Just returned from a fabulous weekend away to a murder mystery weekend with Callum . Just wanted to say what an excellent driver and looked after us all very well . Hotel and food excellent , murder mystery really good fun and very enjoyable .
We had a fabulous holiday with enjoyment from start to finish. James & Korrie were amazing as always & they always made sure we were all ok & looked after us well. Wow! didn,t expect to end up in Italy & the family Hotel Paganella in the mountains was stunning & charming with staff so friendly, nice clean rooms & tasty food plus a free bar. We even had a guided walk with Fausto with a pizza & wine picnic. The daily mystery days out were wonderful & to go back to Riva with the boat trip to limone & malcesine was unexpected but fabulous. Strasbourg was so pretty with the cathedral, Up the chair lift in Merano with stunning views, Innsbruck was lovely too, wine tasting tour, Lille is such a nice place to walk around & stay, Luxembourg, Bolzano, Laon so many lovely places we went to. Up to the top of the Dolomites on the cable car was amazing, fabulous views, & after it being a warm 29° below & then 6° with Jim throwing snowballs at me & I had always wanted to go there. Korrie was so safe driving up the steep sometimes scary mountain roads to get there & the villages we went through were so pretty & so nice to see it all. This was our 11th Mystery & we,ve loved them all but got to say this one was Simply the Best. Thanks again James & Korrie for giving us a fantabulous time & Gemma too who makes it happen xx Neil without Jones the bus we wouldn't have had so many great trips so thanks to you too & we look forward to many more.
Thankyou for an amazing trip once again. So easy for us. There had been a crash and we were re-directed off the main roads. The driver's experience and skills shone through. So easy get on , enjoy the journey, get off at the show ground. Same the other side. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely do this for Royal welsh again.

Due to a road accident we were diverted through Talley to Llanwrda, Artic Lorries were diverted back from the show after delivering, and were coming to meet us the roads were so narrow but Nigel did a superb job of enabling the bus to pass through safely, a credit to Jones International

Had a fabulous time in London your driver as always was smartly dressed, informative friendly and always on time. Stayed in The Tower Hotel a favourite of mine as rooms clean, comfortable and spacious and there is a wide choice of eating places nearby at reasonable cost. Plus its central for getting around by river boat, underground and The Dockland railway to go down to Greenwich. 5 star service as always. Can wait for overnight Christmas shopping trip to Battersea.

Fabulous 2 day trip with driver Nigel...Sarge. Holiday Inn was lovely ,food very nice and staff obliging.Nigel was a joy to be with and very informative.We always have a great time with Jones the Bus,hope to travel with you soon. Kyra and Lesley.xx
Wonderful holiday my first bus tour. Driver Mark was second to none. Really excellent knowledge of the island and so helpful to every request. Hotel was in a wonderful location on the sea front, food was excellent, room with sea view perfect for our needs opposite stairs and close to lift and cleaned daily.. Room facilities were more than adequate with refreshed tea and coffee daily. Service in dining room was wonderful with really good choices for breakfast and evening meal. Will without doubt travel again.
This was a great trip. Spent a lovely few hours in Bath. Temperature was 35degrees, but cool coach to transport us to the Holiday Inn at Cheltenham for b&b. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good if a little hectic, but we waited 10mins for the dining room to clear, so no problem. We like these trips where we can sample the local restaurants for our evening meals. Driver was very good, so what’s not to like?
Lovely trip well worth money
The whole trip experience was really amazing and didn't disappoint. Hotel location excellent. Mark our driver was very helpful and gave a volume of information with a caring warm personality along with his added humorous tales of the island.

Absolutely superb! James & Korrie kept us entertained, informed & were great trolly dollies! The family run Hotel Paganella was second to none- stunning location, beautifully kept, fabulous staff and delicious food.. even had a free bar!! The excursions could not have been better from Lake Garda to Passo Pordoi we enjoyed every one. Thank you James & Korrie for going the extra mile as you always do... next year's trip is already booked.. we can't wait!!!

I was always hoping we’d end up in Italy, so for me it was a wish come true.
Food in Hotel Esplamade was Very dissapointing . Poor choce for breakfast . Undercooked bacon . Lack of bread rolls , fried eggs or cheese .Dinner not up to 4* standard . Lack of waiting staff resulted in very long wait between courses. Coach trip and day excsurtions good .
Thoroughly enjoyed this trip, very well organised and relaxing. One night stay at the Holiday Inn Heathrow, very good night's sleep and an excellent breakfast. Shaun was an excellent driver, very informative and helpful. Highly recommend.

