Day One - Gloucester
Departing south Wales we head over to the city of Gloucester, where we'll drop you off at the Gloucester Quays retail outlet. Set in a stunning waterside location in the heart of Gloucester docks, just a short walk from the city centre and attractions like Gloucester cathedral and the National Waterways Museum, Gloucester Quays is home to numerous designer and high street fashion brands as well as a range of leisure outlets including coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a cinema.
At the end of the afternoon, we'll leave Gloucester to make our way over to nearby Cheltenham town centre for a one-night bed and breakfast stay at the perfectly placed Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham Town Centre, conveniently located in the centre of Cheltenham, with plenty of places to go out for a meal and a few drinks nearby.
Cheltenham has a fabulous selection of places to eat, with many just a few yards from the hotel at the old Brewery Quarter, but venture further in, and you'll discover everything from Indian street food to a branch of the Ivy in the town's Montpellier area!
And with places from Wetherspoons to wonderful wine bars... You’ll be sure of a good night out!
