Join us for an illuminating break away as we take you to Kew Gardens for this years spectacular light show.
Day One - Kew Gardens
Departing South Wales in the morning (all pick-ups should take place between 8am and 11am), we stop off in Henley for an early afternoon stop off. Here you'll have a couple of hours, enough time for a late lunch or a wander around this quaint town on the Thames.
From here it's on to Kew. This year's Christmas at Kew promises to be better than ever with brand new displays along with some of the annual favourites.
Please be aware that entry to Christmas at Kew on this date is restricted to adults only.
*Please note that there will be a short walk from the coach drop off point to the start of the Illuminated Trail at Kew.
Before you book: We would like to let you know that this is a 3km illuminated trail (and not a light show), which will take around 2.5 - 3 hours to complete.
Stroll through the sparkling Tunnel of Light twinkling with thousands of fairy lights, and be greeted by fiery sculptures aglow with flickering flames in the scented Fire Garden. And with plenty of street food vendors along the way you could enjoy some festive food and drinks under the stars.
At the end of your visit, we'll take you to the Holiday Inn London Heathrow Bath Road hotel for your overnight bed and breakfast stay. If you haven't taken the opportunity to enjoy the festive food and drink options on offer while you are visiting Kew - then the hotel has a large modern restaurant and bar, if you'd prefer to relax and enjoy a more leisurely meal later in the evening once checked in!
Day Two - Bath Christmas Market
Following breakfast, we depart from the hotel at approximately 9am and travel west towards the beautiful city of Bath.
Steeped in history and renowned for its stunning Georgian architecture, Bath offers a wonderful blend of heritage, shopping, and dining. During the festive season, the city comes alive with its famous Christmas Market, where charming wooden chalets offer unique gifts, seasonal treats, and a truly magical atmosphere.
After time at leisure, we depart Bath at approximately 4pm, returning to South Wales later that evening.
