First off our driver Corey was amazing! He kept us well informed and we had a very smooth journey. The coach was very comfortable and felt luxurious. The over night stay was nice too, and food was very nice.The corrie day was absolutely amazing was really good, we’ll be going to Emmerdale next! Thanks for an awesome experience for our first time! Highly recommended Jones’ obvs it’s the best name!!

Just come back from lreland, another fantastic trip from excellent excursions, hotel, food and not forgetting our 1st class driver callum, who once again made it a trip to remember, on behalf of my wife moyra and myself, a big thank you to all at Jones.

Callum the driver was exceptional. Amazing driving skills & patience. We couldn't believe he hadn't done that trip before. He kept us all well informed, was charming, helpful and very knowledgeable.The trip was good value for money, the hotel very good & the trips most enjoyable.

Four of us have just returned from our first trip with Jones International and it wont be our last. Our driver Callum was excellent he really looked after the group and the bus was spotless. You would never have thought it was his first trip to Ireland as he gave a lot of details about each of our destinations which was great. The welcoming staff, accomodation and great food at Treacys hotel Enniscothy couldnt be faulted. A fantastic break and we are already talking about another trip.

Just returned from the hard days night trip,Neil our driver was absolutely first class, polite, friendly and explained what was going on,hope he enjoys Poland tomorrow.Also we enjoyed the Liverpool tour,the tour guide was very knowledgeable ,can't wait to book again!

Great trip, our driver Korrie was exceptional, keeping us informed the whole time. His driving style is to be commended, it's so smooth and he really looked after us. The trip itself was brilliant, crammed quite a lot into 2 days but it was the right amount of time at each location. Looking forward to the next trip :)

Another fantastic weekend break with the one and only Jones International. Driver Callum was very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Checked up on everyone throughout trip. Coach spotlessly clean. Callum even put a film on while travelling linked to the trip. That I feel is going the extra mile for his group. Well done Callum. Lots of time in Oxford with detailed information given before leaving coach. Pick up was as given. Hotel lovely. Buffet style meal o k and breakfast good. Bletchley park was something else. They happened to have a 40’s weekend on which I feel added to the trip. Time flew by and most enjoyable. Travelling back was great. Callum is an experience driver with a lot of care and attention given to his passengers. Nothing is too much trouble for him. We all came home with that feeling of a lovely weekend spent in good company. Would recommend this break and this company for any trip they do.

What an amazing holiday thanks to all the hard work and effort put in by everyone who put it together and especially Shaun who couldn't have done any more to make it exceptional. Lovely comfortable hotels in good locations and the excellent excursions with lunch included really made it enjoyable.Thanks again for another great experience. We are looking forward to our next trip already!

We travelled to York with Mark as our driver. When we saw he was our driver we knew everything would be 1st class as usual - keeping us informed throughout and making sure we were all having a good trip!!Well done Mark again!!A great asset to Jones the Bus!!

Amazing five day trip visiting the East of England. Hotel with views over marina was superb. Mark our driver was fantastic, giving us lots of information about every new place we visited. 10/10 driver.

Our 3rd holiday with Jones ,Excellent as usual. We thoroughly enjoyed Gretna Green and the arranged trips to Edinburgh, Falkirk wheel, three bridge cruise, Kinneil railway, Stirling castle and the stunning cruise on Loch Katrine.Callum our driver, fantastic, friendly and informative and very skilled navigating very narrow roads. This was an amazing trip from start to finish. So well organised and the trips were fantastic. I have to say how exceptional Shaun was , our driver, he looked after us 24/7 and went above and beyond for everyone especially some who needed help more than others. Wow! This was one amazing holiday. We loved sailing to different places, all inclusive, lovely cabin, everyone so friendly onboard & the staff always made sure we were ok & had all what we needed. Thanks to Callum who was fantastic as always for driving us to Paris so we could see all the sights, we went up to the 8th floor roof on top of Galleries lafayette for stunning views, the river cruise past the Eiffel tower & NotreDame was wonderful. Rouen was so lovely to walk around looking at all the lovely buildings & the Cathedral they even had C&A there. Vernon with Monets garden was beautiful & i,m so pleased I finally got there. Honfleur was such a nice place to look around too. We enjoyed the cider & calvados tasting. We also had a lovely evening walk around Mantes la jolie. Thanks also to Justin who was amazing with his knowledge of every place we went to. We will definately go on another A Rosa holiday.

