Our very first holiday with your company. Sean, the driver, was great very knowledgeable. The Tower Hotel was an excellent choice . I've already booked another trip with Jones International to see Elvis in June. I can't wait.
The trip was very nice but very tiring. It felt like we didn't have enough quality time and were rushing from one place to another. The first day early start and the long journey still travelling at 7 in the evening was far too long. The day in Liverpool was lovely but then we had another early start the following day which meant you couldn't really have a late night in Liverpool and were aeake very early again. Leaving an hour later 10.30 or 11 would have made such a massive difference.
Had an excellent break visiting Belgium James our driver was amazing and nothing was too much trouble He kept us fully informed at all times and his sense of humour was entertaining His obvious skill and experience meant we all got the most of this excellent holiday
Had a fantastic long weekend for the Christmas markets, Callum and Matthew were brilliant and looked after us very well
It was a lovely trip so well organised from booking to returning from our trip. Our driver Callum and his partner Matthew looked after us really well and kept us informed at all times nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was really clean and comfortable and well situated for exploring Brugge. We look forward to our next trip with Jones .

This was a very good few days. We were so well looked after by our driver and the hotel was a very good standard. We always travel with Jones International, they are friendly and efficient. Won’t travel with anyone else now.

Firstly thankyou to our driver Mark. This was my 2nd time away with your company. First time was to Torquay which was great. I really enjoyed the Christmas markets and visiting the Cathedrals in each location. I will be booking again with your company in the future. And I find your coaches very comfortable.Merry Christmas to everybody at Jones the bus.

Had a great weekend travelling with friends. Coach was great and Nathan our driver was brilliant.
This trip was my second one with Jones International. It didn't disappoint. Everything was exactly as stated in the brochure. Our driver Shaun was first class. He kept us entertained and informed from the time we got on the bus and until we got home. I'm looking forward to spending a new year break at Torquay with this company. Brilliant trip, Blenheim very entertaining with the Peter Pan exhibition and the light trail. Overnight stay at a good hotel, and Bath to walk around next day. Our driver James as ever professional and helpful even let me charge my phone on his point as there weren't any on the bus. Thoroughly enjoyed. Ten out of ten
Another wonderful trip with this company. As always our driver James was great, nothing too much trouble and he's very knowledgeable. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough , from the moment you get on the bus until your trip is over you are looked after like part of the family. Best by far to travel with. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Lovely trip and good value. Driver polite and courteous. Only minus was the Hotel room which was not very clean , carpet had brown stains over it, dirty mug left in room , bathroom not very clean. Overall an excellent trip.
Mark was our driver, he was really friendly and happy to help. He gave us good directions to get to the markets. Wonderful few days away, to places, we haven't been too before. This was our 2nd trip with Jones The Bus and wr would highly recommend them to friends and family xx

Absolutely amazing trip as always!!! Shaun our driver was brilliant & excellent in providing all the info needed. The hotel OMG, I have travelled & I have never stayed in such a friendly & welcoming hotel. Rosie, Jack the rest of the family & their loverly dogs were out if this world with their hospitality. Very well organised trip. Hotel central in Lille which was ideal for the Christmas market and great shops.. Day trip to Bruges was also fab. Everything was as described and Callum was the perfect driver. Would highly recommend this trip
My sisters, niece and I had a lovely weekend in Windsor in Sept t was a lovely weekend weather was fab . The visit to Windsor Castle included in the very good value break was lovely. Our driver as always was excellent and very courteous. Looking forward now to our trip that's booked in April to Cambridge.

Another marvellous trip away with Jones the bus. We had a fantastic couple of days at Windsor, Kew Gardens Christmas Lights and the Bath Christmas market. A huge thank you to our driver, Nigel - he is an absolute super star and a credit to the company. He and his wife Jean, made our trip fun, relaxed and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. As always, we highly recommend Jones the bus to everyone.
Travelled for the first time with Jones the bus to Llandudno turkey and tinsel weekend,very well organised trip ,shaun our bus driver was lovely and very informative.We have been on a few weekends away with various companies but I must say this was one of the best we have been on ,lovely hotel with friendly staff and moses the manager was fab,will definitely be travelling with Jones the bus again.

Brilliant trip, yes it was an early start but very much worth it. We had plenty of shopping time and the driver was fantastic, he told us about the buildings in and around London he was great. We stopped for a comfort break both going up and back to London, the hotels we stayed was lovely and great food. All round great trip.
Once again a fabulous break with jones the bus. Shaun was an absolute treasure and credit to the company going above and beyond when my husbands power chair lost a bolt. He not only went to b&q for me , he put it back together so my hubby could enjoy the whole experience and not feel a burden. Each trip we have taken with you has been well organised and excellant value . Looking forward to our next booked trip to Ireland. May sneak another in before.
Great week away with James as our driver. As always highly professional. Family run hotel Op de boud is amazing , staff are extremely friendly & helpful, a wonderful stay. Food a plenty which was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here & travelling with Jones the Bus is the best experience. Looking forward to travelling again with you.
I must say what an all round amazing trip myself and 5 friends had- everything was perfect, pick up times the information, bus and driver were immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble. Our driver Nigel so nice. The hotel (Voco at Reading) was beautiful, gorgeous spacious rooms with excellent facilities- evening meal and breakfast was amazing. Both trips were fab within walking distance to all amenities etc. Everyone on our bus said they were all very impressed and tgat it was excellent value for money- will 100% be travelling with you again' thank-you

We had an excellent driver Mirion, who kept us up to date along the journey.. explained in detail where we had to reconvene with the coach for the journey to our hotel.. very comfortable hotel room...A well organised trip, highly recommended...

On our way back from Valkenburg with James. The weather has been kind, Hotel Oop De Boud and Mamas cooking was fantastic and James was professional, competent and entertaining. My only complaint is that a certain rival coach company delayed us at eurotunnel with a poor loading technique after James's heroic effort to get us there early. Others create fuss, but there's less fuss with Jones the bus!

What a lush weekend, all trips were beautifully decorated and put us in the Xmas spirit, we shopped till we dropped, we also used the relaxation pool at the hotel, hotel was close to shops and bars, breakfast was included and was lovely x lots of places to eat, we went for a sit down Indian which was delicious, really enjoyed would go back again and stay at that hotel again x good choice jones buses xx

Had a fabulous time. Hotel was lovely & clean, comfy super king bed, friendly staff, food was really nice & able to choose off menu & have waiter service we would stay here again. Chatsworth house was amazing. Enjoyed also walking around the grounds twice, in the afternoon then evening for the light trail also christmas market. Good days out to lincoln & Cheltenham too.