You never fail to ensure that every coach driver gives the best experience. Nathan was brilliant as are all your drivers. The whole of the Jones The Bus team are brilliant from the booking to the driver who drops you off if the driver swaps. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

What a fabulous trip. I went wiith a friend and ww are definitely going on you're next £99 trips.The river cruise at Bath was suggested by our wonderful and polite driver Callum. He was a diamond with a super sense of humour.Cheltenham was also fabulous as we enjoyed our hotel plus a night out at The Ivy the food was amazing. Plus look out for the Vietamese restaurant which has a super menu. Staff were very friendly and attentive as so were the staff at The Ivy.The name of the restaurant was PHO street food.On our way home we had so much to talk about, eg comfy hotel beds, super breakfast plus the easy access at our luggage pick up. We did not want want to leave our coach. Roll on next trip with Jones the bus.

Great break. We were picked up on time and our driver Callum made boarding easy, and he kept us informed about arrival and departure times throughout the journey as well as interesting things to do in both Bath and Cheltenham. The Hotel was very good and couldn't have been In a better place. Once again a big thankyou to Callum who was very professional and always happy to help.
The trip was very enjoyable! Bath was amazing, river cruise and open top bus trips. The hotel in Cheltenham was amazing, lovely room and a really good breakfast. We would also like to thank Callum our driver who was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. He kept us informed of everything on the journey and was there for us if we needed him! Would recommend Jones the bus definitely. Many thanks to everyone!!

Excellent one night away, Korrie was our driver who was great. Spent the day in Stratford sitting on the lawns and then the night in Holiday Inn in Cheltenham. Room was lovely and the breakfast was good. Very close to city centre.
A good holiday, Nathan was brilliant, some hotel hiccups but not Jones the Bus's problem. Lift was out of order in original hotel and we were offered to move to their sister hotel, which I accepted a few weeks before going. Stayed at the Fistral Beach Hotel. beautiful, adults only, lovely pool. Breakfast each morning was at the Fistral hotel and evening meal at the Esplanade, service was a bit disjointed with long gaps between each course and mixup of meals. Holiday itinerary was good. One attraction not suitable for mobility scooter usage.
Absolutely brilliant week can't fault it, fab location fab hotel great room with big decking area to sit out, and a wonderful driver (NATHAN)and to top it all weather was great, roll on next trip, 6 years now my sister and myself have been using this company and we have never been disappointed, keep up the good work jones the bus, there's still many more trips we looking forward to doing.
This was our 2nd time with Jones the Bus and the experience with them was exeptional. Nathan our Driver looked after us from start to finish. There were a few issues around the temprerature in the rooms and food options at the hotel, but it didn't spoil our overall experience
The holiday was great, your driver Nathan was superb.Hotel was excellent.Only one minor complaint the seats on the bus were very uncomfortable especially for that length of journey

This was a wonderful tour from beginning to end. Hotel was excellent. Our driver Sion does a lot of research regarding the day ahead of us. He also plays great music! Met lovely people as usual.

Fabulous trip to Norfolk ,beautiful part of the country.Stayed at the Maids head hotel,close to the cathedral.Visited Sandringham,had a guided tour of the grounds and the house,went on a boat trip on the Broads and visited Thursford museumAll this included in the priceWe’ve travelled many times with your company and have enjoyed all our trips.Excellent value for money.Shaun the driver was very helpful & professional and amenable to all.
Loved the trip to Norfolk and our stay in the Maids Head hotel. We particularly enjoyed the visit to Sandringham and the cruise on the Broads. Sean, our driver was great going out of his way to make the trip as enjoyable for everyone as possible. Not our first trip with Jones and certainly not our last.
All aspects of this tour were excellent,hotel facilities and staff, driver Sean provided us with an excellent trip.However I would question the visit to the Steam Museum , I am sure there are other locations in the area that would be able to occupy part of a day
Wonderful stay at the esperalde hotel in Cornwall. Fab room with everything and more with a great patio. Nathan was our driver and looked after us especially the ladies with chairs. Evening service was a bit slow but the food was fresh and hot. Fab hotel and lovely staff.x

Brilliant weekend - lovely hotel Crowne Plaza in Docklands, fantastic concert -it was amazing and we were dropped just outside the ABBA Arena and picked up in the same place after the concert by our very capable and unflappable and friendly driver James. We had free time in London on the Sunday which was great. Highly recommeded.

Me and my daughter went on a trip with Jones buses to Harry Potter studios London. I couldn't fault the company one bit from start to finish. The driver was so informative, on time and funny. Made sure we all knew what times we were arriving and departing. Drove really professional and smooth. We had a lovely break ,the weather was gorgeous ,we really enjoyed Burford and the Farmers dog was fantastic . We had A nice hotel with great food and Bath on Sunday topped off a great weekend Nigel (Sarge)was his usual brilliant self and added to the enjoyable experience Roll on our next trip!!
Our driver was Callum - we had a really good time. We were informed all info throughout the weekend and Callum was very professional. Good hotel with great food too. This is my second trip this year & look forward to more trips.

