Absolutely amazing trip as always!!! Shaun our driver was brilliant & excellent in providing all the info needed. The hotel OMG, I have travelled & I have never stayed in such a friendly & welcoming hotel. Rosie, Jack the rest of the family & their loverly dogs were out if this world with their hospitality. I love going on these trips & seeing old friends & making new. Once again thank you Jones The Bus, wishing you all a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!! Next trip is Feb with James & Korrie & I can't bloody wait xx

Very well organised trip. Hotel central in Lille which was ideal for the Christmas market and great shops.. Day trip to Bruges was also fab. Everything was as described and Callum was the perfect driver. Would highly recommend this trip
My sisters, niece and I had a lovely weekend in Windsor in Sept t was a lovely weekend weather was fab . The visit to Windsor Castle included in the very good value break was lovely. Our driver as always was excellent and very courteous. Looking forward now to our trip that's booked in April to Cambridge.

Another marvellous trip away with Jones the bus. We had a fantastic couple of days at Windsor, Kew Gardens Christmas Lights and the Bath Christmas market. A huge thank you to our driver, Nigel - he is an absolute super star and a credit to the company. He and his wife Jean, made our trip fun, relaxed and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. As always, we highly recommend Jones the bus to everyone.
Travelled for the first time with Jones the bus to Llandudno turkey and tinsel weekend,very well organised trip ,shaun our bus driver was lovely and very informative.We have been on a few weekends away with various companies but I must say this was one of the best we have been on ,lovely hotel with friendly staff and moses the manager was fab,will definitely be travelling with Jones the bus again.

An amazing trip, our fab driver Meirion, hotel was great, lovely and warm , comfy beds and a good variety of choice for breakfast. I travelled with five other friends all at different pick up points, we all agreed outstanding value for money. ThankyouThere is never any fuss with Jones the Bus!!!

Brilliant trip, yes it was an early start but very much worth it. We had plenty of shopping time and the driver was fantastic, he told us about the buildings in and around London he was great. We stopped for a comfort break both going up and back to London, the hotels we stayed was lovely and great food. All round great trip.
Once again a fabulous break with jones the bus. Shaun was an absolute treasure and credit to the company going above and beyond when my husbands power chair lost a bolt. He not only went to b&q for me , he put it back together so my hubby could enjoy the whole experience and not feel a burden. Each trip we have taken with you has been well organised and excellant value . Looking forward to our next booked trip to Ireland. May sneak another in before.
Great week away with James as our driver. As always highly professional. Family run hotel Op de boud is amazing , staff are extremely friendly & helpful, a wonderful stay. Food a plenty which was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here & travelling with Jones the Bus is the best experience. Looking forward to travelling again with you.
I must say what an all round amazing trip myself and 5 friends had- everything was perfect, pick up times the information, bus and driver were immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble. Our driver Nigel so nice. The hotel (Voco at Reading) was beautiful, gorgeous spacious rooms with excellent facilities- evening meal and breakfast was amazing. Both trips were fab within walking distance to all amenities etc. Everyone on our bus said they were all very impressed and tgat it was excellent value for money- will 100% be travelling with you again' thank-you

I had a wonderful time, l explored and did Christmas shopping.. We had an excellent driver Mirion, who kept us up to date along the journey.. explained in detail where we had to reconvene with the coach for the journey to our hotel.. very comfortable hotel room...A well organised trip, highly recommended...

The coach driver was very pleasant, thorough with the information and schedule for the 2 day break.
On our way back from Valkenburg with James. The weather has been kind, Hotel Oop De Boud and Mamas cooking was fantastic and James was professional, competent and entertaining. My only complaint is that a certain rival coach company delayed us at eurotunnel with a poor loading technique after James's heroic effort to get us there early. Others create fuss, but there's less fuss with Jones the bus!

What a lush weekend, all trips were beautifully decorated and put us in the Xmas spirit, we shopped till we dropped, we also used the relaxation pool at the hotel, hotel was close to shops and bars, breakfast was included and was lovely x lots of places to eat, we went for a sit down Indian which was delicious, really enjoyed would go back again and stay at that hotel again x good choice jones buses xx

Had a fabulous time. Hotel was lovely & clean, comfy super king bed, friendly staff, food was really nice & able to choose off menu & have waiter service we would stay here again. Chatsworth house was amazing. Enjoyed also walking around the grounds twice, in the afternoon then evening for the light trail also christmas market. Good days out to lincoln & Cheltenham too. Callum was great as always very informative. Met friends again & made new ones. Thanks again for yet another wonderful trip xx

My husband and I had a lovely break we loved both Gloucester and Cheltenham the hotel room clean and had everything you needed and the breakfast was great . Callum our driver was really friendly and helpful a credit to the company. Would definitely travel with your company again

A great trip, the day in Chatsworth was amazing and we enjoyed Lincoln and Cheltenham. Coach was extremely comfortable and our driver Callum superb. Hotel was good and food OK, but amazing value. Only criticism is that the Birmingham Xmas Market was poor and having had a very early start The Bull Ring was all a bit too much on the first day.That being said, I would certainly recommend Jones the Bus, and have already booked on two more trips.

Bus driver was excellent. Trips was excellent. Hotel-food was excellent, service was excellent. Room was very dated. Our bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.and shower was very old and not best. The room was not too our liking ,Wouldn't stay at this hotel again sorry.
Our over 60’s group would like to thank the drivers for their amazing driving and pleasant manner throughout the trip. I would like to thank Gemma and Neil for assisting me organise 83 members who had an amazing time and they are already asking about next year. Thank you all
This was an amazing trip.. real value for money, as always.The coach was modern, warm, comfortable with plug points for chargers. The driver, Neil, was friendly and helpful. The hotel( The Holiday Inn Express in Cheltenham ) was central and the staff and facilities were really good. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a selection that could not be faulted. Gloucester Quays was a lovely place for a visit and the Christmas market just enhanced the visit… plenty of retail therapy in a pleasant place that was not so busy that you couldn’t move! The retail outlets had a great choice of things to browse and buy too.Cheltenham was a lovely shopping centre with multiple places to eat and drink and the shopping there was really good too.My friend and I had never visited either of these places but we will definitely go on this particular trip again.Thank you for a lovely trip.

Had a amazing time ,Callan was very knowledgeable of London and was able to update us during the trip .The hotel was comfortable Loved the show It was our 1st time with Jones International would definitely book another trip .
First time on a coach trip for my husband and I and it didn't disapoint. The driver Callum kept us well informed about timings and when we'll get to hotel and destinations. The only down side was that there must have been a party at the hotel and the noise in the corridor where the kids were running up and down till 3am we didn't get much sleep at all, but the hotel was clean evening meal was nice and breakfast was good. The bus itself was immaculate, very comfortable plenty of leg room will definitely recommend and will definitely booking a trip in the new year.
We had a wonderful break away, lovely clean bus, fantastic driver James, he was great!The hotel was in a fab location to the Christmas market in Birmingham, but i have to say i really loved Merry hill shopping centre, definitely would book that combo again! Can’t wait to book for next year x
