We had a great time , our driver Nathen was great nothing was to much trouble, on time no messing about , the hotel was great food was really good breakfast was great, entertainment was fab , only complaint was hotel was massive had trouble finding room but we soon settled in

What a fabulous weekend trip. After a dodgy start due to being at the wrong pick up point James picked us up and reunited us with our coach and driver Mark. The show was fantastic though if you can’t stand for 90 minutes then think about getting seated tickets. The hotel was amazing and the staff were great. On the Sunday we’d booked to go to the Tower of London, a stop not on the drop offs but Mark dropped us off there before doing the original drops, he then pin dropped me the new pick up point as the road was closed due to the BAFTAs being held on Sunday. This is my 4th trip with Jones International and it certainly won’t be my last, they’re friendly reliable and extremely good value breaks. We’ll done to you all and hope to travel with you again soon.

Great trip from start to finish. Only one thing we got picked at Newport where normallyWe could get picked up at magor. But then driver told us he had to pick up at magor. Which was annoying. But the driver was brilliant. Trip was wonderful. Mark was informative, friendly and looked after his passengers. And the show ‘come alive’ was amazing! Hotel was also great! This is our 3rd trip with jones the buses and looking forward to another trip

Callum the driver and friend went over and above to make our trip special from pick up to drop off ,we had a lot more from the trip then expected, refreshments on the bus ,a tour around London. The hotel was clean and comfortable with an outstanding breakfast. The show at the 02 was outstanding and the food was lovely and warm and tasty.the only downside was the walk from the bus to the 02 it was on the flat but some of the older ladies on the bus found it hard ,but this was out of the drivers hands. I would highly recommend jones travel plus the driver who made our trip so special x

Another excellent trip with Jones the bus. Our theatre seats were excellent, 5 rows from the stage. Mark was a perfect driver/host and looked after everyone perfectly. The hotel was excellent, we had a lovely hot buffet after the show and a delicious breakfast the next day. I look forward to my best trip to Torquay at Easter

This was our second time on this trip and it was even better than the first. Callum was our best Jones driver and tour guide yet (and that takes some beating), the sight seeing through London was amazing, the driving, information, organisation and perfect timing throughout was excellent. The party was even better the second time around, you'll swear you're in Greece. Food and atmosphere first class. Hotel, breakfast, day in Windsor, all excellent. Looking for our next adventure now. of course it's 5 stars, never any less with Jones

Mark our bus driver. what a wonderful experience we had with him and his knowledge of the areas we passed. And an accepting smooth journey. 100 % the best time we had.

This was our 1st trip with jones International but will certainly NOT be our last. From pick up to drop off everything was perfect. Our driver Cory was friendly and informative, a very safe driver. Cannot fault the hotel rooms, they were spotlessly clean and breakfast was delicious. I would like to give a special mention to Gemma "in the office" as told to us by Cory, who hand picked our theatre seats which were fantastic, thank you Gemma. I was also told my friends who were with me that they have already booked another trip in May for my 60th birthday, I cannot wait. We'll done to all at Jones International.

Absolutely brilliant trip again with Jones international, this is the second time we've been to Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds with them, highly recommended, the hotel was brilliant, evening meal and breakfast was delicious, our driver James was outstanding, nothing too much trouble for him. The excursions were brilliant. We had a fantastic time as always with Jones international.

First time using your company and wow What a fabulous weekend we had in London. Really can’t fault the trip. Bus was comfortable and the driver mark was really helpful and kept us informed all the way. He made a point of coming around in the evening to make sure we were all good and happy with the day. Will most definitely travel with your company again. Absolutely fabulous.

Very well organised, great value for money. Our bus driver, Callum, was friendly and informative, and I loved listening to his facts about London while we travelled through the city! I have booked a Christmas trip already for November.

As always Jones the Bus turn up Trump. However the venue for the gin tasting was very disappointing. We expected to be in a private room. We shared the room with people there for food and drink. It was very loud and the young lady who gave the presentation was having to shout so that we could hear her. Then the rugby came on which made the situation worse. The food was very enjoyable tho. The venue needs to be looked at then this could be an extremely great weekend

A very enjoyable weekend from beginning to end! Coach driver James was friendly whilst professional and very clear with timings etc.We had plenty of time for sightseeing in Stratford,Broadway and Bourton on the Water.The Hotel was definitely 4 star ,it was very smart and modern,staff were very efficient and friendly ,the evening dinner was delicious ( much better standard than other coach holidays I have been on) First time to travel with Jones International,it certainly won't be the last.Thank you to the team .

Myself and my daughter had a fab time on this trip especially having a driver like Mark, he was friendly, jolly and was accurate with all pick ups, meeting after show, and drop off back home. He made us feel comfortable on the coach and a safe driver. We will sure be making further trips with Jones the bus . X

The coach timings were very accurate and ran to perfect time. The coach as always spotlessly clean. James our driver was very entertaining and informative. Very enjoyable midweek break, looking forward to booking more trips with you.