Fabulous little break, coach was immaculate and comfortable , our driver James was brilliant, very considerate and was very informative of the sights we were going to see. The hotel we stayed at Voco Reading Hotel was excellent. Could not fault one part of our trip, have used Jones the Bus quite a few times and will continue to go on their amazing trips. Jones the Bus are the best
Liverpool Great city as was our driver Neil. We were well informed about everything with ease and humour he looked after us all. Hotel very central which was a bonus when walking. The bedroom was comfortable we used the pool too however, breakfast was very disappointing so was the staff /service it could do with an upgrade in this area.Compared to other hotels we’ve used with Jones Coaches this wasn’t up to that standard. Tip: visit the British Music Museum Brilliant! Thanks to all the team already booked next trip!

This was the first time I’ve ever been on a Jones holiday. I wanted to take my 14 year old son to Liverpool as a treat for his birthday. I was nervous to travel on my own with him and chose Jones as it has a fantastic reputation for looking after its holiday makers, and doing everything possible to make them feel safe and comfortable. They did exactly that!Our driver, Neil, was really great and explained every part of the trip to us. He was very friendly and did all he could to make the journey comfortable for us. I really felt my son and I were in safe hands.The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It was a lovely hotel and we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay using the pool and enjoying the restaurant. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The city itself has lots to offer and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time there. When it was time to leave, Neil was on hand to make sure check out went smoothly and everyone was comfortable and ready to leave for home. The journey back was relaxing and the coach was very comfortable. I highly recommend booking a break with Jones International. From pick up to drop off I felt safe and had a wonderful holiday with my son, who said he would love to go on another trip together. We loved it! Thank you to the whole team. We will be booking again.

A lovely trip with plenty of time to enjoy stratford and cheltenham. Exellent centrally located hotel in Cheltenham with plenty of choice to eat out. Our driver Mark was very approachable and kept us well informed.Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed.

Shawn made a great trip extraordinary. From music to stories to helpful travel information every trip was special. He went out of his way to make special stops and did some exceptional driving to give us the best possible experience. He even stayed for a WI meeting to make sure we all got home safe (becoming a judge for the evening festivities in the meantime!). I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Worth every penny!

Just returned from a week's break on the rhine which was fantastic.Callum the driver and Justin the tour guide were great, very professional and really informative, they went out of their way to make this holiday very enjoyable I would definitely be recommending this trip 2 all my friends and I ImL looking forward to my next trip with you.
Had an amazing weekend in London watching Abba voyage. Our accommodation was in Windsor in the holiday inn which couldn't be faulted great room lovely breakfast and our driver Nathan pre checked us in to our rooms before arrival. We were taken from Windsor to the abba arena with abba music all the way and passengers singing on route. The show was brilliant. We were then taken back to Windsor to our hotel. Next morning we were taken to Windsor for a look around the shops and a walk up the Thames. We were unfortunate that the castle was closed otherwise a perfect day. Nathan was a great asset to Jones. He was bang on time and kept us well informed. The bus was spotless and comfortable would definitely recommend this company to all.

Good short break. Main reason for trip was to meet up with friends in Stratford. Lovely day. Large local makers market on by the river. Always plenty to see & do in Stratford. Holiday Inn Express in Cheltenham is reallygood especially its location. Good choices at breakfast (hot & cold selections). Cory was our driver & kept us informed of arrival times etc. We will book again. Thank you.
First time we have travelled with Jones and I have to say from start to finish, it was exceptional. The driver Cory was very professional - he gave us all his mobile number in case of any difficulties - he told us in advance of expected arrival/departure times and could not have been more helpful, he is a credit to your company and we felt in safe hands. The hotel was brilliant, rooms great, staff were amazing, breakfast was fantastic. We will certainly be travelling with Jones again. A delightful trip from start to finish!
Excellent trip, very enjoyable. Only blip was if I hadn’t checked the bus hold myself for my case it would have been left in the hotel. But as I say an enjoyable trip.

Cory was the driver and was truly outstanding, very smooth with first-class observation and planning skills. I thought he was police trained. He kept everyone fully informed and nothing was too much trouble for him. Great holiday and would highly recommend Jones the Bus. Went with two friends and the trips were great, even Cory our excellent driver took us from Lyme Regis which was very tricky on some parts of the road, and did an excellent drive and then he took us to Bridport which was a lovely town. Thank you Cory, you helped so much with my mobility scooter too. 10/10.

I enjoyed my holiday korrie the driver was amazing he is a credit to your company The hotel in my opinion was a bit dated The quilts on the beds had seen better days the lock on the window was broken we had no towels when we arrived and the service wasn’t up to much we made the most of our holiday and would recommend your company to anyone but wouldn’t go to Warner hotels again very disappointed with them
Excellent trip! Was nice to go places you wouldn't expect & thanks to our Driver Shaun for not only thinking outside the box but changing plans last minute to accomodate the weather... enjoyable week had & of course it was much less fuss with Jones the bus ;-)
