Wonderful weekend from start to finish and the weather was fabulous

Once again we had a fab time with Jones the Bus very efficient and very friendly driver Cory. Hotel was lovely and in a great location by the harbour. Will definitely book again and look forward to the next trip. Weather was fab too!!

Fabulous trip!! Had a lovely lunch break in Wells on the outward journey and Weston super Mare on the return. Clean & comfy rooms, good food and friendly staff at our hotel..drinks were reasonable too!! Korrie our driver was knowledgeable and helpful as always..thank you Korrie - you're a star!! Oh...and the weather was stunning - wall to wall sunshine - can't fault it!!!

Just returned from the Stratford and Worcester short break which was excellent from start to finish. The coach was very comfortable and the driver, Matthew ensured that we all had a very enjoyable break. The hotel had all the facilities you would expect and the evening meal and breakfast were very good. I will definitely book again.

Matthew our driver was fab. Kept us informed throughout the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble. Very polite.

What a wonderful trip to see Mamma Mia the party at the O2. Both Callum & Matthew were fantastic. Going beyond their duty to being both helpful & friendly. When it waa time to leave the the hotel to go to the O2 , it was pouring down with rain. Callum escorted us all individually with an umbrella to the coach. The next day whilst going through central London Matthew drove with such skill and expertise, and Callum gave an excellent talk regarding places of interest in London. A fantastic trip. Bus was spotlessly clean Look forward to travelling with you again!

Excellent trip s to see Mamma Mia the party in London. Everything was very well organised. Bus was spotlessly clean and very well looked after. Special thanks to Matthew and Callum who were both very polite and informative throughout the whole trip.

Travelled with friends for the Magic Mike weekend in London, followed by an afternoon in Bath. We had such a lovely day. Everything was perfect. Pick up points were spot on. Timings were great. Really couldn’t fault anything. And a massive thank you to our driver.He was brilliant throughout.

What a fantastic trip this is, top marks for everything- the hotel, food & entertainment were all first class.The coach & James our driver were top rate. An amazing weekend, one of the best trips I've been on & absolute value for money. Wouldn't get better acts in Las Vegas than ones we had- Dolly Parton & Frankie Valli would be proud of these tribute acts! Fabulous 100 times over!!!

I would like say we have just returned from seeing mamma mia the party. We had a wonderful time. The driver Shaun was very pleasant and was very informative when driving through London. The hotel was really good. My daughter and I were celebrating our birthdays.

Fab weekend!!! I’d booked the trip because I was desperate to see Starlight Express and I’m very glad Jones were the ones arranging everything. As soon as I booked I was kept up to date of plans. We had piety of notice of travel plans and any queries were dealt with quickly. The driver, Corey, was a star. He was very chatty and friendly. Hotel was lovely. I can’t fault a thing!!!!! My 8 year old had a fab time too :) will definitely book another weekend xx

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to London. James was ace, as usual , comfy coach, easy journey. We managed to pack in a few extra sights: sky garden, thoroughly recommend and the Tower Bridge tour, including engine rooms. Tower hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful when we didn’t have enough towels in our room. Hearty breakfast, would recommend. On our homeward journey, James swapped us to Korries coach, for a speedy ride back to Llandeilo! Overall great weekend. Thanks Jones international, see you soon!

The experience was truly wonderful from beginning to end. Our driver, Korrie, was exceptional, providing updates throughout the journey. He was remarkably friendly and highly informative. We particularly appreciated the insights and knowledge he shared during our trip into London. His extensive knowledge of interesting facts was quite impressive. Would I book with you again? 100%. In fact this was my 4th trip and already got my next one booked.

First time with Jones International, everything superb! Shaun the driver very helpful, professional and friendly, coach clean and comfortable. Hotel really good. The other people on the coach fantastic group of people. Wide variety of places to visit and see, plenty of time for shopping. Highly recommend, in fact before going on the trip friends of mine were already asking about Jones International!

Another great trip with 'Jones The Bus' - first class service from the moment you book to stepping off the coach at the end of your trip. Went to see Wicked - absolutely amazing with equally amazing seats allocated. Plenty of free time before the show for a meal. Hotel great, with a short transfer to Windsor the following morning after breakfast.Next trip already booked - I highly recommend Jones International!

Once again, as always, a fabulous trip with Jones International. The driver James was very knowledgeable about all the landmarks we were passing and pointing out. He was witty whilst being a very safe and confident driver. The coach was spotlessly clean. Jones had secured really good seats for us in the theatre which we were impressed at. All in all, a great trip with Jones the bus. Thank you James for making it more enjoyable! Got a few more trips booked with JTB to look forward to!

