This was our first trip with any coach company . Chose Jones international through friends. We weren’t disappointed , well organised, comfy coach, great hotel and above all a fantastic driver in Nigel so knowledgeable and kept us informed at all times plus a good laugh . Brilliant trip .

We had an amazing time. Denice and James were outstanding, always with a smile, even though James had a lot of driving he was always smiling with a great sense of humour. There were a few issues with meals especially if you are vegetarian

my sister and i traveled with this tour. the driver was brilliant. Matthew i believe. it was only 2 days,but was really great.
Wow Wow Wow an amazing, wonderful, enjoyable holiday. Thanks to Shaun for driving the 2800 miles taking us to fabulous places with his caring nature as always. It was lovely to have our fab hostess & hilarious bingo caller Denice. She looked after us so well & made us laugh & we enjoyed our afternoon get together in the sea The hotel Prestige Victoria in Roses was amazing right on the promenade & on to the beach, indoor & outdoor pools with so much to see & do. Big rooms with sea views, food was plentiful & so nice, staff were all friendly especially Elyas in the bar. The boat trips, amazing scenery & the places we went to. It,s always lovely to be with forever friends again & make new ones on the happy yellow sunshine JTB. Thanks for all that you do in choosing all the fabulous places & looking forward to many more. X

Just got back from a lovely trip to Hampton Court palace and windsor. A lovely trip with a fantastic driver matthew who got us to our destination safely and on time.
Had a fantastic time from start to finish.Amazing sites and excursions throughout the trip.Hotel was excellent offering ample options during meal times and ideally located right next to the beach!The old town of Roses was also within walking distance from the hotel.Hotel staff were friendly and efficient.Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Lovely group that had great chemistry which made the trip much more enjoyable.Shaun our driver was first class as always!Looking forward to our next trip(s) with Jones the Bus!
Fabulous trip, Callum and Matthew were very attentive. The time in Stuttgard and Reims could have been longer, lovely cities. Time on the coach just right, couldn’t have gone much longer. Hotel accommodation very good, however on the stopovers , the food wasn’t as good as Hotel Sole. A great time had by all I’m sure.
We had another fantastic trip with you we couldn’t of asked for a better driver James He was helpful and nothing was to much trouble The show was superb and we were dropped off as close to the theatre as possible As usual the hotel didn’t disappoint Marlborough was definitely a great place to stop on our way home Thank you for another fantastic trip with you xx
What another fantastic trip. From start to finish, amazing. This was our seventh trip with Jones the Bus. James, our driver, was so friendly and knowledgeable, sharing many facts on the drive into London. The seats for the show were excellent and hotel really nice. We've got our next two trips booked already. Cannot recommend TV seem enough.
A fantastic trip from start to finish. Our driver James was fab. Very helpful,courteous and made the journey as smooth as possible.The show itself was amazing made even better by fantastic seats. Lovely hotel and great visit to Marlborough. A group of 4 us went and all said how much we enjoyed.Cannot wait for my trip with my mum in Oct to see Paddington.

Had a great time ,stayed at the Four Oaks Hotel ,very comfortable, lovely meals, only issue was the shower it was just a dribble most nights. Most comfortable bed I've slept in , room cozy . Second trip with Jones The Bus and can't fault them , Driver Cory was very friendly and approachable. Very nice trips included too.

We had a lovely time travelling from Wales to England, France Germany, Austria then Italy. We saw some amazing sights and scenery and the lake was fabulous. Callum and Mathew were brilliant as usual, and we had great company on the bus with fellow passengers. We even went up on the funicular, even though we're terrified ofheights, but the view from up the top was definitely worth it.
Excellent holiday in good company. So glad Callum and Mathew ordered the sunshine for us. Great time, looking forward to the next holiday now.
This was first coach trip holiday abroad. It was amazing, callum and Matthew were exceptional hosts, we drove through France, Germany, Austria and finally Italy.The scenery and places we visited were fabulous.The company on the bus by other holiday makers was outstanding making everyone's holiday a pleasure,Will definitely be booking again

Great trip. Very well organised and interesting tour, which was informative and at times, emotional. James, our driver, was very knowledgeable and his insights and commentary provided during the bus journey meant we were able to get the most from each stop. Excellent driving through some tricky areas and we had full confidence in him the whole time. The hotel was comfortable, clean and met our needs very well.We would definitely recommend this visit and look forward to travelling with you again soon.

Had a lovely, interesting break. The accommodation was very good and 'James', the driver, was great, being very attentive and informative as well as being an excellent driver.
Great trip to the Netherlands, The drivers Mark & Sean were great and the main driver Cory was very helpful and friendly.The trips were amazing, Keukenhof and Utrecht were stunning, Cory extended the Utrecht trip to 17.30 which was greatly appreciated,Amsterdam was great too, but we would have liked a little longer there.Met some lovely people!Hotel and food were nice but no use of leisure facilities at the hotel as mentioned in brochure but all said it was a lovely break and i would recommend the trip and also Jones International!

We had a wonderful couple of days in London to see the musical Kinky Boots and then on to the lovely town of Marlborough. Our driver, Mark, was the best of the best. His driving style is so smooth, he made our journey seamless and very comfortable. Mark is very attentive and always on hand if you should ever need any assistance. We will definitely be booking another trip with Jones International. Many thanks to all of the team.

Fantastic trip, been to Windsor a few times and each time there is more to see. Trip down was very comfortable and Nigel our driver was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was amazing, three course evening meal and buffet breakfast set us up perfectly for the Cotswolds the next day. We visited two lovely areas, but only had about 90 mins in each. I would have preferred one town for longer. Love Jones the Bus trips. Worth every penny.

