We had a fabulous weekend going to places we had never been to before. Callum was helpful & caring as always. We always love the mysteries where we,re kept guessing where we,re going.
Excellent weekend, fabulous hotel with beautiful food, wide range of beers & wines, James the driver, was his usual self with his extensive interesting knowledge of London & always goes above & beyond with his personal service, highly recommend this trip & company

Had a fabulous.first trip with jones the bus. Callum the driver was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Matthew was also great, helping with the drinks and being very polite and with a bit of lovely banter off them both. Have already booked our next trip on our way home, and are.looking for another one in the summer to the isle of Wight. Excellent value for money, hotel was great and I can't recommend you enough. Fantastic weekend in Torquay again lovely hotel good food and 2 nights of great entertainment spotlessly clean and comfortable coach and Shaun our driver made sure that we all got to Torquay and back home safely and yes we've already booked for next year

Booked the trip for my mother and I as we love ABBA and it didn’t disappoint, the whole trip was amazing. Callum our driver was very friendly and so knowledgeable he made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable .

Excellent trip , everything planned very well. Hassle free, suited us down to the ground . Callum was an excellent driver and guide. We went through central London to avoid the traffic and he was very informative regarding the sites etc . Hotel was great .On the return journey, he kept everyone updated on the weather conditions and the home arrival times . Would highly recommend this company, will definitely use them again

Had a great time. Longleat Light Festival was amazing. The light structures were phenomenal. Hotel in Bristol was well situated and the food was lovely. Love going away with Jones International - really friendly drivers (Mark was lovely) and can't do enough for you to ensure you enjoy your holiday. Have re-booked for December 2026 & booked to see Paddington the Musical in October.

From start to finish the team at Jones International made everything so easy and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble for the ladies in the office. On the trip itself Shaun our driver was excellent and again nothing too much trouble. It was our first time away with Jones and on the return journey home Shaun played the Welsh National Anthem as we crossed the bridge into Wales…class! We are booked for another adventure later in the year and can’t wait. Thanks to all.
Once again Jones Int., excelled. Had another Fabulous break. Really enjoyed Longleat safari ,particularly the boat trip, feeding the sealions and seeing the gorillas. Followed by amazing light festival ,loved Bristol hotel and shopping. Mark our driver, excellent.Great Itinerary, look forward to our next trip with Jones.
Had a fantastic time throughout. We were given plenty of time in the studios and in London the next day. I have a very tired but happy daughter after her holiday.

Festival of Lanterns was lovely and we enjoyed the train and the safari.Hotel in Bristol was right in centre of the city with easy access to shops and restaurants. It was my 5th trip with Jones the Bus but won't be my last.
Show was fabulous. Hotel and food lovely. The best was our wonderful driver James. Helpful and knowledgeable of London. I use a walker and he carried my bag on to bus and help me on/ off bus. Nothing too much trouble for him. Jones the best company by far.
Really well organised, great trip. The show was fabulous. Wonderful driver, James, the hotel was lovely, evening meal was included, which was nice too. I wish I'd known that the bigger shops in London city centre don't open until 12pm on Sundays, as I would've planned something between being dropped off in London at 10am and 12pm. Couldn't fault the trip though. x

Would have been nice to have been told that the shops did not open until 12 on a Sunday would have made other arrangements for the first 2 hours in London.Other than that everything else was great

We had a brilliant time at the Royal Albert Hall and we had excellent seats thanks to Gemma. Shaun our driver was excellent and made the experience very enjoyable. The hotel was very good and we had a lovely second day at Covent Garden and seeing the sights of London. Would highly recommend this company.
V well managed Tower hotel perfect spot. Never used before but will def again. Only minor disappointment was trip was merged with a festive Xmas shop trip to fill bus so our Sunday drop off at coven gardens was rearranged for Sat that we were in abba concert. But yr Driver was superb and dropped us off at Covent Garden’s on Sat eve after concert and even sent me route on tube to get home. All went well. V happy customer.

We had a lovely weekend seeing the show, shopping and taking in the sights.The Tower Hotel was fab, we just had to cross Tower Bridge and we were in the middle of a Xmas market. St. Katherine's Dock was right behind the hotel and full of different places to eat and drink if you wanted a change from the hotel restaurant.Nathan was an excellent driver and went above and beyond to keep everyone updated and happy.

First time to see the Albert Hall and the Carol service, what a wonderful experience. Korrie was fantastic as usual. Stayed at the Heathrow Holiday Inn which is fab and Windsor was great as always. Coach was lovely and clean and had a lovely safe trip.
This trip was absolutely amazing. The driver Shaun was great and the seats to watch the carols were the best! There are no words to explain what a fantastic trip we had. We are already looking at rebooking the same trip next year. I would highly recommend to anyone of any age.
Brilliant time! Also enjoyed Exeter and Bristol Christmas markets as part of the trip. Neil, our driver was as friendly and entertaining as per norm, hotel was fine, but our room was a bit of a 'rabbit hutch' but served it's purpose, lovely food and a great crowd on the coach.

Second visit to Royal Albert Hall,the carol service was magical ,very christmasy,our Driver for the day was Korey ,excellent driver and very knowledgable,this was our second trip this year,also visited Liverppool/Chester christmas markets with Meirion another lovely Driver.Us Ladies have already booked Arras and Lille for next Christmas all 7 of us lol.Jones the Bus are the company to Travel with,very professional and coaches always spotless .See you in 2026 ,Merry Christmas from the Newport chatterboxes.x
First trip with jones international from start to finish excellent service from the company and the driver Neale the hotel corridors tlh Derwent are like a maze and dated but the staff were lovely and the room cosy clean and warm food was buffet something for everyone

What a lovely trip from a fabulous company. We haven't been on a "Jones the Bus " trip before but would definitely recommend. The booking staff were so helpful with seating and the journey itself, though long, was well planned, and the driver cheerful and welcoming. Comfy seats too with good leg room.

Had a lovely weekend away. Nigel kept us informed & was great. The evening meal at the hotel wasn’t great but the breakfast the following morning made up for it. It was my first trip with Jones International & looking to book again.
What an amazing building and well worth a visit. Bath on Sunday was also an enjoyable day. Nigel our driver was very pleasant and an excellent driver.

An excellent trip to Valkenburg. A thoroughly enjoyable stay at a family run hotel, where the staff were not just friendly but made us feel like part of the family. Our driver Shaun was informative and amusing and very accommodating. I would recommend this trip to anyone.
Excellent break ,booked 4 single rooms ,3 of us upgrading to superior doubles ,well worth the extra ,the shower ,s were fantastic. Excursions well organised to Exeter Xmas market and another day out in Plymouth, Meals at the Hotel Riviera were exceptional with good choices at breakfast and evening meals .Xmas decorations all though the hotel were fabulous. Our driver for the 5 days was Mark he was very pleasant helpful and a safe driver (thank you Mark )It was our first time with Jones International and certainly not our last .
Really enjoyed the trip. I took my son and he loved it.The hotel was welcoming and wonderful team there.We packed so much into the two full days we were there and the driver was very helpful, even repairing my son’s headphones.I will definitely travel with you again but on a shorter journey, this is purely because the journey isn’t compatible with my medical condition.The other travellers were friendly and I can see why there are so many repeat customers.
