Another fantastic trip with Jones the Bus, as usual first class, great hotel, great location. Again Mark the driver was superb, nothing to much trouble travelled with him before as always the service by the drivers cannot be faulted. Seating at the O2 was excellent as was the whole night. Again visit to Windsor was well organised and plenty of information from Mark.

What a fantastic holiday. From first getting on the bus in Llandielo this trip was an absolute joy. The drivers James and Korie did a great job from start to finish. As you would expect their driving was professional and safe, their trolly dolly work was well practiced and their route finding exceptional. Most importantly everything was done in a cheerful manner no matter the situation. The itinerary was every bit as good as we expected with every stop being a joy. The cities and towns we visited, even the short stops gave us a really good sense of France. James and Korie had to make several on tour changes but these were done with our best interests in mind and worked very well. All of the accommodation,except one, were outstanding for the price. The main hotel was exceptional in it's position and service.We both thought we would struggle with the length of journey but the drivers and our fellow travellers made the time on the coach a joy. We booked for next year's Lake Garder trip before we returned as we were so impressed with this trip. Writing this some time after our return we are both constantly referring back to our memories in France with Jones the Bus with great joy. Thankyou.

We had a wonderful trip. I travelled with my Husband, Sister and Brother in law.It was amazing from start to finish. The price we paid was very reasonable and well worth it.Our driver, Nathan was excellent and looked after us from the time we were picked up to the time we were dropped off at the end of the trip.I would recommend Jones the bus company to anyone and I'm already looking to book my next trip.
Nathan the driver was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble and very informative on the trip. Food in hotel was lovely but pretty random selection. Breakfast was nice but some items cold. Hotel was lovely and clean. Downside wss the time in Windsor itself, you don't need 5 hours there, far too long and had to wait 2 hours for our tour to start so an adjustment to leaving times should be reviewed I think. All in all we enjoyed the trip and would book again

Absolutely wonderful trip to Windsor and the call the midwife guided tour at Chatham docks. So well organised and Nathan our driver was excellent and kept us updated regularly. The Holiday inn we stayed at was fabulous as well. Thank you. Looking forward to booking more trips with you.
The weekend was great. Callum, our bus driver was fun, yet professional throughout. Very accommodating and pleasant. Chester was lovely, just enough time there and Coronation street was great.

Lovely Trip with Jones the Bus , our 1st ever trip with them and loved it. Nathan the driver was fantastic, so organised and professional, very informative, updated us along the way , very helpful and kind , His driving was superb! The trip was very well planned out and we had enough free time at places to browse , shop and cafe breaks! We seen so much of Winsdor , Castle, shops, train station, the river. The holiday inn was the best we've stayed at , so clean , polite staff, lovely evening meal , a massive selection for breakfast too. Plenty of time at the dockyard before our planned Call the midwife tour , then scones cream jam strawberries and cuppas before back on the coach to head home. Done so much in 2 days ... loved it. The coach was clean and nice and cool percect temperature and boiling out ! Highly recommend, booking our next Jones the Bus adventures soon and hoping for Nathan to be the driver.

Fabulous trip this weekend (was booked by K Preece for us). Great driver, great show, great hotel. Only issue which i hope you note for future is there were 2 of us and i am 6ft 1. We were in the back seats in the left corner with another 3 people we didnt know. Nice people, but seats had smaller leg room than all other seats on bus and less room per seat. If a group of 5 or more was on bus then im sure it would be ok, but 2 different groups are too close to each other to be comfortable. I hope you take this comment for future trips. Driver was excellent. Cant wait for another trip but no backseat please.

Our driver Corey was exceptional went out of his way to keep all the passengers updated and everyone seemed to be happy looking forward to booking another trip with yourselves. It was a lovely week away. Mark is a good driver and helpful driver. It was a nice hotel, the room/balcony was lovely. We saw a good bit of the Black Forest and a bit of France. Well done, Jones the Bus.
Shaun was an exceptional driver and guide during our time in Wales. He managed our large group with professionalism, humor, and kindness. His knowledge of Welsh history and his warm personality made a huge impact on our experience. What an excellent tour to Harry Potter and Windsor, our driver Nigel what a gentleman, so friendly and very knowledgeable on the tour and areas leading to the destination. He was very approachable and always willing to help. Nigel is an asset to your company. It was my first booking but my wife has used Jones International on a few occasions and every time been very happy with everything. We are now looking at using Jones International again very soon. A super company with spotlessly clean coaches and always assured of a fantastic and well arranged break. Definitely recommend to friends and my family . And again a huge thank you to Nigel our driver, for providing such an enjoyable tour. The man is a Gem .

