If you would like us to delete your account and associated personal data relating to services provided by Jones International, you may submit a request using the form on this page.
If you use the Jones The Bus mobile application, you can also request deletion directly within the app by navigating to:
Account → Request Account Deletion.
Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and locate any records associated with your account. We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days.
We will delete personal data associated with your account, including your name, contact details, profile information, messages, booking information and any saved preferences. Please note that we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation to do so, such as booking records required for financial or regulatory purposes.
