Longleat's iconic Festival of Light is back for 2026!
From the incredible 15 metre Enchanted Christmas and Santa Train, to spectacular luminous displays bringing the historic house to life... the amazing fountain display on Half Mile Pond, and then there's the winter drive through safari ...all set in the UKs original safari park.
Day One
Departing early in the morning, we head to Longleat Safari Park for lunchtime to enjoy everything that the park has to offer. Your day includes the Winter Drive Through Safari, Main Square where you can visit Koala Creek, Monkey Temple and more! And as dusk settles, the amazing light show brings a dazzling display to Longleat's stunning grounds and gardens.
At the end of the evening, we take you back to Bristol city centre for a one-night stay at the Leonardo Hotel Bristol City. Here you’ll enjoy a bed and breakfast stay with the city on your doorstep...and with such a vast choice of venues hosting the arts and entertainment. Brilliant street food and restaurants.. you can stay out late.. or enjoy the hotel. It has its own restaurant if you want to relax for the evening.
Day Two
Enjoy a leisurely start to the day, maybe have an extra hour in bed before your complimentary breakfast. Leave your bags at reception and explore the city in the daytime. Bristol is full of history and great buildings…but you may just want to squeeze in some last-minute Christmas shopping at the new Cabot Circus Shopping Centre, or grab a bite to eat before we head home that afternoon.