Our first trip with Jones International and it won't be our last. James was a great driver and organiser. Most impressed by his vast knowledge of the island. And our friendly, fellow travellers also made it an enjoyable experience. Looking forward to future trips.

A very well organised trip, delivered by an excellent driver and host, namely James. We felt we were in exceptionally capable hands. The excursions on the island itself enabled us to see so much more than we would have done independently, and the extra nuggets of information and background from James were at just the right level of interest without being intrusive. It’s a quiet island in September but there were plenty of places to see and some lovely eateries for lunchtimes. Crab sandwiches at the sea’s edge in Yarmouth, good Italian pasta and offogato just a few doors from the hotel - can’t get much better than that!The hotel at Ryde was a very good choice for the group. Rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were attentive and friendly and the meals were good and varied. It was lovely to be situated right by Ryde pier and to have a long promenade for walking. James was very clear on departure times and always ready to help with getting on and off the bus and handling luggage. Our return journey was challenging because of high winds, motorway closure and long queues. James handled the situation very calmly and with good humour. Thanks again. Diolch yn fawr, Jones y Bws!

Had a great trip. Our driver Nigel & his wife Jean really looked after us all. Our second trip this year with Jones International and it didn't disappoint.

If you enjoy Ireland’s mountain and coastal scenery this is the trip for you. Crossing the Irish Sea from Fishguard to Rosslare on a comfortable Stena Line ferry started the tour. We then made for a fabulous hotel in New Cross, calling in Queenstown on the way. A 4 night stay in the town of Killarney followed from where we experienced jaunty car rides, a boat cruise and tours of the mountains and coast. The tour was well planned and was organised by our exceptional and professional driver, Shaun, who provided us with interesting commentaries, Irish music and humour throughout the week. Thank you Shaun for a brilliant short holiday.

We had a really good time in Ireland. Enjoyed everything above our trip. Our driver was so helpful and friendly. He made sure that all passengers were safe and he was very polite. The one thing that was most disappointing was the nights stay in Treacys hotel. I’ve stayed there once before but it wasn’t very good. The food wasn’t good. The previous hotel on our trip was great. It maybe an idea to find somewhere else for overnight stays in Ireland. Appreciate you can only get a hotel within people’s means. This is not a complaint in any way. There were a few other people that were not very happy with the hotel. I’ve already booked my next holiday with yourselves in the Isle of Man next year. Once again thank you very much for a great holiday.

Had a lovely week with Shaun, to Ireland & ring of Kerry. Our guide DD was superb, typical Irish gift of the gab!Only one slight drawback, was the final night in Waterford, was in a typical Irish pub, on a Friday night with very loud drinkers outside, main road location and loud music. Not conducive to a 5am start for the ferry.All in all a smashing getaway. Thanks

My first break with Jones travel and loved every minute, No Single Supplement which was brilliant. Driver Nigel and Jean absolutely excellent and a credit to the firm. Hotel was great and welcome by all staff and meals were exceptional. Great location and excursions driven by Nigel with extreme professionalism . Wish more Hotels did single rooms with no supplement. Can’t wait to see what’s for 2026. Thank you Nigel, Jean and Jones Bus for a fabulous first trip and seated two rows behind driver a bonus.

Thank you Jones International for a wonderful river cruise down the River Rhone. What stood out for me were the free excursions laid on , we were picked up from the boat by James the wonderful and skilled bus driver and transported to the wonderful sights of the region. Justin the tour manager was invaluable with his in depth knowledge of the region. Any questions or concerns, just ask Justin and it was sorted. Jones International really do go the extra mile. The boat was spotless and all the staff were very friendly. A mention must go to Ralf the DJ who didn't speak very good English but by the end of the trip was wishing us Nos Da and playing Tom Jones songs as we left for our cabins. Thank you for the memories Jones the bus .

Fab break away , good company with plenty of laughs. Comfortable hotel with great location near to theatre, good food and service with friendly staff. Coach diver Nigel and Jean excellent throughout our weekend away, helpful and informative. Well done Jones International !

