Mark was our driver, who couldn't do enough for us. Stayed in a Voco Hotel in Reading (this was a new hotel for me). Fabulous hotel, everything was clean and tidy with an excellent evening buffet and breakfast.

We all had a lovely time.The driver & young man with him were great & very helpful. Described a lot of places when in London on the bus & was very entertaining

Not our first trip with JTB and definitely not our last! New recruit Lee was our driver with Callum as his guide. Excellent driving skills by Lee and Callum’s commentary was very informative whilst travelling through London Nothing is too much trouble for JTB drivers and all are extremely friendly, it was an added bonus that Matthew was staying at the same hotel Many thanks for a wonderful trip

Well, seeing our gorgeous Queen Elizabeth II clothing up close was just so impressive! What beautiful displays, many items quite iconic. A wonderful trip from start to finish. Our driver Mark went above and beyond to help and assist and always so polite. The hotel was lovely, such a good night's sleep, the food was plentiful and lots of choice. The breakfast was especially nice. Would definitely recommend this trip. Something different from our usual spa weekends. The trip into bath was just perfect too! Fabulously comfortable and clean coach also.

We had a fantastic time in London and Bath. The coach journey was very comfortable with Mark keeping us updated with times, drop off and pickup points. Matk also gave information about the areas we we visiting. 5 stars all the time.

We had the most wonderful weekend, the trip was stressful free & relaxing. Matthew our driver was brilliant, he was efficient, knowledgeable, funny & curtious at all times. Will definitely be booking another trip soon.

Great trip, would recommend this as a hassle free way to travel to the amazing ABBA concert and see the sights of London by night, as well as Windsor the next day. We managed to get a visit in to the castle too! Excellent bus and superb driver Matthew made the journey relaxing.

We had a fabulous holiday, plenty of things to do and see, lovely gift shops nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the tours around the Island. Callum ensured that everyone was fine, and nothing was too much trouble, even on his day off. A great ambassador for Jones the bus.

What a great break this was as always the coach was very clean and comfortable we had excursions to so many beautiful places and the sun shone throughout the week which was an added bonus but a special mention has to be given to Callum who went above and beyond every day and kept us informed of whatever was going on at the time i have to say that between road closures and roadworks and traffic delays on the way home we were always updated and he was so professional at all times a definite asset to Jones international and I'm looking forward to my next break away..,.

Just came back from the beetle juice musical in London. Brilliant trip, well looked after by the driver who made sure everyone was happy. 10/10 we will be back.

Wow! It was all amazing. The hotels, food, staff, the places we visited 100% fabulous. To stay in Andorra was wonderful & going up to the top of the mountain on the train to Montserrat, what a lovely surprise as we didn,t expect to see all what was there. We enjoyed it all thanks to Neil, Shaun & Denice for looking after us so well. You all looked good in your aprons serving drinks. Now looking forward to next years as we love the joy of guessing mystery destinations. The company of all our forever friends again was simply the best. Thanks to you i take more photos & make more memories xxx

Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our break with Jones International. The bus was bang on time at the collection point, the driver (Steve) was friendly, professional and kept us all informed, even shared his mobile number just incase we needed him over the weekend. The bus itself was very comfortable and the trip was very enjoyable. My wife and I would highly recommend Jones Int for your break and we will be booking again.

Absolutely fabulous trip to Andorra, the visits to Monserat and Val du Nuria plus a few other places we went to were really special , the mountain scenery was spectacular. Our on board team of Neil, Shaun and the lovely Denise could not have been more helpful they were brilliant and i thank them and our fellow passengers for their help they gave to my wife Lynette.

The mystery destination was Andorra. A beautiful location.The hotel was everything I’d want a hotel to be; comfortable with good food. The day trips took us to the most amazing places. I thoroughly enjoyed every day.

