What a fantastic experience we had. Our one night break to Mana Mia the party at the O2 in Greenwich went so smoothly with Callam our driver. He explained everything along the way. He knew London inside out. This is my second trip with Jones the buses and I have a few more booked. And I’ll definitely be looking to book more wonderful trips with them again. Diolch.

Lovely smooth trip. The driver Nigel and his right hand lady kept us informed with all the information we needed. The Cheltenham Chase Spa hotel was a great choice and we took advantage of the facilities. Will definitely be booking again.

Stayed in four oaks hotel, clean, plenty of good food and some brilliant excursions. Our driver was Callum, a credit to your firm, as are all your drivers. Next trip to london to see Back to the future, can't wait. Met some lovely people. Thinking of going back in February.

Great time in Blackpool hotel was bit out dated but they all the same nigel and Jean were fabulous buy the way happy 70th mini charles bronson will be booking again

Another great weekend away with you... as always driver fantastic. Looking forwards for January's 2 for 1 break to Torquay... well done guys.

The Hotel was ok, as we was on the third floor and the lift was out of order on many occasions we are both in ours late 70s. We know it was out of Jones international control, we can't fault the service from Jones international driver, he was excellent and very pleasant and couldn't do enough he even got us the daily paper. Nothing was to much for him. We will definitely be booking with Jones international again.

Great experience from beginning to end! The show was fab. A real party atmosphere with delicious Greek food and good company on the trip. A must for all Abba fans! Couldn't fault the hotel. Comfortable beds,lovely rooms and great breakfast choice. Shaun, our driver was friendly and a mine of information, keeping us updated on everything we needed to know. In spite of many diversions and accidents he made the journey enjoyable and smooth. Windsor and the Castle the folllowing day was an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend both the trip amd Jones International.

Absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish , bus was new and very comfortable. Bus driver very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and a very careful experienced driver. The hotel was exceptional, I didn’t expect a hotel of that size on a coach trip. Rooms were huge , and very clean and extremely comfortable night sleep. Breakfast choice was unbelievable. So much to choose from and delicious. The show was amazing, food at that venue was stunning. Day at Windsor was very enjoyable. Congratulations Jones International on a superb business. I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nathan did a great job keeping us informed when we got stuck in traffic on M5. He had another driver helping him out, giving us information while Nathan plotted the best way to get there. Unfortunately we had to miss out on a stop in Taunton but he got us there in time for dinner!We stayed at the Riveria Hotel, which looked a bit unkempt from outside, but it is being refurbished, was lovely inside, all decorated for Christmas. Staff very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the food, plenty of choice both dinner and breakfast. Entertainment was great, only complaint, chairs were not very comfortable.Have already booked my next trip. Can't fault Jones The Bus from the minute I booked (online) to the minute Nathan dropped us off. Fantastic.

We were made to feel so welcome to this wonderful hotel . bedroom was perfect , afternoon tea was good no complaints at all and the famous Neil was brilliant pointing out all the interesting places as we past in the yellow bus

Had a fabulous weekend with Callum our great driver.He must have done quite a bit of research to get everything right and according to the weather too. Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and great staff. Only complaint there was the terrible evening meal. But I do realise that’s out of your control at Jones’ buses. And personally and this was also the view of the rest of my group, I’d have preferred to give Exeter city a miss and spent more time at Wells and maybe a small stop at Cheddar cliffs. But once again I do realise that it’s quite difficult to please everyone. And Callum must have worked hard to fit everything in. That said, look forward to seeing you again soon.

Booked for a group of 6 ladies who all commented that this was a very enjoyable trip. Comfortable coach and Hotel choice with overnight stay was excellent. Driver very informative and friendly. Would recommend this company and use again for future trips.

