Join us for a fun pre Christmas getaway as we take you to Torquay (staying at the Riviera Hotel) for a festive weekend!

Day One - Exeter Christmas Market
Departing South Wales, we head to the cathedral city of Exeter, where the city's Christmas Market* will be taking place around the area of the cathedral.

An interesting place to visit at any time of the year, Exeter’s history is rich and long, pre-dating the arrival of the Romans in AD 50. This is reflected in its fascinating visitor attractions including its unique Underground Passages, it's magnificent Cathedral, imposing Roman wall and beautiful Quayside. Exeter is also home to the award-winning Royal Albert Memorial Museum where visitors can explore the city’s 2,000-year history under one roof!

From here it's on to Torquay for our two-night stay with evening meals and breakfast included at the Riviera Hotel. The Riviera hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from the seafront and boasts it's own cabaret entertainment room, sports bar and restaurant.

Torquay itself has some great places to visit at all times of the year, and with town centre stops en route and return it’s a great way to spend a weekend!

*Christmas Market dates correct at time of advertising. Jones International cannot be held laible for any changes to the running dates of Christmas Markets

Day Two – Free in Torquay
Enjoy your time on the English Riviera – Christmas is a great time visit - enjoy the stunning sea views and the amazing Bay of Lights, with this year's display promising to be brighter than ever! Great places to lunch and drink along with typical high street shopping, Torquay is an excellent place for a weekend away, all year round!

Day Three - Bristol
After breakfast we depart Torquay and head on to Bristol City Centre, where we hope to arrive shortly before midday.

Located in the heart of the city centre, Bristol's Christmas Market is home over 40 stalls selling everything from crafts to food and drink plus much more; and if that's not enough you can enjoy excellent shopping at Bristol's Broadmead & Cabot Circus Shopping Centres.

We'll be leaving Bristol by 3pm for a late evening return home.
