A very enjoyable weekend from beginning to end! Coach driver James was friendly whilst professional and very clear with timings etc.We had plenty of time for sightseeing in Stratford,Broadway and Bourton on the Water.The Hotel was definitely 4 star ,it was very smart and modern,staff were very efficient and friendly ,the evening dinner was delicious ( much better standard than other coach holidays I have been on) First time to travel with Jones International,it certainly won't be the last.Thank you to the team .
Thoroughly enjoyable tour. Nathan was exemplary in the way he organised the two days not only driving efficiently but managing the hotel arrangements and delivering us to city locations. He is an asset to your organisation.
Myself and my daughter had a fab time on this trip especially having a driver like Mark, he was friendly, jolly and was accurate with all pick ups, meeting after show, and drop off back home. He made us feel comfortable on the coach and a safe driver. We will sure be making further trips with Jones the bus . X

The coach timings were very accurate and ran to perfect time. The coach as always spotlessly clean. James our driver was very entertaining and informative. Very enjoyable midweek break, looking forward to booking more trips with you.
We were picked up on time at the allotted time. The coach and driver were excellent. The driver was friendly and communicated readily with the passengers. The show was superb and the overnight accommodation was good. All in all an excellent mid week break and I would recommend the company to anyone.
Another fantastic time away with jones international. We had the lovely Korrie driving us, he always goes above and beyond to make everyone’s trip special. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Our driver Nigel was absolutely lovely, gave us regular updates of times of drop and pick ups, made our weekend very enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble for him, we will definitely being booking another trip soon.
Had a fabulous time. Cory was our driver who we have had before and is great. Lovely hotel in Greenwich, I would mention its a long journey, would have been nice to have had some time in Greenwich when we got there as it's a lovely area. The show is just brilliant, lovely food and a wonderful venue, we had such a good time. Coaches are always immaculate and on time.

Fabulous Service, Fabulous staff. Was a great stress free experience. All arrangements fully fulfilled. Accommodation was excellant, good seats at the theatre, pickups and drops off, were of course traffic dependant but not late for everything. Fully appraised throughout of itinerary. A unexpected few extra hours in London due to mechanical issues, but a replacement was dispatched arriving in a timely manner. Great thanks to Cory and Mark.
Callum was our driver and he was excellent, I’d definitely give him a 10. Everything ran like clockwork, the hotel was very central and easy to walk to the big shopping area. The seats for the show were a few rows from the front, with a perfect view of everything. Once again Jones Coaches you have excelled yourselves

Lovely weekend in London ,hotel was right by tower bridge. Drinks were quite pricey but it was to be expected. Lovely to see James who has a wealth of knowledge about London again. Nothing was to much trouble for him

We all thoroughly enjoyed our overnight trip to see Mama Mia the Party. Corey our driver was superb, keeping us well informed of all travel arrangements /times. Novotel Greenwich excellent with comfy beds and lovely choice for breakfast. Lovely stop off in Windsor en route back to South Wales. Can’t fault anything. Thankyou.

I bought this trip as a Xmas present for my elderly parents. They wanted me to post a review on their behalf. The lads on the bus Callum and Matt were fabulous, really lovely helpful boys. The hotel was fantastic, the food, room and staff were all top notch. Thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days and would highly recommend travelling with you again. Thank you!
Excellent trip - great service. James (the driver) very helpful and informative. We mixed bags up at the end, and he offered to drive back to Carmathen after driving all the way back from London to exchange, although I declined his offer as it was my fault! 11/10 - thank you!

What a fabulous trip. James was great as usual. I use a mobility scooter and he was so helpful. Coach very clean and we were well informed of all drop off points etc. Given choice of where we wanted to be dropped off and what attractions nearby. We had live commentary on the coach as we drove through central London. Hotel was 5 star and the view of Tower Bridge which was within 100 yards fantastic. James’s knowledge of the City is outstanding and felt totally safe. Will always travel with this company. I have also travelled alone a few times and met people who became friends and this is what this trip was, a new friend thanks to Jones the Bus