Two night/three day break starting in Stratford upon Avon day 1, Cotswolds day 2 and Cheltenham day 3. First time to travel with this company and I would highly recommend them. Stress free, well organised, informative, and that was down to our fabulous driver, Nathan. He really looked after us. A lovely group of people to travel with too made this a brilliant weekend! I booked this trip for my partner’s birthday and I’m so glad that I did! By far the best coach trip I’ve ever booked. We have used other companies in the past but will be sticking with Jones from now on, from start to finish we had the most amazing trip. Our coach driver Mark was fantastic and made sure we were safe during our time in London. He has such a bright personality and everyone travelling on the coach loved him. The theatre seats were brilliant, we were in the stalls with a clear view of the stage. The hotel was fantastic too. Everything was 11/10! I’m already looking for our next trip! Brilliant trip! Driver (Callum) superb - managed to change route to avoid traffic hold-ups, provided mini sight seeing tour plus really helpful information and was ‘on hand’ should we need him. Hotel great, and very conveniently placed for galleries, shopping and theatre. Excellent breakfast! Recommend Ivy Brasserie, Covent Garden. Fantastic value for money and now looking for next break! Perfect without question.

Excellent value break, Nigel and Nigel were excellent tour drivers and looked after us all . I would recommend visiting Bruges it’s an excellent base to visit other areas close by like Brussels, a mix of shopping good food and loads of chocolate , would always recommend Jones international to get me there .

Another amazing trip.... Korrie was outstanding as always. The hotel was fabulous absolutely stunning!!! There was not one negative thing regarding this trip... We shall definitely be returning.

Had a fantastic time away in Italy.Hotel Sole was situated in the ideal location with stunning views of the harbour and mountains.Room was top-class, located on the fourth floor with access to the shared sun terrace.Optional excursions were amazing - boat trip and walking tour is a must in the beautiful town of Verona with our guide Luka.Last of all our drivers - Mark and Shaun - made the trip much more enjoyable.Thanks Jones the Bus!Will be back again soon!

The trip to Edinburgh was absolutely wonderful, everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank to James the driver. Always recommend your coach travel, choice of hotel and locations are fabulous best way to travel ! Looking forward to travelling with you again in the near future!

My friend and I had the most enjoyable few days away in Edinburgh from the very start pick up point coach was on time and we were greeted by our driver james x our journey was smooth and arrival at hotel perfect hotel novo park hotel was amazing fab rooms and service, breakfast was superb , nothing was too much trouble , our driver james took us in to city centre and pick up each day spot on , also a tour of edingburgh which our guide was very informative x .Our return journey was as smooth and was kept informed of arrival times all the way home We have travelled with jones the bus before and have booked our next 2 trips with you in 2025 would never book with anyone else well done all

Show was amazing & we still had plenty of time to have nice meal before it. Thanks to Korrie who always looks after us so well & got us to London in plenty of time.

We had a wonderful time. Hotel Sole was just as we remembered it from our last holiday there also this time we had a bigger room overlooking the lake & square. Gianni maitre d remembered us & was so nice. Mark & Shaun were amazing & made sure we were all well looked after & we enjoyed our pizza night with them & our forever friends whom we,ve travelled with many times. We also made more new friends as you say get on coach as strangers but leave as friends which is so true. We enjoyed the boat trips especially to Limone (no thunderstorm in middle of lake this time ha! ha!) we seen so much more in Limone & Malcesine also Sirmione & Garda town. The rain on Thursday didn't stop us walking the coastal path from Riva to Torbole as the views were still stunning. Lake Garda is a fabulous place to visit & we will go back again. Going through Switzerland the views are lovely too. After all the walking we did we,re now relaxing until our next trip end oct. Thanks again Mark & Shaun & Gemma for organising it all.

First time travelling with you guys.Nigel the driver was friendly and communicated well with everyone.The coach was clean and the journey was comfortable.The Clayton hotel was located centrally and rooms were lovely.Breakfast was lovely.Great price for overnight trip.My only negative is that the pick up was Fforestfach and I live on the Eastside of Swansea,so a more central pick up would be nice.Will be booking again though.Thank you.

What a fabulous weekend we’ve had!! Did the music tour as a last minute decision - it was both very informative and humorous. The Novotel Hotel couldn’t have been much closer to Albert Dock or the Liverpool One shopping centre. A very big thank you to Nigel (the driver).