We have just returned from Legoland & had the most amazing time. Our driver was Lee, who was absolutely wonderful from the moment we met him at our stop. He was very friendly & professional. He informed us of everything & kept us up to date with the times. Even though we were late returning to the hotel due to volume of traffic leaving Legoland, we were able to go straight to our rooms as we had already been checked in which was a massive help as by this time we were all hot, tired & hungry & a later time slot had been arranged for us to have food. The hotel was lovely & staff great as usual. This was Lee’s first solo trip & you would never had known as he was exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful trip

Coach was very comfortable and clean. Toilet smelt lovely!Driver Lee was great. Very friendly and professional. We had a delay leaving due to traffic and missed the slot for the evening meal. Lee organised a later time for us with the hotel. He also had our hotel keys, so we didn't have to check in. Very handy after a day in Legoland! Considering this was Lee's first solo trip, we all thought he was exceptional.Hotel as always was excellent and both evening meal and breakfast buffet style and plentiful. I have already booked again later in the year.

Had a wonderful 8 days up in North Wales. Made lovely friends. Hotel was lovely and the staff. I can't praise Matthew enough for his professionalism, friendliness, happiness and helpfulness. Tiffany's Hotel exceeded my expectations for a 2 * establishment. My room had been recently refurbished and I was fortunate to have a full sea view.. The catering was excellent and the restaurant staff were very efficient. Our transportation was up to Jones's usual exceptionally high standard and although there were no organised trips out there was plenty to do in the fine weather.

As always a great trip. The show, and the hotel were excellent. Nathan is a great driver and got us home on time despite the traffic. Can’t wait for Ostend next month.

This holiday was fantastic, my wife and I enjoyed it that much that we did not want to come home. The hotel was superb and extremely clean. The owner, daughter and staff were incredible, extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, a real taste of Italian cuisine.The excursions were amazing and the sights along the way were breath taking. Mark and Steve were amazing to, very knowledgeable about the area and sights that we were looking at, they hand obviously done their homework along the way. We really had a great time in their company and felt extremely safe and relaxed. Well done Mark and Steve and Jones International. This is the best holiday my wife and I have been on and will definitely be travelling with JI in the future.

The show was amazing & just loved seeing Johannes as Lola. We had a fantastic evening. The overnight the Copthorne hotel in Slough was lovely & room was comfortable & breakfast was nice. We then went to Windsor, we,ve been there numerous times yet we love going there. We were pleased to meet Lee who has joined the JTB family & he was very nice & friendly. Hope we get to travel again with him soon. Oh! we mustn,t forget Matthew who as always was very friendly, helpful. Informative & kept us all happy travellers. Thanks for a lovely time.

Wow! wow! we had a wonderful evening at his concert. Everyone was amazing. To finally see Andre, the orchestra & singers was sensational. We didn,t want the evening to end. To have snow falling around us in july was superb & it was so much fun singing & dancing. We all waved our flags & shouted Wales when Andre asked about us. The seats were fantastic in the front by the stage. We loved staying in Valkenberg for the 5th time as Rosie & Jack @ Hotel Op de Boud are always so friendly & welcoming. We enjoyed being with our friends again & Shaun was amazing, friendly, caring & made sure we were ok as always. We had nice warm weather but the coach was cool & comfortable. We always travel with the Best & looking forward to our next holiday on Sunday.

Gwyliau Gwych - Diolch, Bysus Jones. The arrangements were faultless. Loved the detailed plans - names on bus seats, concert tickets in labelled envelopes on seats - this avoids any confusion. Shaun the driver cared for all our needs and concerns, was most knowledgeable and helpful, and was so cool dealing with border control officials - taking all the responsibility off us. And he ensured my Lindt chocolates (from the Lindt factory) were kept cool - what a man! Yes, it was hot, but the air con on the bus kept us cool and comfortable. The Andre Rieu concert was out of this world - would love to book again for next year. Loved Valkenburg - a magical place to stay. Hotel Op de Goud was perfect - Rosie and Jack went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed. Well done, Jones - you simply have the dream team.

Lovely weekend, Torquay is absolutely beautiful place. Would definitely love to go back again and both drivers were brilliant as usual. The hotel did disappoint us sadly just not up to standard regards to cleanliness and needs an upgrade. Reception staff were lovely moved us rooms as we weren’t satisfied with the first one. Loved the place just not the hotel. But as usual amazing service from you guys.

A great trip , Shaun was a very good driver and made sure we had all information about each day’s excursions. The hotel in Valkenburg was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast and evening meal were both good and Rosie and Jack were excellent hosts.