We were picked up on time at the allotted time. The coach and driver were excellent. The driver was friendly and communicated readily with the passengers. The show was superb and the overnight accommodation was good. All in all an excellent mid week break and I would recommend the company to anyone.

Our driver Nigel was absolutely lovely, gave us regular updates of times of drop and pick ups, made our weekend very enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble for him, we will definitely being booking another trip soon.

Had a fabulous time. Cory was our driver who we have had before and is great. Lovely hotel in Greenwich, I would mention its a long journey, would have been nice to have had some time in Greenwich when we got there as it's a lovely area. The show is just brilliant, lovely food and a wonderful venue, we had such a good time. Coaches are always immaculate and on time.

Fabulous Service, Fabulous staff. Was a great stress free experience. All arrangements fully fulfilled. Accommodation was excellant, good seats at the theatre, pickups and drops off, were of course traffic dependant but not late for everything. Fully appraised throughout of itinerary. A unexpected few extra hours in London due to mechanical issues, but a replacement was dispatched arriving in a timely manner. Great thanks to Cory and Mark.

Callum was our driver and he was excellent, I’d definitely give him a 10. Everything ran like clockwork, the hotel was very central and easy to walk to the big shopping area. The seats for the show were a few rows from the front, with a perfect view of everything. Once again Jones Coaches you have excelled yourselves

We all thoroughly enjoyed our overnight trip to see Mama Mia the Party. Corey our driver was superb, keeping us well informed of all travel arrangements /times. Novotel Greenwich excellent with comfy beds and lovely choice for breakfast. Lovely stop off in Windsor en route back to South Wales. Can’t fault anything. Thankyou.

I bought this trip as a Xmas present for my elderly parents. They wanted me to post a review on their behalf. The lads on the bus Callum and Matt were fabulous, really lovely helpful boys. The hotel was fantastic, the food, room and staff were all top notch. Thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days and would highly recommend travelling with you again. Thank you!

Excellent trip - great service. James (the driver) very helpful and informative. We mixed bags up at the end, and he offered to drive back to Carmathen after driving all the way back from London to exchange, although I declined his offer as it was my fault! 11/10 - thank you!

What a fabulous trip. James was great as usual. I use a mobility scooter and he was so helpful. Coach very clean and we were well informed of all drop off points etc. Given choice of where we wanted to be dropped off and what attractions nearby. We had live commentary on the coach as we drove through central London. Hotel was 5 star and the view of Tower Bridge which was within 100 yards fantastic. James’s knowledge of the City is outstanding and felt totally safe. Will always travel with this company. I have also travelled alone a few times and met people who became friends and this is what this trip was, a new friend thanks to Jones the Bus

Highly recommend Jones International. This was our first trip with you and we were not disappointed. The whole trip was fantastic, Our driver Shaun was brilliant and shout out to Gemma aswell for all the behind the scenes work. The hotel, the travel and itinerary was outstanding. Our annual 2-4-1 trip to Riviera hotel was fabulous as always. We love going back there & throughout the year as staff are so friendly, lovely clean comfortable rooms, really good food & good location for walking down to promenade or buses outside to other places. The entertainment in the showbar was fantastic & we really enjoyed it.

Great weekend away. Coach 4 out of 6, Korrie was our driver. We all had a great time. Hotel was stunning, food was delicious, and laughed all weekend. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely time. Typical seaside hotel, basic but clean and welcoming staff. Entertainment ok with good company and happy atmosphere. Our driver Mark was excellent and helped make our trip. He was helpful and informative. Thank you Mark.

Faultless from start to finish. Nigel our driver was punctual, kept us well informed of timings, etc, but above all was friendly and approachable. His aim was to make sure we enjoyed our trip. Thanks also to his wife Jean who helped out to make sure our room keys were there for us when we got back to our hotel, which incidentally was fantastic. Have already booked for next December!

Was recommended Jones coach trips by my friends mother who has been on a few. It was a birthday treat and from the time we got picked up by Nigel to time dropped off could not fault it. I always drive places but this was so nice to sit back and no hassle. We had time enough in every stop and Nigel was very informative and nothing was no problem. Will defence be booking again. Travelled with this company for the first time this weekend and I couldn’t recommend them more. We went on a trip to the Harry Potter Studios on the Saturday and then into London on the Sunday. Could not thank Callum and Matthew enough for their help.They were very attentive throughout the trip. Callum the driver was extremely knowledgeable in relation to London and the surrounding areas.The coach itself was of an extremely high standard. Had USB sockets to charge devices, which was a big plus. We stopped for adequate breaks and the timings were spot on.Callum did well in adapting to unforeseen delays on the roads and went above and beyond to find an alternate route to get everyone home as soon as possible.The accommodation booked was wonderful and the value for money for this trip was exceptional. My first ever coach trip and it won’t be my last. Thank you again for making our trip so special and we can’t wait for our next adventure with you.
