A very well organised trip. A smooth journey punctuated with well timed rest trips in both directions. Mark drove well and safely. Arrival and check in at the hotel was exceptionally well organised and good. The hotel itself was very good, pleasant staff and good value for money. The food, very good standard of cooking and choices of menu. Location of hotel really central and enabled easy walks around York in spare time.Excursions to Whitby Pickering and Harrogate were very enjoyable, good information provided by Mark and close drop offs and pickups to the towns.In short , an excellent trip, we really enjoyed it and look forward to joining Jones coaches again soon. Amazing weekend trip, started off in Windsor on the Saturday, then onto Chatham Docks for the Call the Midwife tour on the Sunday. This was our first trip with Jones the Bus & it certainly won't be our last

Once again another fantastic trip. Tickets for concert were excellent. Shaun our driver goes above and beyond to help you. The hotel is absolutely amazing so welcoming and comfortable with lovely accommodation and food. We will be back with Rosie and family again for Xmas. Thank you Jones The Bus

An absolutely amazing trip from start to finish. Everything was so well planned and Sean our driver was brilliant. The people on the trip with us were all so lovely. Valkenberg was so pretty and our family run hotel was the most welcoming I have ever experienced. The concert tickets were great and we had a lovely view of the stage. Well done to everyone at Jones the Bus.

I recently went on the ABBA Voyage weekend getaway with Jones the Bus and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The booking process was seamless, and communication before and during the trip was excellent. Our driver Steve, was punctual, incredibly professional and friendly. He navigated the weekend with ease. The coach was modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend Jone the Bus and I have already got my next trip booked! So big thank you to all the team!

Our third trip with Jones, and first trip abroad with them. Despite the exceptional heatwave, and thanks to our driver Calum, we had a wonderful time! The hotels were nice (with air con) and the food was lovely. The places we visited were all superb. Will definitely travel with Jones again!

Well portabella rd was massive, we had loads of time there Covent Garden was brilliant and can’t fault our driver Nigel 10-10 for him

This was my first coach trip, ever! What can I say...nothing but good things! The driver, Nigel, was on time and informative. He knew London like the back of his hand and could fit the bus into any space, dropping us as close to the area as he possibly could. It was a scorching weekend and the bus was lovely and cool. Comfortable seats and a small toilet on board, which is essential after a cocktail or two. Everyone was friendly and I would have no trouble traveling on my own next time.

A very enjoyable trip despite the extreme heat. Itinerary & accommodation was good. A friendly group & an excellent driver Callum who went over & above to make it a great trip & keep everyone safe on the road & in the heat. It was our first trip & would definitely recommend.

Extreme 43* heat in the Loire valley. Callum took amazing care of us all. Checked air con in bus, checked air con in rooms, filled us with lovely cold water to keep the temp down. Super location, looking forward to going again. Thank you so very much Callum, You're a star (5*)

I travelled with my friend and it was our first holiday with JTB.Had a fabulous time, it was a long drive but enough breaks.A great atmosphere on the coach, everyone was so friendly.Our driver Matthew is brilliant, felt safe with him as a driver and he has a great sense of humour and fun. He sat with us for meals as well so very accessible.The contents of the holiday were perfect, packed in so much in the four days. It was full on but saw all that was in the Heart of Scotland. A good mixture of history, castles, monuments, boats, canals, statues and also free time to see more and shop.The pace was good and glad to go to bed at the end of the day.Will definitely go again.Thanks JTB and Matthew.

The Loire Valley is a stunning place to visit. The excursions were fabulous..loved the both Chateaux, beautiful gardens and pretty towns. Unfortunately for us the temperatures averaged around high 30s to mid 40s all week so couldn't see as much as we would have under normal circumstances but our driver Callum was a champ trying to ensure our safety and comfort at all times under such extreme conditions. Thank goodness for air con!!!

Me and my husband had a great holiday, the driver Steve was fantastic he couldn’t do enough for us very friendly and extremely efficient he made the holiday nothing was too much trouble, the hotel excellent the staff were very friendly food was good, overall the holiday was great me and my husband had a great time , people one the trip were great everyone got on really well , the tour was well organised and you will definitely see me and Alan booking again.

Just arrived home from a wonderful trip on the Danube.Everything went smoothly from start to finish.Callum & Mathew were helpful throughput ,both did a great job of keeping us all hydrated on the bus. We enjoyed so much we booked to go on another river cruise next year.