Thankyou for a fab overnight trip to Bath and Bristol. The coach driver was so lovely, chatty and informative. The Clayton hotel in bristol was fantastic and right in the centre of Bristol and also within 5min walking distance to cabot circus. I definitely recommend this trip and hotel.We will definitely be travelling with Jones international again.

We had a fabulous trip to Cantabria. The hotel was great and right on the beach and the staff were so friendly and food was amazing. Special thanks to Shaun our coach driver who looked after us so well and drove us safely there and back. We would highly recommend a trip with Jones Coaches to UK or Europe and excellent value for money. Some lovely people on the coach.

Most importantly our drivers Mark and Shaun were brilliant throughout our holiday, my wife’s wheelchair was never a problem for them, Mark even offered to push it for me on a few occasions. Lake Garda is a beautiful place to visit ( even if it did rain on a couple of days ) the included excursions were excellent and very enjoyable so thank you Jones the Bus for a lovely holiday.

We have just got back from a lovely week in Lake Garda. Our drivers, Mark and Shaun, went above and beyond to make the journey a memorable one and we look forward to our next trip with Jones.

Excellent service from Corey made me so at ease as it was the first time I travelled with my wheelchair on a coach..He was funny and included everyone on the coach .Kept us updated with everything A good guy Will be booking again with you .again Angela Lazenby South Wales

Newcastle trip was everything we hoped for.The journey was seamless with James the driver. We were kept informed of timings & route, also liked the historical facts about where we were visiting. The hotel Copthorne was excellent. Food, the room & fantastic riverside outlook,, where we were able to sit relax & enjoy the views. The itinerary was great, especially Beamish outdoor museum. We enjoyed Durham despite not being able to visit the cathedral & castle. It was nice to have a day arranging our own outings, of which we took the metro, visited a swimming pool, went to the coast at Whitley Bay & took the ferry from North to South Shields. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Jones. Value for money & we will be looking for future bookings.

As always excellent trip, great value for money. James our driver was excellent.Hotel Copthorne was superb, views from our room exceptional. the buffet breakfast was particularly good.Trip to Beamish was good even with the bad weather.Sadly trip to Durham not quite as expected but no fault of Jones International that the Cathedral and Castle were shut for the students graduation. Newcastle it's self has so much to offer, we actually used the Metro and visited Teignmouth. Jones are the only company we would use for our trips.

We went to Newcastle for a 4 night stay at the Copthorne Hotel.Throughout our journey and day trips our driver James was outstanding, informative and kept us updated throughout the journey. We couldn’t have wished for better. The hotel is fantastically located, with rooms facing the river. The room was spacious and even had a fridge.The food was excellent. All the staff were polite, professional and courteous.Tip: when visiting the city Centre, have a bus or taxi as the hill is steep to go there.Yet again, Jones the Bus is highly recommended.

It was our first trip with Jones the bus, excellent from start to finish - coach was comfortable/spotless, Tower hotel was perfect - rooms had views over the Thames- Venue seating was ideal. Our super driver James was a font of information on this break. He was a great guide and very well prepared . He made sure we all had a great time.The hotel The Copthorne over looking the Tyne and famous briges was excellent . Room huge and facilities great. Breakfast and evening meal were very good. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.Beamish although raining was a top class visit. It lived up to my expectation. Durham was another day visit. Very close to our base hotel . An attractive cobbled street city with a beautiful Cathedral and Castle. Great shopping and dramatic architecture and river views.Newcastle on our last full day. Great shopping, architecture and magnificent Cathedral and Castle. Plenty of river walks with several bars along the way . This break was top class well worth the money ! A long journey but fantastic !

The trip was fantastic. Our driver James was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel was amazing, as soon as we entered the room we were amazed at the wonderful view. Food at the hotel was lovely with a nice selection for breakfast and a great choice for the evening meal. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We can't thank James enough for a wonderful time and all his help. Can't wait to find another trip with Jones in the near future.
