Come with us to "Notting Hill" as we take you to one of London’s most famous and vibrant spots, the world-famous Portobello Road Market.
Day One - Portobello Road
Departing South Wales in the morning we head along the motorway, taking a break along the way to arrive in Notting Hill at around 1.30-2pm.
Here, you'll find Portobello Road Market. We say "Market", but in reality, this fabulous slice of London is five markets in one! Search through the secondhand section, hunt out the household goods, feel the clothes & fashion and fresh produce..and that's without the antiques!
Browsing and haggling are all part of the fun in this most historical of street markets, with sellers coming from all over the world to tempt you into taking home something totally unique.
We'll give you the rest of the afternoon to enjoy your time to explore the market and surrounding area, making our way back the the super stylish Holiday Inn at London Heathrow at approximately 6-6.30pm to check for your overnight bed and breakfast stay.
Day Two - Covent Garden
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, it'll be time to get back onboard, and we'll take you into central London, and over to Covent Garden where you'll find all the craft stalls and street entertainment set amongst the buildings of the old fruit market, not a bad way to spend a Sunday!
Well be departing at 3pm for a late evening return home.