Absolutely FANTASTIC weekend. The coach was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The driver was great - very knowledgeable, helpful and good fun. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet (even though there were planes around). The hotel food was good with plenty of variety and the hotel staff were lovely. EXCELLENT ALL ROUND! It was the first time we have travelled by coach on a break, but we're so impressed we're just deciding on the next trip!
The whole trip was exceptional. Callum our driver was the most helpful and entertaining young man who couldn’t do enough. The bus was clean at all times and his lovely friendly nature kept us all entertained.The hotel was lovely and modern and food excellent,The whole trip run like a dream with Callum constantly keeping us updated.I will definitely be booking onto another trip , thankyou for a fantastic service
What a fabulous holiday. We had 2 overnight stops there and back and 5 nights in a really lovely hotel in Saint Agulf where the food was excellent and the beach was just across the road. Would have loved to have stayed there longer!!!!! James and Korrie were great drivers looking after us and giving great info about the places we were visiting. Would do this trip again in a heartbeat but so many others to choose from!!! Now where to next….., oh yes Chelsea Flower Show and Starlight Express. It is definitely less fuss with Jones the Bus!!!
What a great trip ! The driver, Mark, was superb....very professional, helpful in every aspect....made the holiday. The hotel was exceptional...super food and great staff...very comfortable room....perfect. Brilliant trips to the local open air museum...the Black Forest Gateau and much much more, Baden Baden was wow...so was the canal trip in Strasbourg...and the local day in Wolfach...great fun....good beer !!I have been with Jones the Bus on a few trips...this was probably the best ...loved it !!

We also had a brand new bus which was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay where we visited Wisley Gardens and the Chelsea Flower Show. The whole experience was very easy and the communication was superb. Our driver Callum was exceptional. He was friendly, professional and looked after everybody very well. Thank you very much.

My wife and I really enjoyed the whole experience of this trip we found the German Hotel very picturesque and the staff helpful. The tours arranged to different locations were very enjoyable more so by the fabulous scenery of the Black Forest . What a fantastic trip from start to finish and very good value for money. Callum the driver took great pride in his work and took care of us all, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone on the coach were singing his praises. The visits to RHS Wisely, the Chelsea Flower Show and Windsor were excellent, a feast for the senses.The breakfast in the hotel was incredible and the room was clean, modern and comfortable. It's been a memorable break and it's definitely less fuss with Jones the bus.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Chelsea experience with the bonus trip to Wisley. Everything was extremely well organised from the start to the end. The hotel was a good choice and breakfast was ample. Calum our driver was experienced and professional keeping us informed with regards to everything. He took care with everybody in a caring and amusing way. An enjoyable 5 day break. Good hotel and very close to town centre. The trips that were organised were exceptional. Our driver Nathan gave us plenty of information and his timings were excellent. Beautiful scenery wherever we went and the lovely sunny weather was a bonus. Enjoyable company at meal times and on the coach which was brand new and very comfortable.
Myself and Martyn had a wonderful holiday. The coach driver Nathan was Brilliant and an excellent driver we had front seats on the new 25 coach . and sea view in hotel we enjoyed the trips and had lovely company with friends .. it was our second trip with jones the Bus and we are looking on the Brochure for our next trip ( Brilliant coach company ) Thank you all for a wonderful time x
Absolutely enjoyed! Organised well. Hassle free, jump on bus and go. No faff at all. Luggage was taken care of. Accommodation PERFECT! and located well. Convenient stops on way and back. Bus driver and assistant lady (not sure what title to use)anyways, both were absolutely lovely, joyful, helpful. Was travelling alone but didn't feel alone, travelled with lovely people, was free to do as a pleased at locations. Did so much exploring LOVED IT!!! Would recommend to all! Absolutely FAB! THANK YOU so much!

A brilliant tour through France (two one night stays each way) then to our hotel in Italy for five nights. Amazing scenery on route & interesting towns/cities for lunch stops. Hotel Torino on the Italian Riviera was wonderful. Huge thanks to our excellent driver Callum who certainly experienced a few challenges on our trips. Also big thanks to his co-partner Matthew who did a fantastic job taking our drink orders and entertaining us - such fun!Some early morning starts but well worth it – Monaco was incredible. This holiday was certainly value for money. Thank you to all involved

A wonderful trip away, seeing the most beautiful of placesOur driver callum was excellent, prompt, informative, helpful and friendly. His partner Mathew kept us happy with serving us regular drinks and his humour was upliftingThe trip was full on regarding early morning wakes to fit everything in and at times was not the most relaxing and not your average holiday experience. Pros and cons to this trip but what you do see are wonderful places that you usually would not have managed to see if you did your own trip

It was an excellent tour including Oxford Bletchley Park and Windsor. So much to see and learn. The journey was very enjoyable and Nathan was a great driver and kept us informed. The hotel was comfortable and food was good. Everyone on the bus was very friendly. I love travelling with Jones the bus and highly recommend them. I can’t wait until my next trip to Italy in August.