We've enjoyed several small trips with Jones previously but I wasn't too sure about going on a river cruise. However, this trip was great and we've already been recommending it to friends. Callum and Matthew looked after us so well and we felt safe with them driving especially considering some of the challenges they encountered with the traffic and long distances involved getting us to and from the boat. Callum went out of his way to arrange some more affordable excursion options and we really appreciated that. It was also so handy to have drinks available on the bus en-route. Matthew's humour and aprons were much appreciated. [By the way, John expects Matthew to remember that a 'pinny' is a 'ffedog' for our next trip]. It's a big bonus for us to be able to leave the car at the depot and know that we won't have too many circuitous drop ops on the way to and from our destination. Thank you also to all our fellow passengers who made this trip so memorable. We'll definitely be travelling with Jones the bus again.

Just returned from another wonderful holiday to Isle of Man. Our driver Steve went out of his way to ensure we all had a comfortable and safe trip. Jones international are by far the most considerate and passenger friendly coach holiday I have ever used. If you are thinking about a coach holiday but are nervous about the time spent travelling use Jones, you won’t regret it.

Loved the trip it was nice to see Gloucester Services as had not been to that one with its farm shop. We had plenty of time in Stratford and Cheltenham to wander around have some lunch and shop. The price was brilliant well worth it and Neil the driver was lovely and gave us good information

Everything ran smoothly and on time from pick-up to drop-off. Mark, our driver displayed great skills threading his 3 axle coach around the country roads and kept us well supplied with knowledgeable commentary of where we were and what we could expect to see. The Trouville Hotel didn't disappoint as our base for the week and the friendliness of the fellow passengers was great.

Excellent trip to Chester and Coronation street, such good value with 3 course evening meal and breakfast included. Joined by a guide on the Coronation street set, which is well worth a visit. But our driver Matthew made the trip even more special walking round with us on the Coronation street tour making sure everyone was ok and as always Matthew your lovely personality and banter is so appreciated by everyone and such a credit to Jones international

It was all 100% amazing & enjoyable as always. The hotel, food, room, staff was wonderful & we would stay there again. The days out were fab especially Sandringham to see how homely King Charles likes his comfort when he,s there & the grounds were lovely to walk around. Thanks to James, it was so nice to be with him but sad for it to be our last trip with him after all these years. Thanks so much for letting us make more memories. Looking forward to many more. xx

We had a lovely time,our drivers Callum and Matthew were fantastic, couldn't do enough for you brilliant. Our hotel in Italy was one of the best I've ever stayed in,all the staff were great. The trips were great, Sue our travel guide in Italy was fantastic so knowledgeable. The only fault I could find with the whole experience was the first Ibis hotel we stayed in breakfast was terrible, well there was no breakfast there was nothing left, same on the return journey.

What a fabulous trip.we travelled on the newest coach..very comfortable and the lovely driver Mark was brilliant as always. The show was amazing with great seats..our party ranged from age 11 to 66 and we all thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend. Highly recommend it

Fantastic Experience Seeing kinky boots however would have liked to have spent more time in Marlborough as we left at 13:20 as our driver wanted to get home and had to beat the traffic.

I had a brilliant time in Llandudno, Will only ever travel with Jones International.The Four Oaks was very nice and the staff could not be more helpful, positioned on the seafront made it very special. Great break, Hotel was in a area a bit run down no air con only a fan had to have the window open all the time and the street was very noisy, Food was not very good and they did not cater properly for people with allergies, Bus and Driver were excellent

Six friends have just returned from a two day break in London to see 'Kinky Boots'. What a fantastic company. Mark our driver was very informative and funny and made our short break fabulous. The bus was extremely comfortable and our one night stay at the Holiday Inn, Heathrow was perfect. We had tickets for 'Kinky Boots' (which the company organised) with Johannes Radebe as lead role - wow what a show and we had amazing seats. Thank you Jones The Bus for a superb time. We'll be back soon.

Ireland itself was fantastic. The weather was on our side as well. If you can do this trip, do it. Well worth it. Lots to see and do. Another great trip with Jones. Crazy heat outside but the coach was cool and comfortable. Dropped exactly where we wanted to be. Hotel was fab, clean, comfortable and great breakfast. Nigel was our driver and he was awesome! Massively recommend this company. Have 2 more trips booked for this year.
