Our 4th time to the lovely family Hotel Op De Boud. Rosie is always so welcoming & shouted Susan & Jimmy with our room keys soon as she seen us. We had hugs from Mama & that's why we love it there. After a nice evening meal it,s so relaxing sat in the lounge bar listening to music & singer & thanks to Shaun for calling the bingo also Thanks for driving us there & back with care. (Callum & Nathan our feeder drivers too) It was fab having Gemma there so she could enjoy it too. Great time spent with friends. I,ve already booked for December 2026 as we enjoy Christmas Valkenberg. Going there in july too.

Absolutely fabulous holiday break hotel 10/10Friendly warm welcome food lovely the staff were amazing. The Christmas markets were magical and the Christmas parade through the town was stunning. Jones the bus is professional friendly I would 100% recommend them I’ve booked my next Christmas break for 2026 with Jones and can’t wait.Thank you so much x

Absolutely love the Jones Bws Melyn trip, we’ve been on 5 trips now and all have been so well organised from every pick up point to the drop off. Can’t fault any of the hotels we’ve stayed in, the rooms, food and location are spot on! The best bit that makes it is the drivers (Nigel) and meeting new people who your on the trip with :) Diolch Jones International, can’t wait for the next trip xxx

Very well organised trip lovely driver Nigel and his wife Jean onboard too and the Clayton hotel in Bristol was fab !! Wouldn’t do a bus trip with any body else

We go every year with your company ,a girls trip ,we will be going to this one again , it was to expensive with just designer clothes ,out of our budget ! so spent most of the day in the pub lol .Driver as usual lovely and helpful, hotel lovely and food fine ,we will stick to our usual trips in Bristol, bath ,Worcester, Cheltenham etc but not this one ,other ladies on our coach said the same, didnt spend any money until Winchester, which was not as good as the other towns ,not many shops ,but we all still had a fab time together and will definitely still be back as usual next year ,just not to battersea lol. But jones coaches are the best and will still always go with this firm.

Had a fab time visiting Gloucester and Bristol. The Clayton hotel is perfect in location and is fabulous. Great breakfast and facilities. The driver Nigel and his wife were fabulous , they were really friendly and helpful. Was a good crowd on the bus and all seemed to enjoy. Will definitely book another trip again.

What an amazing weekend! Callum , our fantastic driver, was helpful, informative (about traffic issues and London facts) and made every effort to give us as much time as possible in London with the protest march on and detours. He could not have done any more to ensure our trip was the best possible. Thank you Callum 10/10

A wonderful weekend away. Callum, the driver was amazing. Even though there were many obstacles thrown at the journey into London, he went above and beyond to find alternative routes to ensure we had the most time possible there, make the trip problem free and enjoyable for all passengers. This is my second trip with Jones International and i am already looking forward to my next trip. Thankyou

Thoroughly enjoyed the break to Valkenburgh with bus driver James. Excellent. Hotel run by family were so welcoming especially Rosie. Only 1 thing to be a bit negative was the long journey there and back. Travelled with my sister Sharon, who booked it, and also her friend Jean.

Thank you to Mark for being a wonderful driver. You made myself and my daughters trip safe and comfortable, very friendly and approachable. Thank you also to jones international for making these trips available. Looking forward to my next trip with you. Will not use anyone else. 5* service.

Absolutely brilliant trip. Our driver Nathan was super helpful with my mums mobility walker, having it ready after we stopped along the way, very thoughtful. The trip itself was super easy and Nathan kept us informed along the way with our itinerary. I would definitely be booking again for next year as I found it very professional, friendly and this made it very relaxing.

Enjoyable trip. Good journeys, good hotel, good driver, good company.Only downside was Birmingham market. I have been several times in the past and enjoyed the variety of stalls. However, it has definitely declined and I would not want to go there again.

We had a lovely time the hotel as always was first class and plenty of choice in the buffet breakfast Nathan our driver in all fairness had plenty to deal with from the horrendous weather when we started the journey to keeping us informed when we were on stop due to a horse being on the motorway but he kept his cool and kept us informed 1st class service

Glad the bus was on time Monday morning as the weather was horrendous. Nice spin up to Bristol. We had plenty of time there before travelling on to Cheltenham. Fab hotel, location was excellent, so was the breakfast. The trip was amazing value for £99. Driver was great, as usual. Looking forward to our next trip. Diolch yn fawr.

Had the best time, coach trip great even being stuck on motorway for an hour due to a loose horse. Mark was great and put a movie on for us. Hotel lovely even with 11pm fire alarm! Had a great time definitely recommend Jones

Great hotel and food. Shaun was brilliant, informative helpful, entertaining us played Xmas carols on way home, plus after crossing the bridge on went Welsh Anthem (love it) reviews on FB and Google well deserved.

As always, another lovely Christmas trip with ‘Jones the Bus’. Two lovely nights in Nottingham with a visit to the spectacular Christmas extravaganza at Chatsworth House, one of the finest stately homes in the UK. Additional stops for shopping in Birmingham and Cheltenham. Thanks to Shaun the driver for looking after the passengers so well, nothing was too much trouble! Looking forward to our Christmas visit in 2026!

