Start to finish great, Steve was awesome, hotel great as usual, show amazing and what incredible seats!! A lovely stop at Marlbourogh which made a change from London hustle and bustle, Thank you JTB and see you in February

Excellent 2 day trip - couldn’t fault a thing. Brilliant seats at show, lovely hotel and great choice of stop off on way back.

Very good overall experience from start to finish Nathan our driver was excellent and made us very welcome the show was brilliant as was the hotel and the service provided was second to none

Picked up on time, comfortable coach, Steve a great driver, refreshments on board. Fabulous hotels, very friendly staff. Excellent trips. Even the Irish Sea played ball and was calm. Steve went above and beyond at the ferry port when 5 passports didn't scan coming home. A brilliant holiday.

Once again another jaunt with Jones the bus we had a great journey to London with comfort stops coach was comfortable and spotlessly clean .we had fantastic seats to see Oliver (if you haven't been i highly recommend it)and after the show we were picked up and taken to our hotel for an overnight stay with breakfast the following morning. After breakfast we visited Marlborough and then rejoined the coach for our journey home and last but not least a mention for our driver Steve who was informative and professional throughout.

This was our first time travelling with Jones International and what an absolute pleasure it was. The hotels were excellent as were the excursions with wonderful scenery and good weather as well. Our driver Steve was so helpful to all on board and an absolute credit to your company, and also such a lovely group of fellow passengers making our break away extra special. The coach journey and Mark our driver were first class. The ABBA show was fabulous. Our overnight stop at the Holiday Inn was very good. All in all, an excellent tour which I would highly recommend.

What a brilliant short break! The Abba show was truly amazing, the hotel was super, the bus was full of such lovely characters and the driver (Mark) couldn't have been better.

Absolutely lovely trip. Loved the exhibition of Queen Elizabeth ll. We were dropped off 5 mins walk to Palace. Plenty of time to look at the exhibition before being taking to our hotel in Reading. Next day in Windsor. Beautiful weather with plenty yo do, River cruise, Castle, shops. Such a pretty place to visit.

From start to finish our driver Darko made us aware of everything that was going on around us on our trip to London he was wonderful . The queens wardrobe was outstanding out of this world Gosh she was so tiny . Windsor was as accommodating as ever plenty to see and do. And the pancakes in “bills” were mouthwatering lovely

Travelling as a group of 8 - 50 something couples. We had an amazing time. Easy booking experience using the app, along with excellent communication via email. Our driver was great, he gave clear location and pick up times for each aspect of the journey. The bus was spotless and very comfortable. Hotel accommodation and food was good, although the location was a little out of the way to go exploring in the evening. As we were only away 1 night and travelled with company this wasn't an issue. In all nothing to complain about and will definitely travel and recommend Jones International.

Wow! yet another wonderful holiday. Hotel Viarregio was amazing, our corner room on the 5th floor had wrap around windows with stunning views over the beach & promenade. The sunsets were also stunning to see. The staff were so nice & friendly especially Lila who looked after Jim giving him more food in the evening, one time three desserts! Thanks to Callum & Matthew as always looked after us so well, taking us to many beautiful places. Thanks to you Pisa, Como & Florence have now been ticked off my go to list. San Gimignano so picturesque, Lucca too & Piacenza places we only heard of because of you & glad we went there. It was lovely to go over to Portofino by boat again. So many more memories made & lots photos taken. Looking forward to many more enjoyable times. Xx

My mother and I had a fantastic time in York. What a lovelyexperience it was for me, as it was my first experience doing a coach trip. (I would do one again now ) My mother had recommended Jones transport as she'd been on trips previously. We are so glad that we chose to travel with yourselves as everything was just great from start to finish. Especially as Mark the driver was so good. He was a careful thoughtful driver and very funny.He was very knowledgeable about York and this really helpful with everything. The location was great staying in the Raddison . and really accessible to everything.

Just returned from my first European bus tour with Jones International.The Tuscany trip with Callum and Mathew was excellent and their professional approach and personal touch make them excellent ambassadors for the company.Nothing was too much trouble and any issues were addressed quickly.I usually travel independently abroad but will certainly book more of these holidays - no hassle with lovely travel companion. Highly recommended.

Fantastic break in beautiful Tuscany. The Hotel President in Viareggio was amazing with gorgeous views over the beach, stunning rooms and friendly staff. From pick up to return and all the excursions etc in between it was amazing. Our drivers were great as always. Another fabulous trip!

