A great trip. Many thanks to you all at Jones International. Our driver Callum made us all very welcome, kept us fully informed of any developments, and was very knowledgeable when pointing out the sights of London. He was also very patient with the traffic in London. A lovely hotel, great breakfast, and located in a fantastic location, with St Katherine's Dock and all its eateries right on the doorstep. The Palace and Windsor Castle.....a lot of walking but well worth it.

We went on our first ever bus holiday abroad, to Cantabria, Northern Spain .A truly memorable holiday from start to finish, packed with excursions and also time to relax in our lovely hotel. We were also fortunate to meet and get to know lovely people on the trip. Many thanks to Shaun,our driver, for looking after us so well and making sure everyone was happy. Looking forward to our next trip.

Thanks once again for a lovely break. From start to finish everything was superb. Very impressed with the Holiday Inn hotel. Very comfortable and accommodating, great breakfast and I think it must have been soundproofed. No sounds of slamming doors, couldn’t hear the traffic and it was hard to believe we were yards away from terminal 1 at Heathrow (lol).Mark was great and it was really thoughtful of him to get us checked in at the hotel while we were at the theatre. It’s the little things…..It was also great to meet Nathan the new recruit. He had a good mentor in Mark. Well organised and the seats for the show were ideal.Looking forward to our next break in October.

Brilliant show, that's another tick off my bucket list. Korrie was outstanding because the weather onthe way home was horrendous. Really great 2days all told.

This was our first bus trip and I must say it was very enjoyable, we will definitely be booking with this company again.Corey was the driver of the bus and he was very friendly and informative during the whole trip nothing was too much trouble he even gave us all his phone number in case any got lost in London. The weather was horrendous coming back but Corey's driving was flawless.The seating that was arranged for us at the theatre was ideal and the show was fab.The hotel we stayed in was Holiday Inn Heathrow and it was really nice.The whole two days was pleasurable.

Amazing trip , correy the driver was absolutely brilliant explaining everything and very helpful and a good sense of humour, great location the hotel let the trip down a bit rooms were very small and smelt damp but that’s not Jones’s fault all in all a truly amazing company! As they say it’s a lot less fuss with jones the bus

Fabulous show very organised trip journey with Jones bus company very commendable.

My first ever coach trip. Travelled on my own as I am now a widower. Hotel was clean and comfortable and central for York city centre. Being a bus driver myself, appreciated the comfortable journey there and back. Sean the driver was informative and kept everyone updated on journey. Trip was good value especially not being charged extra for single occupancy at hotel.

As always, a wonderful trip with Jones International, this time to York with day trips to Pickering and Whitby. The Radisson hotel in York was centrally located, with comfortable rooms and lovely breakfasts & evening meals. A big thank you to Shaun our driver, who looked after us so well! We’ve already booked another trip for December.‘It’s less fuss with Jones the Bus!’

Jones international bus was comfortable. The timings for pick up etc excellent as was our driver Corey. The weekend was great, with the exception of the Ibis hotel. It was billed as 4 star and even though in an excellent position for our break, it left a lot to be desired. Our twin room was tiny with no shelves/drawers. It was dark with no window. Thankfully it was for one night only. I think Jones international should re-think its use of this hotel

Was a brilliant trip from start to finish very well organised, comfortable journey nothing was too much trouble for our driver Callum , was happy to help when we got lost and couldn’t find our way back to the hotel , due to road works and closures the journey back took a lot longer than expected but Callum kept us updated throughout and was doing his very best to find shortest diversions possible , looking forward to the next trip already

First time travelling with Jones the buses, I was recommend this company by a friend who will only use this travel service. What an absolute pleasure this trip was from start to end. Our driver Callum was amazing, knew more about London than the hop on buses drivers. He spoke to us throughout the journey on ETA, surroundings & general chit chat. Hotel was ok rooms bit dated and dirty and the noise from next door wasn’t good paper thin walls, The choice to stay out an our baggage taken back to the hotel for us tho was a winner. All very well organised and precise. Amazing work by Callum & the team. The traffic home was horrendous due to bridge closures but again Callum tried his hardest to avoid as much as possible again with clear updates where possible. Even tho everyone was tired at this point including Callum the atmosphere was still great. Loved it! Will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you team Jones the buses!!

Well what can I say other than brilliant. First coach holiday in 35 years and it was fantastic x Everthing from the coach . Driver Shaurn . To the hotel. Trips . Just completely loved it . Thank you so much . Will be using them every year from now on xx. X

Enjoyed the break away . Hotel fine. Breakfast brilliant lots of choice. Callum, our driver was the best . Did everything to make the trip go smoothly. Traffic delay on M4 on way home but he did everything to get us on schedule.

