Thank you for another excellent break away, Mark the driver was exceptional, and a big thank you to Gemma for the seating on the bus, and the excellent seating in the theatre and thank you for the ground floor room at the hotel which made access alot easier for us, once again thank you to you all at Jones,.
Another fantastic break with jones the bus the driver (not sure on name ) very informative about what was happening during the day.. everything ran very smoothly , long day travelling as we were 1st on last off .. definitely looking at booking more breaks .. thank you very much
I had an Amazing time, the Driver was amazing, friendly,helpful and polite, the Bus was very clean and comfy seats, I had a great seat in fabulous view in Theatre, and a fantastic Room in the Hotel, which was very quiet considering it was very close to Airport, thankyou for your hard work organising all this, also the price is a bargain for all that's on offer, I have already booked for my next trip, and looking forward to that, thank you Jones Buses International
Thank you Shaun and Jones the Bus for another fantastic and memorable trip. Everything was hassle-free and Shaun was a cheerful, knowledgeable and careful driver. I also want to thank Gemma in the office who books the seats in the theatre - they were fabulous. The hotel was stunning and so was the breakfast. Such a great way to see the London shows, I would have no hesitation in recommending this trip and the Abba Voyage one to anyone and I'm sure I'll be booking again. It's so convenient and relaxing. The trip to and from London was exceptional. Nathan kept us all very well informed, and the pitstop at the 3 hour point was just right. I'll definitely be travelling with Jones the Bus again.

Lovely trip to the Isle of Wight with Mark driving. My first break with this company and it won’t be the last. The hotel was OK but a little tired. I particularly enjoyed our trip to Osborn House.

Nathan the bus driver was excellent. He made you feel safe on the bus and informed us well about meeting points and hotel information. The hotel wax in a great position in London and a smashing breakfast. Also a bonus to have a fitness room. So all good.

Coach driver James very professional itenerary from beginningto end.A capable and knowledgeable driver who made the trip special for all the passengers.Blundson House Hotel. Worthy of its 4 star status. Rooms huge with all the ammenities you would need. Meals were enjoyable, hot and plentiful . Great menu choices. Swimming pool and Spa facilities extensive . Grounds and gardens beautiful. We visited Oxford, Stow on the Wold, Burford, Chipping Cambden ,Cirencester and Bath on our way home. Top class stops all weekend.This trip exceeded my expectation and was well worth every penny. Top class weekend !
Another fantastic weekend away with jones the bus. We had the wonderful James driving us, he made everyone feel special and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was superb, couldn’t have asked for more. The food was fantastic. Great trips out, to interesting places and great fun making new friends. As first timers to coach holidays, we could not have chosen better.Nigel and his wife Jean were fantastic and very helpful with everything, going above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience.So glad we chose to travel with Jones the bus, and will definitely be booking again.
My friend and I had a super break. Just what we both needed. James our driver was brilliant and the organisation was spot on. The Crown hotel was very comfortable with very efficient staff. Enjoyed our daily excursions. Felt very safe with James's expert driving. Will definitely go away with Jones The Bus again.
Excellent weekend. Gin tasting at Gloucester Quays was very enjoyable and well organised, with a delicious lunch after. Hotel accommodation at Cheltenham was well located for the center, with an excellent breakfast. . Corey, our driver was very friendly and kept us well informed. Would certainly recommend this weekend break.
Wonderful experience. From being picked up to being dropped off our driver Corey was very professional and knowledgeable. The gin experience was great with the chance to taste 5 different gins with food afterwards and with shopping in Cheltenham before coming home finished off a lovely weekend. Would definitely book another holiday with ‘Jones the buses’ again
What a wonderful 3 day trip!We received an email a couple of weeks with all the trip times and details which meant I could book nearby attractions or meal reservations. The day of the trip, the coach picked us up at the stated time. The driver "Callum" then clarified arrival and departure times for the first destination and explained what would happen when we arrived at the hotel that evening. The 2nd day included a show and again Callum gave clear information, he even walked us to the event venue to show us exactly where we needed to go at the required time. The seats were fabulous. On the 3rd day, again we were given precise details for our stop off before heading home.The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. The coach was comfortable and we will definitely book with Jones The Bus again... and again... and again.
Callum was really good, safe driving and informative along the way. Thank you Callum. Only negative was Battersea Power Station. Shops were above designer and everything so spread out, finding your way around was very difficult. Hotel was better this time although food lukewarm as always. Wembley arena much better and show was absolutely fantastic and our seats were fantastic with a continuous view of the whole show. However, food and souvenirs mega expensive. So, positives far outweigh the negative!!Thanks all at Jones International.
Callum was amazing, professional, helpful, very knowledgeable about the area and landmarks. Communication was excellent kept us up to date with timings and answered messages promptly. Callum even walked with us to the Arena ensuring that we all got there safely. All you could ask for in a driver. Thank you Callum
What a fabulous weekend we had the highlight of course was seeing Torville and Dean . Callum our driver was brilliant nothing was to much trouble for him and he kept us informed every day to what was going on Also the weather was kind to us as well

I had the best time in Ireland even though we faced an issue with the cancellation of the ferry. Jones International sorted out an alternative ferry and accommodation without any fuss and our driver kept us fully informed every step of the way of what was happening. I would highly recommend Jones the bus to anyone as you know everything is going to be first class. Thank you very much for another brilliant trip.