Really fab break, extremely well organised throughout and I would thoroughly recommend Jones Travel. Mark the driver and guide could not have done more to be helpful and informative about the excursions. And the hotel was good too. All in all I really enjoyed my first coach break and will definitely be booking again.

Fantastic break in York Whitby & Pickering. Stayed at the Radisson on the Ouse River great location to walk into town.The food was amazing every evening.Loads to see & do wish the trip could have been longer.Mark our driver was so helpful with any questions we all had. Keeping us informed on traffic hold ups etc.Definitely want to visit York again.Great value for money.

Had a wonderful time in York. Highly recommend. It’s our second time on this trip so that shows how much we enjoy. The whole experience with the jones bus is excellent. The Driver Mark was amazing so helpful informative and fun! Made the whole experience on the bus great. Stayed in a lovely hotel only a short walk away from it all.

We were a party of four. We had the most fantastic time. Our driver Steve was amazing, very professional and we all felt very safe in his capable driving hands ! The show was amazing - a must see, especially for Abba fans. Lots of surprises throughout the show - but I won't spoil it for those who intend to see it. Accommodation was very good including the variety of breakfast choices. On the second day we had a good few hours in central London, made all the better with the great weather on the day. All in all it was a great weekend. I would not hesitate to recommend Jones the bus very highly.

Excellent communication and organisation throughout.The driver, Marko was very knowledgeable and kept us fully informed at all times. The rooms at the Holiday Inn,Heathrow were very well appointed. The buffet style evening meal had a limited choice ( this had been highlighted in the brochure) but breakfast was of an excellent standard. Another fabulous weekend trip with Jones International; first time meeting our driver Darko, who was amazing, informative and so obliging. Gave us some great commentary along the way and even detoured to avoid major traffic issues on the M4. Super value for money, don't know how you do it. Well done

We had a fabulous holiday with your company. It was our first visit to Ireland and we were not disappointed. The early morning pickup at Newport where we were greeted by Steve with a happy cheery smile he was so friendly and helpful. The coach was very comfortable and what a lovely group of people everyone was so friendly. Treacey Hotel was very comfortable the staff were very obliging and helpful. Luka darko was a brilliant driver, really knowledgeable about the things we went passed, pointing them out and also showing good humour making us laugh.

Darko our driver was excellent and entertained us for parts of the journey. Very good trip from start to finish. Plenty of time to explore after Windsor castle and Buckingham palace. Overall, it was an excellent trip.

Nathan greeted us warmly at the start of our holiday, and continued to care for us throughout the 5 days. He was very professional, helpful, friendly and approachable. Kept us updated throughout. The coach was very comfortable. The stops were very welcome in various garden centres. The hotel was pleasant, well situated. The staff were helpful and efficient and very approachable. The excursions were excellent, and just the right time spent at each venue.This was our first holiday with Jones International, we would certainly recommend and return at a later date.

Just back from a fab 5 days away in Llandudno . The hotel was lovely with tasty food . Nathan our driver was really fab giving us lots of information and willing to help in anyway he could and getting us there and back safely . Well recommended and can’t wait for my next trip in october

A lovely trip as always . Mathew our driver was courteous, helpful, funny nothing was too much trouble for him . The hotel was in a fantastic location , the hotel and breakfast were lovely . The room was a little small and the bathroom rather pokey ,but all spotlessly clean and fit for purpose, but it’s the location you are paying for .

We had a lovely few days away, the hotel was good as was the food and the driver was brilliant. I love Jones International holidays and will only travel with them. Always good service and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Overall a very enjoyable trip. Our driver, Nathan was excellent.our only disappointment was the hotel riviera.For elderly guests it was a long trek from room to restaurant, no handles in shower, and an overcrowded restaurant (canteen) being very noisy.

We saw a matinee showing of Les Misérables, back to Holiday Inn at Bath Road by Heathrow Airport. Back into London on the Sunday for a few hours.Callum our driver was great full of knowledge and banter.

Yet again another fab weekend with Jones Buses. Thoroughly enjoyed. Driver Callum was very good. Very polite and courteous. Will definitely book another trip. Until next time.

