Day One - Birmingham
Departing South Wales we take you to the centre of Birmingham and on to the Ibis Birmingham City Centre Hotel. Check in for your overnight bed and breakfast stay here will be available later on in the afternoon so drop your bags at reception, head out and explore what's on your doorstep before checking in at your leisure later that day.
With so many of the top attractions nestled next to each other your only worry is where to begin!
The main shopping centre is the Bullring, with it's disc clad futuristic building....but don't forget the Mailbox and Grand Central centres too. And if you fancy a nibble then pop along to the Independent boutiques of Great Western Arcade where places like Miss Macaroon and the cheese shop, Anderson & Hill will lead you into temptation...
And if eating out is your thing then Birmingham has it all! From street food to world famous curry houses and even Michelin Star restaurants... you definitely won't go hungry!
Then you have the Jewellery Quarter.. the Canals... the Custard Factory where arts, street food and live music all come together and so much more.. you'll wonder why you hadn't already been to this fabulous Midlands marvel before.
Day Two - Gloucester Quays
After breakfast and check out from the hotel it's around 1.5 hours drive to the Gloucester Quays retail outlet.
Set in a stunning waterside location in the heart of Gloucester Docks, just a short walk from the city centre and attractions like Gloucester cathedral and the National Waterways Museum, Gloucester Quays is home to numerous designer and high street fashion brands as well as a range of leisure outlets including coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a cinema.
We'll be departing from Gloucester Quays by 3.30pm, and arriving home in the evening.