Very much enjoyed another theatre trip with Jones coaches. Our driver this time was Corrie and he was excellent as all other drivers are. Coach very clean and all stops on time and the seats in the theatre were excellent. Usual hotel at Heathrow was superb and always very comfortable and huge selection at breakfast. Windsor on the way back the next day was good. Interesting to listen to people on the coach new to Jones coaches and they were so impressed and will certainly use again. So much easier than booking theatre and rail tickets yourself and so relaxing. Ready to book our next trip. We also very much enjoyed the Cantabria trip last year and also Ireland

The trip really exceeded our expectations, The driver was super organised, the hotel was very good indeed and the food above expectation, The tour around the studio was brilliant and enough time to really enjoy all the experiences and sets that it had to offer. Time to enjoy London itself was included and this was a bonus. Highly recommended and well worth the money. A bonus for me was the pickup in Llanelli which few other bus companies offer. Will definitely book more trips with you.

This is the second trip with Jones and it did not disappoint. Nigel the driver was a real gentleman. Windsor great, Chipping Norton, mostly closed on a Sunday, Burford lovely little town. Vocal Hotel Reading fabulous hotel, spacious rooms. Buffet style dinner was basic but something for everyone, breakfast great. Really enjoyed this trip. It is such a bonus to know in advance where we are gong and the times.

Another really lovely experience & mini break with Jones the Bus. The drivers are really friendly & always really good with everything & everyone. The Voco Reading Hotel was a really good one too & we really enjoyed our time at Windsor & The Cotswolds. We will definitely be doing more trips with yourselves. Thanks again.

We both had a lovely weekend driver Nigel was great.Hotel was excellent. The only thing I have to say is that we had 2hrs in Chipping Norton and on a Sunday there is nothing open this maybe something you could look at .Burford was lovely and could have spent longer there.Otherwise we had another lovely weekend as we always do when we travel with you

The driver James was brilliant, but I think the star goes to Justin the tour guide, he kept us topped up with hot/cold drinks, informationon on every part of the country we were traveling through. Very interesting facts , and sorting out any little problems that arose.My only complaint would be that all the nights events were geared up to the German people, I know we were outnumbered, but even the DJ played music to them with a ratio of 98 % to 2% for us.

What a amazing time we had, bus on time lovely journey to the hotel with stop on the way. Then to the show with plenty of time to spare. After a good night sleep and breakfast off to Windsor. Had a fab 2 day trip, spent time shopping in London first day then watched Evita in the evening which was amazing! Next day spent in beautiful Windsor! Coach very clean and comfortable, driver was excellent! Hotel and breakfast both great! Definitely recommend Jones Buses!

The excursions meant that we all made the most of our time away. This included some optional extra trips. All in all I would definitely recommend this holiday. We have just returned from our holiday in France to Provence and River Rhine cruise. We have had a wonderful time with James the driver and Justin the courier looking after all our needs every day, they were both superb in every single aspect of the trip, they both had a super knowledge of all the different excursions we had been on with so many interesting facts on all we saw . Before I go on I would like to say how comfortable the coach was with the seats able to adjust width ways and recline , i am 6’2 and big but I was comfortable throughout the journey ( we covered 2500 miles) . Now on to the cruise ship the Stella Rose which again was very nice and comfortable with good size cabins which were very comfortable and clean, the food was on the whole very nice bearing in mind they were catering for German and British taste, the staff on board were all very friendly and helpful.Well it’s a 10/10 from us to you Jones International for a superb holiday

WE VISITED LOVELY PLACES AND THE ITALIAN DOLMUTES WERE SUPERB. JAMES AND KORRIE ARE BOTH HELPFUL AND ALWAYS MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME AND NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM. JONES INTERNATIONAL YOU ARE THE BEST AND CAN'T WAIT FIR OUR NEXT TRIP WITH YOU.

HAD A MARVELLOUS TRIP TO LAKE GARDA WITH OUR DRIVER CALLUM AND HIS HOST MATTHEW. CALLUM DID A GREAT JOB AND INFORMED US OF PLACES OF INTEREST AND WAS EXCELLENT AT ARRANGING OUR TRIPS AND EXCURSIONS. HE WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE HAD A GREAT TRIP WITH CALLUM AND MATTHEW AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM.

John and I had a fabulous time in London. Nigel and Jean really made the trip special, and we instantly relaxed as it was our 1st coach trip. The hotel was comfortable with a good view of the Tower Bridge and Tower of London, with plenty of choice for breakfast. Nigel really knows the area and gave us so much information, not to mention banter, and we would definitely travel with Jones International again. Thank you for making our stay so special. I have to say how fantastic our driver James and tour guide Justin were on this holiday. They really went over and above to ensure we had the best time. The excursions were amazing and Justin's local knowledge and fluency in French was an added advantage. I can't imagine travelling with any other bus company. Amazing as always !