A lovely weekend visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon, Broadway and Bourton on the Water. Coachdriver, Nigel was helpful and kept us informed of itinerary and timings. Hotel was good and all in all from booking through to the trip was all very well organised and slick.

Another fantastic trip. Cannot thank Cory our driver enough, especially during the time we were delayed in traffic. Hotel location was perfect for an overnight stay. We have already booked our next trip. Highly recommend.

Brilliant break. Have never visited Scotland before, James made sure we packed in as many sights as he physically could. Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Jones has never failed to deliver.

This was our second holiday with Jones the Bus, having gone to Lake Garda Italy last year. This year we had a Fantastic Holiday with Shaun in Spain {Thanks Shaun} The hotel was first class and the staff very helpful. The Crossing from Plymouth to Santander was a gentle start to a brilliant week with plenty of trips to local points of interest and time to relax by the pool. Thank you , Phil & Tessa. We had a great holiday in Spain. The Hotel Olimpa, Isla was in a lovely area and the staff were hardworking and friendly. We felt in safe hands with Shaun as our driver. He did a fantastic job of looking after us and keeping us well informed throughout. We will definitely be travelling with Jones the Bus again. Diolch yn fawr.

What a fabulous, well organised trip. We were so very well looked after by our driver Mark. The hotel was excellent, lovely big rooms and excellent food. They did need extra staff in the restaurant but that’s my only niggle. I travelled with my disabled son and made some wonderful new friends.

I travelled Northern Spain, holiday was fantastic, Shaun the driver very professional and showed empathy when faced with a couple of unforeseen incidents. I am a 69 year old widow single traveller from pick up to drop off I felt safe and part of a group I had never met before with the exception of one other traveller. I was very impressed with chosen holiday, the hotel and the excursions chosen. Well Done

Brilliant day at coronation street experience, the day was made better by our lovely driver Mark,always so helpful and happy to help nothing to much trouble for him,great company always looking after their customers, can't wait for our next trip

We had a fantastic time in the Isle of Man, everything was perfect, the hotel, the excursions and we want to say a huge thank you to Mark our driver who couldn't do enough for us and made the holiday extra special. We will see you again soon. Diolch o galon.

This was our first time travelling with you. From the time we were picked up we were made to feel welcome and supported by our driver Callum. During the long journey he regularly checked that all the passengers were ok. Every passenger was given his mobile number in case there were any problems overnight. The trip itself was well planned and organised. The only downside was the hotel we stayed at overnight. The room was clean and had tea and coffee facilities but I have to say the evening meal was awful. Callum our driver apologised to everyone but it wasn’t his fault. Breakfast was well presented, plentiful with an excellent choice.I am already booked on another trip and would love to find out that Callum is our driver.Thank you Jones The Bus.

First time with Jones the Bus. Well organised. Mark the driver was great. Informative and punctual. Hotel was fine on all counts except the food and drinks could be hotter. Choice at breakfast was good. Enjoyed the Castle tour especially as we were given the tickets by Mark. This meant we could tour on our own and not keep waiting for group. Definitely use Jones the Bus again. Thank you.

Brilliant break at the weekend to Hampton court palace/Bath i would highly recommend it as a place to visit and value for money we had plenty of time in both places the hotel was lovely and plenty of choice of food.the coach was spotlessly clean and comfortable and Nigel our driver was on hand if there were any issues I've lost count of the times I've travelled with Jones international and already looking forward to my next trip

Had a great time at Hampton court and Bath weekend. The driver (Nigel) was friendly and helpful, the journey was comfortable, the hotel was good, and the trip was a winner!

Another excellent trip with Jones International. The Castle Hotel was a great choice of hotel and met all our expectations. Our driver Mark was informative, sociable and made the trip very enjoyable. Looking forward to our Cambridge trip in April 2025.

It’s class company! This was our first ever coach trip and had such a brilliant time we will not hesitate in booking all future coach trips with Jones International.Mark, our driver, was exceptional and made our journey a very pleasant one.

The whole experience with Jones international was outstanding from start to finish. The driver and his wife were so informative and friendly The whole trip was organised with care and catering for all , we had 4 children with us who also throughly enjoyed .We have booked another trip for February and can't wait 10/10 experience from Jones international.

My grandson and I had a fab weekend from start to finish..it was our first coach trip ever as we normally go by car but you made the while experience worth it as I didn't have to organise anything you did it all..Korrie was a fab driver with a sense of humour and kept us all well Informed of everything..it was stress free and relaxing.Definately won't be our last trip with you..