First of all we would like to say how great Nathan was and also how well the way that the situation regarding the cancelled ferry was handled. We treated the first day like a mini mystery tour. The drive up to North Wales was stunning. The stay at the Celtic Royal Hotel was amazing and cannot thank Jones International for arranging it in such a short time. Very impressed with Nathan at Holyhead, as he had to reverse on to the ferry, not a lot of people can say they had to do that. Although we had a shorten time at Kilkenny, Nathan was still able to get the full iternary in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Enniscorthy as we always do. We cannot thank Nathan or yourselves enoughfor a lovely break. We are looking forward to our next trip with you.

I have had a fabulous weekend at Burford,The Farmers Dog+Bath.Weather was stunning.Mark,as always,Impeccable driving skills.All pick ups etc timed to perfection..Hotel,perfect,.Extremely quiet.great meal choices..I even seen Jezza driving through Burford in his ‘Jez’ car..I’m looking forward to my next trip in June.Thankyou once again,Jones The Bus x
Excellent trip to Windsor Castle & Macdonald Hotel for 1 night. We prefer the b&b option as we like to sample the local restaurants, so this trip was perfect for us.
Would like to say thank you to the driver Nathan did an amazing job after an awful start to our holiday being told the ferry was cancelled from Fishguard to rosslare , he had to drive 41/2 hours up to Caernavon where we stayed the night to get ferry from Holyhead following morning. Although a beautiful hotel it did not compensate our missed day in Ireland , it couldn’t be helped by the bus company but wasn’t a great start ,the rest of the holiday was rushed to try fit everything in and I feel we were let down by stena line .The driver Nathan was informative all the time and did a real good job as it was his first trip to Ireland as well .Wouldn’t go on this trip again though because if the unpredictable ferry crossing .

What a wonderful break from the time we got picked up until we were dropped off. The trip to Chester was first class. Then the trip to Coronation Street was a wonderful experience with the most delightful guide. If you're a Corrie fan then this trip is a must. As far as I'm concerned Jones the Bus is the best with first class helpful drivers. Thanks Shaun for your professionalism and humour during this awesome weekend.

Never travelled with this company before, they are so organised, and Shaun our driver, was 1 of the best, friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. Buses are comfortable, spotless and has a washroom. We had a great weekend!
Excellent holiday. Great hotel right in the city centre on the river. Very convenient for all the attractions. Super trips out to Harrogate and Whitby. Korrie, our driver, was absolutely superb, making everyone welcome and assisting those who needed a little help. Everything was perfect...really enjoyed the whole experience.

Wonderful weekend - Everything was perfect! Easy to book with great communication, transport was clean, comfortable and on time with a helpful, knowledgeable and engaging driver. The hotel Riviera was in a great location and had nicely refurbished rooms, comfortable beds and good food, reasonable bar prices, and a very inviting swimming pool! The evening entertainment was great fun! We even had perfect weather! We will definitely be choosing to travel with Jones International again. I honestly don’t know how they did it at such a great price! Thank you for a great time!

Great 2 day break....Phantom was fantastic...really good seats ! Super hotel at Heathrow...Holiday Inn....and Windsor next day...the Castle is amazing....both days in beautiful Spring sunshine. Korrie, our driver is a star... just made it all happen...top guy !

Just got back from the Newcastle and Beamish trip with James. We had an amazing time, Beamish is a fascinating and interesting place. Durham and Newcastle are beautiful cities to visit. James was as usual very professional and friendly with plenty of local knowledge.It was good to meet Sarge, on a busmans holiday. Another fantastic trip Nigel was great as always. The Marriot hotel was amazing until we had food. The three course meal was soup ( cold) salmon was cold,dry and hard not much veg with main course. Breakfast was nice but only luke warm. Very disappointed for a 4 star hotel.
All aspects of this mystery trip were excellent.Shaun, our driver showed true professionalism in planning and navigating our trip considering parts if the M4 were closed on Sunday and the half marathon was taking place in Reading.

Hotel was very nice, a new one for Jones the Bus apparently. Shaun was very funny, he even 'serenaded' us on the way home!Can't wait for the next one in June.