I had a fantastic trip to Italy. We spent 3 days travelling down through France and visiting some lovely cities. We stayed at a fabulous hotel with gorgeous food, staff and facilities. The organised day trips were great. And very interesting Our driver Callum was a brilliant driver and nothing was too much trouble for him to endure our safety. Matthew our host was amazing. Making sure we had everything we needed on board, tea, coffee. An Excellant holiday and I’ll be using Jones the buses again. We were fortunate that we were able to get on an earlier ferry on our return journey, which meant we were home earlier. And everyone appreciated that. I think that this should be taken into consideration on future trips. It would be better to have an early start from the last hotel, to ensure to get the early ferry. Fantastic trip

Such an easy holiday from booking to returning to Cardiff West. Nathan was a gentleman , driving was smooth and gentle, keeping us informed all the way. Hotel was clean and a good temperature. Food was good but not a lot of choice available.
We had a lovely trip over to France and down to Italy. Stayed in a wondeful 4 star hotel. Plenty to see and do. Wonderful experience. Callum was our driver, excellent safe driver, he kept us informed on everything. He was brilliant. Plus we had Mathew who couldn't do enough for us, making us tea, coffee etc and keeping us entertained and very very helpful. We didn't have to do anything with our bags brilliant. Fantastic time and i would recommend Jones the bus to everyone. I will certainly be going with them again. Hopefully with Callum as our driver as I feel very safe with him as a driver, but I am sure I will feel safe with any of Jones the bus drivers, they are great. Hopefully it won't be too long before I can go again. Loved it.

Made for a great holidayWe met the coach at the depot and were greeted by Mark, our driver who took our luggage and loaded it. We left on time and collected the rest of the passengers and started our journey to IOW. A lovely journey with a stop for refreshments and a trip on the ferry. Got to the hotel and didn't need to do anything, everything was looked after.Mark took us around the island with commentary on the places we visited with plenty of time to explore each place.His driving was excellent considering the challenging roads over there and at all times we felt safe in the coach.Jones International trip to IOW was our first coach trip anywhere and we were not disappointed. We had a great time, so relaxing with plenty to do. We will definitely be using Jones again for other trips. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could.
Lovely six days. Coach was great and Mark,the driver, was fab, went above and beyond every single day. Hotel was ok, very clean, helpful staff and great sea views from our double room. Service was sometimes a bit slow in the dining room but the food was good.Will definitely recommend Jones International.

It was my 1st time going on holiday with Jones international coaches and I loved it ! I would definitely go again and I highly recommend them! James was a brilliant driver and very professional. He made the journey enjoyable for everyone and was a very happy go lucky guy so he was easy to approach for anything & he was very helpful. The hotel was lovely and beautiful food throughout my stay and really nice staff there plus our free bar between 6pm -10pm. There was a lovely group of people on the trip too. My Dad really enjoyed the weekend away too !
Fab Liverpool weekend staying at the Hard Days Night Hotel - but of the 2 lifts, one not working on arrival, then the other one wasn't working for the rest of the stay, also access to the shower/bath was difficult, you had to stretch around the glass panel to reach the taps, sprayed from above while getting the temperature needed despite angling the shower head. Have to say though, Corey our driver was brilliant and the tour was so interesting and thoroughly enjoyable. Would highly recommend this trip with Jones the bus, despite the few problems at the hotel.

Fantastic couple of days in Liverpool, everything was run efficiently and smoothly, our hotel (Hard days night hotel) was amazing, central location and near to lots of sights and experiences, including the famous The Cavern Club. Our driver Cory was informative, helpful and made us get the most out of the couple of days,. Highly recommend this company for short breaks and the staff will really look after you, thank you
Once again , totally faultless. From booking the trip to return drop off , superb service . Kory our driver was a complete pro , such as : very kind and considerate to all passengers , ( who were a fabulous friendly group ) ….. nothing was too much for him ,,, he’s very knowledgeable of the city, gave advice on places to go etc . Journey was smooth and comfortable ,, Spot on the timing , spotless bus , always having a chat or sorting enquires. Also, his whole attitude was genuine and friendly ; he obviously enjoys his work. ….The only downfall is that we could’ve stayed another night , lol …roll on next trip . Diolch yn fawr JTB

Excellent break to Llandudno, hotel and itinerary was very good. The journey was very pleasant and comfortable with an exceptional driver (Calum). Thoroughly enjoyed the company of the fellow travellers and we bonded with quite a few different people. We wished that our break was longer. Our room at the hotel was good and comfortable. We uprated to sea view before travelling and it was worth it. Hotel staff excellent and the food was great. We were blessed with nice weather which makes things far better. We have travelled with Jones Y bws a few times and are committed to continuing in the future. Thanks to all at Jones and best wishes to all our fellow travellers.