A lovely 5 day break on the Isle of Wight' Shanklin. The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and accommodating. Our driver Mark was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for him, he even gave us some of his time on his day off to take us to Osborne house. We will definitely go on another trip with Jones the bus.

First time we have booked a coach trip and it was great service from start to finish. Driver (Mark) is knowledgeable, friendly and always on hand to help. Great pick up points and drop offs. We really enjoyed the call the midwife tour. Everything seemed easy. Definitely going to book again with Jones buses. I think we have the coach trip bug now!

Nigel the driver was excellent and very friendly. He is a credit to your company. Always checking if everything was ok. The coach was lovely and we were impressed with the charging ports on each seat. He was full of advice and knowledge. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to book another trip with yourselves and we are currently deciding where to go.

Had a wonderful holiday in Riva del Garda, hotel was clean and comfortable with good food. Location was spot on with entertainment in the square just outside of an evening. As usual James and Korrie looked after us all ‘ their the best’ can’t wait to book my next trip.

Driver excellent, hotel excellent and the trip to Windsor on the Saturday and then the Chatham Dock on the Sunday. Everything was great and well organised.

What can I say. Excellent trip from start to finish. Mark our driver was outstanding and full of advice and was great at chatting to us. Windsor was our first stop Excellent places to eat, plenty of touristy things to do.Hotel was fantastic and evening meal was great. Great selection from soup, salad, chicken, fish, chips, quiche and fish fingers. Dessert was fruit salad and two different cakes. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. And very clean. Breakfast was amazing buffet. Best hotel ive stayed inChatham docks.....what an experience and educational. Highly recommended.Cream team was beautiful and then journey home.

A fabulous holiday....great hotel in a beautiful location....Riva del Garda. The trips out with James and Korrie were superb...historic Verona and an amazing vineyard to name but two. I can honestly say that this was one of the best weeks I've had in ages...well done Jones....and thank you James and Korrie for "going that extra mile" !

We had a lovely time. Hotel Holiday Inn Reading South was good also guiet at night. Our Driver Callum was great. Looking forward to the next trip.

We had a fantastic holiday to Lake Garda which exceeded expectations. Korrie and James did an amazing job looking after the whole group and made it as painless as possible. The journey to and from the resort was very long but the four days we were in the resort was well worth the journey. The suggested extra trips were good value. The hotel Sole was really nice - location perfect, food really good. Could not fault anything. An exceptional experience.

Recently back from an 8 day break at Riva del Garda, Italy. Had a lovely time. James and Korrie we excellent drivers and hosts. It was a long journey, but was very re-assuring to have two drivers/hosts on hand. Well done guys Looking forward to my next trip with Jones the bus. xx

Highly recommend using Jones the bus. It was such a wonderful experience.Callum was our coach driver and he was exceptional. He made everyone feel welcome, shared interesting facts and stories about the places we passed along the way, kept us informed on traffic reports and so much more. The holiday inn was really nice, clean, and comfortable with delicious food and polite staff. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely use Jones International again.

Fabulous having 2 special drivers for our trip. Made everybody feel well looked after. James & Korrie pulled out all the stops to make sure we had the best experience, from the early start to our delayed finish they were warm, friendly and the ultimate professionals.

My son and I had a 2 day trip to London and The Harry Potter Studios. Huge thank you to our Driver Nigel for making sure that our trip was enjoyable from the minute we got onto the coach until the moment we arrived back home and constantly checking that we were all ok. We had a fantastic trip to the Harry Potter Studios. It was our second time traveling with Jones the bus & we had a wonderful time. Callum, The Driver was excellent from the time he picked me up in Minibus Monday Morning 6.30 am carmarthen, to pick main bus up in Llandeilo, And all 5 days ,Very helpful,and informative and very funny on the Mike on bus while travelling, A credit to your Company, makes a difference when you got a Good Driver, Will definitely be booking Blackpool 2025 with your company when Dates come out.Thanks.

Fabulous weekend everything went smoothly thanks to our lovely driver. Best coach for comfort I have ever travelled in. We didn’t need to stand and book in at the hotel as it was already done that is a big plus. I have already booked a trip with you end of November with my daughter to a Xmas market in the Netherlands. Had a fab weekend. First time travelling with Jones International and won't be the last. We were picked up from Cardiff Gate dead on time. Neil our driver for the weekend was amazing with a great sense of humour. He had much knowledge of the areas we visited. Stayed at the Riviera Hotel. Nice rooms. Indoor pool. Attentive staff. Food was the only let down for us but otherwise very good. The whole trip in general was great value for money. Very much look forward to our next break.