Another fab trip away with you seeing Oliver and it was amazing. Just can’t beat a west end show. 10/10. Organisation is fantastic completely stress free and James our driver was brilliant as always. Can’t wait for our next trip with you in June. We haven’t been with any other coach company since we found you.

Brilliant Coach trip. Pick up and journey too and from London went without any issues. Theatre show was awesome. Hotel fantastic as was breakfast. Visit to Windsor was very nice, pity about the rain :( However the company sadly had no control over the weather. Side was that We highly recommend this company. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was we were asked only use the toilet in an emergency. Which for my wife was difficult due to issues.However this would not put us off travelling again with them. Well worth the price. Wd had an A1 experience

We loved every minute of it. Thanks to Callum so helpful, informative & caring as always also Nathan who took us to & back from Leigh Delamare. Hotel Santa fe our room was really nice, large, 2 queen size beds, clean & warm. Nice bathroom with powerful shower. The breakfast had a really good selection to choose from with coffee, tea, hot chocolate so we had a good start to the day. The staff were all so friendly. We walked to the park & back each day as it was a lovely flat walk through Disney village & took us around 15 minutes. I have wanted to go here for quite some time & so glad I finally did it as my early 70th birthday treat as we enjoyed it all. We did so much each day & although we were worn out it was worth it to see it all. The fireworks & parade also the Lion king show were amazing. We will go back again so thanks for helping make it so memorable xx

This was the first time that I've travelled with Jones International. I must say that I was very impressed with how organised it was.Sean seemed very friendly, knowledgeable and made the trip seamless for us. Thank you and we'll definitely be looking to book future trips with you.

Traffic was bad getting into London (not your fault). The concert was good as usual. I’ve done seated and dancefloor. Personally I would prefer seated but that might be my age! There were some issues at the hotel. My friends opened their hotel door to find two men already in there. They had to go down to reception to get this sorted which meant we had very little time left to get to our dinner which we had booked. The hotel gave them a better room but they found a half drunk beer can in the mini bar and said it was so dark in the room they had to use their phone torch! My room was not the usual standard we have experienced at the Tower. We struggled to turn the hot and cold water taps off, the shower was abysmal, the bath either needed replacing or a good scrub. Toilet flush was dire, and the basin plug full of someone else’s hair. Air condition not working so my sister had the window open which meant it was a noisy night. If we hadn’t had to help sort out my friends room issue we would have complained but we were tired and running out of time to get over to Wapping for our dinner. As it was one night we put up with it.

Just back from an amazing mid week break to Liverpool, staying in the Beatles themed hard days night hotel. Absolutely stunning hotel even if you are not a Beatles fan. Huge bedroom, very friendly staff. Reasonable prices for the bar and restaurant would highly recommend. Once again our lovely driver James kept us entertainedc, making excellent time to and from Liverpool , bus spotless as usual. Can’t wait for our next trip!!

I would highly recommend the Joneses international trips. The driver was very friendly very informative. Everything went smoothly. Our seats the theatre were fantastic and the hotel was very good. There was absolutely nothing that I would say that could improve overall a fantastic experience.

Absolutely brilliant break, our driver Nathan was lovely, the coach was very comfortable and clean, and our seats for the show were superb, really close to the dance floor. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, welcoming and central, I couldn't fault anything,and Sarah in the office was so friendly and helpful after I left something on the coach. She arranged for one of the drivers to hand it over to me and my nearest pick up point. I will most definitely travel with you again

The show was amazing & we loved seeing all the dancers & judges. It was a fantastic evening & we had great seats with a fab view of it all. The Ibis Styles is a lovely hotel & it was nice to stay there again. So thanks for another enjoyable trip & Thanks to Nathan too xx

Had the best time with Jones the Bus on our overnight stay to see the Strictly Come Dancing show. Shaun, our driver, was great, good communication with timings and advice of what to do whilst in Birmingham. Bus was spotless, hotel was perfect and the seats were amazing, fantastic view.

FAB U LOUS time had by our party of 3. Coach was spotless, punctual and expertly driven by Shaun. ( How he makes the turn into the side street so easy, always earns a round of applause from me.) Our seats were great, ensuring a good view. Hotel is ideally situated for the Arena and shopping. Will not hesitate to book again. It’s less fuss with Jones The Bus. Thank you.

We were a party of three, the trip was very well organised whoever booked the seats at the stadium did a first class job, they were amazing and we could see everything. As usual the trip to London was enjoyable, Shaun was great, pointing out landmarks etc and very helpful, Jones the Bus is first class and always looks after its passengers.

Never travelled before with Jones the bus but will definitely NOT be the last time! Shaun, our bus driver, couldn’t do enough for us. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We had lots of laughs also. Everything was well organised, no stress and the concert was incredible. WELL DONE ALL!!