Had a lovely 4 night holiday in Torquay with Jones IntOur driver Nathan was excellent & knowledgeableIt was pouring with rain when we were waiting to go on the included river cruise with afternoon tea so he took us for a trip around Exmouth to save us getting wet which was very considerate of him We loved Sidmouth & wished we had longer thereSorry to say Plymouth city centre was a big let down so wished we had gone to the Barbican centre insteadThe Riviera Hotel was great we had a fab room with our own terrace and door to outside Food was excellent with good choices ar mealtimesI would certainly travel with Jones again and if it was Torquay would stay in the same hotelBig thumbs up to Sara tooThanks for a good value holiday

We had the most fabulous time, Steve our driver was wonderful, knowledgeable of Ireland and just a lovely guy. The hotel was lovely with a fabulous breakfast too set us up for the day and then back after our trips to a lovely evening meal. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. We are now looking forward to Cheltenham and Bath in November and Scotland in February but we were given the new brochure so no doubt we’ll be looking to book further trips. We really enjoyed this holiday coach trip, Steve the driver is well worth a tribute for his professional attitude from his immaculate uniform to his knowledge and brilliant driving ability. He ensured that we knew exactly what was happening in advance of each days activities and timings. The trip itself was very good value, the hotel Treaceys is very good, food was very good and service was acceptable especially as they were catering for three coach loads at the same time! Steve ensured the timings of each days visits were spot on! Well done Steve and Jones International. We're booking again, as soon as I finish this review!

Wow, what a great trip from start to finish bus arrived on time at the pickup times our driver was very pleasant and informative about different parts of London as we travelled through , will definitely book more trips in the near future as you always give first class service.

A fantastic well planned trip. Callum our driver was so knowledgeable about the city transport system and provided lots of helpful information as we were travelling to and from Paris. The champagne at Pullman skybar at was fabulous plus the trip down the river Seine at dusk was fantastic with the highlight being watching the Eiffle Tower sparkle at 9 pm, what a fantastic end to a superb trip. Would thoroughly recommend and am looking forward to our next trip.

Just returned from the most amazing Paris City Break.My husband and I had a wonderful time.Lovely 5 star Pullman hotel in a great location for the metro to the city and next to a huge shopping centre.Once in Paris the sights are spectacular.The Eiffel tower lit up in the night and sparkling was just breathtaking.Callum the bus driver.Went above and beyond his role to make it even more enjoyable, by booking the Night Seine river cruise.Fantastic memories!! What a wonderful well planned weekend. A most comfortable and clean coach, driven expertly by Nigel, assisted in embarking and disembarking the coach by the lovely Jean. The hotel was comfortable with good food Blenheim Palace was magnificent with beautiful gardens. I would like to do this weekend again sometime soon because there were things that we did not get around to seeing Thank you all at Jones International for organising such a wonderful weekend. I will book again knowing that I will have a wonderful break

Myself, my daughter and granddaughter travelled with Lee on what was my granddaughters 8th birthday. What an amazing trip. Thank you to Lee and all those we travelled with for making it a weekend my granddaughter will forever remember.

Great trip from beginning to end.Driver was fabulous, always helpful and very prompt with information we needed.Bus very comfortable and clean, also hotel was better than expected and food was amazing, staff couldn't do enough to help with my dietary requirements as im am celiac. Would definitely be going back to London.

My daughter and I travelled to London with Lee the driver . The experience was excellent from the moment we were picked up to when we were dropped off . We were kept updated and given clear pick up instructions throughout the trip . The hotel was lovely and the show was amazing . I don’t think I have ever been on such a well organised and enjoyable break , we are already looking for our next journey thank you 10/10

Wow! An amazing musical that is fun for all the family!Definitely recommend watching this and can’t stop singing the songs especially the one on marmalade!Cast and stage was vibrant and full of colour!Shout out to Nathan who kept us informed throughout the weekend and made great timings on the road.Looking forward to my next musical with Jones the Bus!

Very enjoyable holiday, our first time to Ostend. Some wonderful trips out especially the boat trip in Brugge. Also loved all the chocolates in Brussels as well. We did master the trams as well on our free days. This was made so enjoyable as we met the friends we had made on the italian trip last year. Matthew is a star and a confident driver.

Another amazing, hassle free trip with Jones. Matthew our driver, was brilliant both in navigating London traffic, getting us to places on time, making sure we were looked after, and London 'did you know.... trivia! I love this company and have recommended them to so many friends and family! Oh yes...show was incredible too!!