Amazing yet again with the magnificent two. The Forest pines hotel was fabulous in a woodland setting, food was so nice & was able to choose off menu, staff so friendly, room was big, comfy beds & spotless. We enjoyed making easter eggs at the rock & chocolate factory. The visits to Lincoln, York & Bridlington were nice days out & the weather was warm too. We were with all our *Jones friends* again & love spending time together.

An amazing trip. Matthew was a great driver with a lovely personality. Callum was also amazing, driving up to help out when needed. The hotel was really nice and the buffet style evening meals were tasty (but they could have replenished stuff a bit quicker). Bletchley was wonderful and the stops in Oxford and Bath gave plenty of time to explore. We made friends on a previous trip, so this was our second outing with the ‘bus buddies’ as we call ourselves. We enjoyed this trip so much we had booked our third trip as a gang before we even got off the bus! That’s surely a sign that Jones the bus is doing something right!

What a lovely organised trip went smoothly from start to finish fantastic hotel on the docklands and the driver keeps you up to date on everything including the marathon which was a bit of a nightmare for the driver
Its only the second time I have done a trip with Jones International and they are absolutely fabulous! Customer service is outstanding... I love the flexibility of being able to pay for the trip in installments... the buses are in spectacular condition and they really do look after their customers. My driver on this trip was Mark, great guy fab sense of humour and really looked after everyone. Thank you all

Coach comfortable. Our driver was great. Laugh and joke and the knowledge on our tour on Saturday. Looked after us well. Even packed our wheelchair when we thought we forgot. First experience with jones the bus and won't be last. A lovely little trip

It was a wonderful trip to Ireland with Nathan as an excellent driver. He had to cope with cancelled ferries and uncertainty about getting us all home. But he was calm throughout and kept us all informed about what plans were in place. The actual holiday was great. The hotel was very comfortable and the food excellent. The day trips were to very interesting places. I would recommend this to anyone. I love travelling with Jones the bus they make it so easy especially if you’re a solo traveler. Can’t wait until my next trip to Scarborough next month!!
What an amazing break. Nathan was amazing and went the extra mile. He was simply the best. I would like to thank him personally for looking after us all. The ferry was cancel and they rang around very early that morning. They went above and beyond and arranged a new ferry. Jones trip are simply the best and better than all the rest. I really enjoyed the excursions and the hotel were amazing. The food was stunning and we were all well looked after. The people were amazing. Me and my mum really enjoyed our first coach trip. Lovely relaxing weekend Great hotel and plenty of places to eat Ostend has beautiful clean beaches. Our driver was so informative and very polite.
What a fabulous time we all had, everything was just perfect. Our coach driver Neil was so very helpful and really looked after us. The hotel was lovely as was the food. The people we met on the coach were so very nice and helped to make this a wonderful holiday. I now only ever travel with Jones International as they are the very best.

Had a lovely time from beginning to end and Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable.The coach was comfortable and friendly. The hotel was great as well except the night time was noisy, which sounded like the air conditioning. We did report it and was told we would have an email, but nothing yet.As for Jones coaches, we find no fault at all and will definitely be travelling with you again.

It was amazing 100% a once in a lifetime trip on the Bernina express & up to the Matterhorn. We just loved all the snow & the scenery was stunning. The places we went to. The hotels were fabulous with nice clean rooms, friendly staff & lovely food. Callum & Matthew looked after us so well & always making sure we had everything we needed with care. They were so dedicated to everyone. The memories of this holiday i will always remember as fantastic & breathtaking. Thanks again for another wonderful time xx
Only one word to describe our holiday, FANTASTIC. Great company to travel with, Calum and Matthew our drivers could not have been more helpful, my wife has to use a walker to get around, it would be ready at the coach steps every time we had to get off. We are now looking forward to our next trip in July. Thank you Jones the Bus for a fabulous holiday.

This trip was absolutely amazing, full on every day with so much to see. There were a few challenges, mainly due to the weather and totally out of the control of Jones International. However, I can't praise Callum and Matthew enough for going above and beyond for us. The Glacier Express was cancelled at short notice and it would have been easy enough for them to just take us to our hotel early and give us extra free time. Instead we were booked on the Bernina Express on our free day, involving more driving for Callum and Matthew but they didn't hesitate. The views on the drive to the train were actually more spectacular than the train journey. Well done !! You are both a credit to the company!
We both had a great time, lots of happy memories made. A holiday to remember. Callum and Matthew kept us informed and entertained throughout the journey. We stayed in three comfortable, clean hotels, although the food wasn’t so good in one place. Callum had strong words with the hotel manager, and things improved a little. We would highly recommend this trip, stunning scenery, quite breathtaking!! ,
First time for me to go on a coach holiday and I have to say the trip far surpassed expectations. Our drivers Callum and Matthew couldn’t have been more caring and helpful and were great fun as well as showing great driving skills! The Alpine scenery was stunning and being in the coach was the best way to see this. Coach was comfortable and clean. All in all a great holiday.. Thankyou.

Excellent, well-organised holiday overall. Our hotel was lovely in a stunning location with superb views and coastal strolls from the door. The food was mostly great and the free evening bar most welcome. Lunch was rather basic however, perhaps not really needed. The staff were all lovely too.We enjoyed the excursions to some beautiful locations; personally we would have welcomed more time in St Ives particularly instead of returning to the hotel for lunch. James took great care of us when travelling with entertaining commentary and clear information.