The driver was very helpful and looked after us Hotel was marvellous and breakfast was good would use Jones International again only draw back is having to get to Newport to catch the bus

I am a solo traveller and going with Jones the bus make my journey so comfortable, from meeting my driver Mark at pick up till being dropped off home. Mark kept us well informed about the journeys , pick up points and all essential safety details and even when we were at a stop on the motorway for an hour , chatting to Mark and other passengers made it less uncomfortable. London and Bristol have to be seen at christmas time, the lights, markets and the atmosphere is amazing. The hotel was modern and comfortable and just what i needed after a day of walking my legs off in london and the buffet breakfast before we made our way to bristol was fabulous. Over all the trip was brilliant , even though i walked my legs off and spent too much, I will only travel with jones the bus and i cant wait for my next trip to winchester and windsor.

Brilliant break, so we'll organised, can't wait for the next one, thank you.

Professional, friendly & welcoming from Callum the coach driver,nothing too much trouble for him, very knowledgeable on the places we visited. The hotel staff also friendly and helpful ,food plentiful and well cooked. Hotel clean and warm.

Really enjoyed the trip to Windsor. Coach was immaculate, Mark the driver was brilliant. Kept us informed of all that was going on. Hotel was spotless, good pick there by your team, right in the centre of Windsor, opposite the castle. Would definitely recommend jones the bus for any trips. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them, all brilliant trips. Can’t wait to book another trip with them.

Fantastic show. Organization was excellent. Well done to Nathan who made the trip a pleasure. Managing the diversion on the motorway and through London was a task in itself. But he did it with ease reassuring his passengers and frequently keeping us updated. Well done again another great trip with Jones the bus ..

Had a great weekend away. Shaun the bus driver was great company. Very informative, witty and a great driver. Got us in and out of London in one piece, despite the best efforts of other road users! Some people shouldn't be on the road! There were people on our trip that use Jones the Bus on a regular basis. I understand why! Well organised and friendly service. I will used them again.

This was our first time travelling with Jones International and they did not disappoint. Cory was our driver and kept us informed on our journey, made great recommendations on places to eat and was a great driver. Our hotel was lovely and our show tickets were in such a good place. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be using them again

myself & my mam has just come back from abba voyage weekend and its was amazing! the show is spectacular. the hotel was lovely, you could see the O2!. day 2 we went to Covent garden and few hours there, so plenty of time to explore.Our Driver Shaun. was lovely, really friendly, couldn't do enough for us. safe driver, on time with our stops. will definitely be booking with jones the bus again. x

We had the most fantastic experience. The trip was perfectly organised with sufficient time to enjoy the Harry Potter studios and the museums the following day.Our driver James was very friendly, funny, knowledgeable and accommodating. We will definitely use Jones International again.

Just back from a great 5 day trip to llandudno. Driver Shaun kept us informed about all aspects of the holiday. The Four Oaks Hotel was warm and comfortable with friendly staff a good selection of tasty food reasonable priced drinks and entertainment every nightThe sea view rooms were small but spotless and the views across the bay to the pier well worth the small extra cost. Would highly recommend. Kim & Tony Davies

All round great trip Shaun our driver was great nice calm driving felt very comfortable with him at the wheel even though the London traffic was horrendous.

Fabulous trip never been before with jones coaches but couldn’t fault the hotel or bus ,Nathan the bus driver had a hard time with all the rd closures but he did a marvellous job and got us there and back safe and sound, can’t praise him enough .

Excellent trip on the brand new coach with Mr Neil Jones driving us. Very spacious room in the Riviera hotel only 5 minutes walk from sea front promenade.

Once again a fantastic trip love the hotel and lovely food. All your drivers are very informative and we feel very safe with their driving. Nigel is a laugh a minute, gets everyone talking to each other, Jean is also very helpful, your very lucky to have them both. Havnt got anything booked yet so roll on next year. What a fabulous trip we had a great time so well organised great driver Mark, great Hotel everything was spot on. My husband’s very jealous as I took a friend that I am going to book again same trip so he can experience it too. Thank you Jones International

From start to finish everything was perfect. I use a walker due to multiple sclerosis but mark the driver made sure it was available each time I left the coach. Mark was so considerate of everyone’s needs.The hotel was lovely and the Dove body wash was so nice.We had a quick stop off in Henley on Thames which was just enough for a toilet break, a drink and a walk around. It’s a beautiful place to visit.ABBA VOYAGE was amazing, the staff seated myself and my friend in accessible seats which gave us a perfect view of the show.We were mesmerised through the 90 minutes, singing and waving our arms Then back to the hotel for a great nights sleep.Breakfast was all self service but staff on hand if I or anyone else needed assistance The trip to Windsor finished off our amazing trip.We have already booked to go to York and Liverpool next year and can’t wait.A big thank you to Mark, Sarah and the team. Excellent trip hotel was very good and ideally situated for the tram. Callum kept us all welll informed and was a very knowledgeable driver. Hopefully they do this trip again next year as we would definitely go again as there is so much more to do