Highly recommend Jones International. This was our first trip with you and we were not disappointed. The whole trip was fantastic, Our driver Shaun was brilliant and shout out to Gemma aswell for all the behind the scenes work. The hotel, the travel and itinerary was outstanding. Our annual 2-4-1 trip to Riviera hotel was fabulous as always. We love going back there & throughout the year as staff are so friendly, lovely clean comfortable rooms, really good food & good location for walking down to promenade or buses outside to other places. The entertainment in the showbar was fantastic & we really enjoyed it.
Great weekend away. Coach 4 out of 6, Korrie was our driver. We all had a great time. Hotel was stunning, food was delicious, and laughed all weekend. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely time. Typical seaside hotel, basic but clean and welcoming staff. Entertainment ok with good company and happy atmosphere. Our driver Mark was excellent and helped make our trip. He was helpful and informative. Thank you Mark.

Driver courteous and on the lookout for everyone's welfare. Hotel and entertainment not as good as what we had last year in Torquay but no complaints.

Faultless from start to finish. Nigel our driver was punctual, kept us well informed of timings, etc, but above all was friendly and approachable. His aim was to make sure we enjoyed our trip. Thanks also to his wife Jean who helped out to make sure our room keys were there for us when we got back to our hotel, which incidentally was fantastic. Have already booked for next December!

Was recommended Jones coach trips by my friends mother who has been on a few. It was a birthday treat and from the time we got picked up by Nigel to time dropped off could not fault it. I always drive places but this was so nice to sit back and no hassle. We had time enough in every stop and Nigel was very informative and nothing was no problem. Will defence be booking again. Thank you for making my birthday an enjoyable one

We had an amazing couple of days. The show was fantastic, 4* hotel and the trip to Battersea shopping mall was fab. Travelled with this company for the first time this weekend and I couldn’t recommend them more. We went on a trip to the Harry Potter Studios on the Saturday and then into London on the Sunday. Could not thank Callum and Matthew enough for their help.They were very attentive throughout the trip. Callum the driver was extremely knowledgeable in relation to London and the surrounding areas.The coach itself was of an extremely high standard. Had USB sockets to charge devices, which was a big plus. We stopped for adequate breaks and the timings were spot on.Callum did well in adapting to unforeseen delays on the roads and went above and beyond to find an alternate route to get everyone home as soon as possible.The accommodation booked was wonderful and the value for money for this trip was exceptional. My first ever coach trip and it won’t be my last. Thank you again for making our trip so special and we can’t wait for our next adventure with you.

Our very first holiday with your company. Sean, the driver, was great very knowledgeable. The Tower Hotel was an excellent choice . I've already booked another trip with Jones International to see Elvis in June. I can't wait.
The trip was very nice but very tiring. It felt like we didn't have enough quality time and were rushing from one place to another. The first day early start and the long journey still travelling at 7 in the evening was far too long. The day in Liverpool was lovely but then we had another early start the following day which meant you couldn't really have a late night in Liverpool and were aeake very early again. Leaving an hour later 10.30 or 11 would have made such a massive difference.
Had an excellent break visiting Belgium James our driver was amazing and nothing was too much trouble He kept us fully informed at all times and his sense of humour was entertaining His obvious skill and experience meant we all got the most of this excellent holiday

Firstly thankyou to our driver Mark. This was my 2nd time away with your company. First time was to Torquay which was great. I really enjoyed the Christmas markets and visiting the Cathedrals in each location. I will be booking again with your company in the future. Brilliant trip, Blenheim very entertaining with the Peter Pan exhibition and the light trail. Overnight stay at a good hotel, and Bath to walk around next day. Our driver James as ever professional and helpful even let me charge my phone on his point as there weren't any on the bus. Thoroughly enjoyed. Ten out of ten
Another wonderful trip with this company. As always our driver James was great, nothing too much trouble and he's very knowledgeable. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough , from the moment you get on the bus until your trip is over you are looked after like part of the family. Best by far to travel with. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Lovely trip and good value. Driver polite and courteous. Only minus was the Hotel room which was not very clean , carpet had brown stains over it, dirty mug left in room , bathroom not very clean. Overall an excellent trip.
Mark was our driver, he was really friendly and happy to help. He gave us good directions to get to the markets. Wonderful few days away, to places, we haven't been too before. This was our 2nd trip with Jones The Bus and wr would highly recommend them to friends and family xx