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip.Never been on a river cruise before.From the moment we stepped on the bus, I felt safe in the hands of James and Justin.Until now my travelling has been largely independently planned .Mobility issues now mean I have to look for a more suitable way of holidaying.JONES presses all the buttons!!!I enjoyed the cruise.Staff were friendly and helpful.The ship was very clean.Loved our cabin with its Juliet balcony and all the changing views.I particularly enjoyed going through the locks and marvelling at the ingenuity of canal construction.Was not so happy with the regimented meal times and self service queues.So glad I have found Jones the bus and am now a “groupie “.

A great short break. Our driver, Shaun, was friendly and informative. He gave us an interesting commentary as we drove through London on our way to the Elvis Evolution. Lots of facts and stories about famous landmarks. I was pleased too that Shaun had gone ahead and checked us into the hotel whilst we were in Windsor and handed us our room keys when we got back on the bus to travel to the hotel. Saved a lot of time when we arrived at the hotel, as we went straight to our room. The hotel was lovely with very comfy beds and provided a decent evening meal and a good choice at breakfast. Looking forward to our next break, Carols at the Royal Albert Hall. Great company to deal with and always a professional and reliable service from the point of booking a break to departing the bus after the break. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a brilliant weekend. As usual the coach driver ensured a safe, informative, pleasant journey. Windsor was a lovely day. Spent at Windsor Castle, and stroll around. Bus ride to hotel which was excellent. Evening meal included. Good night sleep, full breakfast, then off to see Elvis Evolution. Loved it. Not the same as ABBA experience as some people expect, but more of a lesson on Elvis' journey from a young lad. Really enjoyed, as did everyone we spoke to on trip. My sister who is the true Elvis fan was quite emotional, as was I! Already looking to do another trip together. Comfy buses, brilliant drivers. Well organised. Fantastic value for money. First time user of any coach break and I must say we picked the best!So well organised from start to finish. Our driver was fabulous, so much knowledge about london and little stories to keep us amused.Loved the Elvis songs on route to the excel and the national anthem as we returned to Wales.Will definitely recommend and am already looking to book my next adventure!!

Me and my daughter Erin had a fantastic weekend stay at The Tower Hotel. Our driver Nigel and his lovely wife Jean are very friendly and approachable. We travelled with them 2 years ago for a weekend in London as well. Lovely to see them again! Would definitely recommend.

Just returned from a Monday to Friday break to Llandudno. First time to Llandudno and first time booking an holiday with Jones International. Cannot fault it in any way. Hotel selected was great. Coach was comfortable and roomy and the driver Cory was brilliant. Will definitely book a tour again.

Absolute excellent weekend. Journey up was first class and very comfortable. Had a great stay at the Derwent Hotel. Can't wait to book my next holiday with Jones International. Great driver and very informative.

Fabulous weekend. This was my 3rd time to Tiffany’s hotel with Jones International and I will definitely be booking again to go next year. Mark was this years driver and he is a lovely man who takes care of his passengers x

Just returned from a fabulous 5day break with Jones the bus to Torquay first if many I hope from the pick up to the final drop off it was great.

Our driver Nathan was great, very informative funny and got to where we needed to be with bags of time all weekend.Great hotel and a lovely breakfast, the party at the O2 was fantastic and we had lots of fun there.We stopped at Windsor on the way home and went on a tour of the castle and ended with a nice lunch on the Thames.Overall a fantastic couple of days perfectly organised by Jones the Bus.

This was a great trip made even better with our driver Cory who made sure we all enjoyed. He is an asset to JTB very knowledgeable and helpful. I have travelled with the company many times and have booked for future trips. Diolch also to the Big Boss who drove me home from Pont Abraham. Our group of 6 has just returned from this holiday,we all had a fantastic time,first time with Jones the Bus but definitely won't be the last,already looking for our next break with them,Korrie the driver was brilliant,he's a great driver & went out of his way to make sure everyone had the best experience possible

Went to London Sunday morning and arrived as planned at London Tower for 1pm collected around 5pm Togo to Tower Hotel lovely Twin room. Next day picked up choice of 2 drop off points to spend time exploring before heading home. Callum kept us fully informed and is very knowledgable about London felt very safe Thank you Callum
