Data Deletion Request

If you would like us to delete your account and associated personal data relating to services provided by Jones International, trading as Jones The Bus, you can submit a request using the form on this page. This applies whether you signed up for your account via our website or our Jones The Bus mobile app.

If you use the Jones The Bus mobile application, you can also request deletion directly within the app by navigating to:
Account → Request Account Deletion.

This option is available to you whether you signed up through the app or the website.

What happens next?

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and locate any records associated with your account. We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days.

What data will be deleted?

We will delete personal data associated with your account, including your name, contact details, profile information, messages, booking information and any saved preferences. Please note that we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation to do so, such as booking records required for financial or regulatory purposes.
