Vibrant. It's a word that gets used to describe so much these days, but the iconic Camden Lock Market is surely a place that deserves that title. Nestled alongside the Regents canal, this warren of streets and stalls are sure to have you captivated with everything it has to offer; it's a great place for starting off your three days in the city!
Day One
Departing South Wales we head to London and on to the fabulous Camden Market, where we hope to arrive at approximately 12.30-1pm. Situated next to Regents canal, the world renowned market is a warren of fashion and curiosities, and you'll have the whole of Friday afternoon to explore and browse....
At the end of the afternoon we'll be ready to pick you up and get you checked in at the Holiday Inn London Kensington High Street hotel for your two night bed and breakfast stay. The hotel is in the perfect location for your three day city break - situated in a quiet spot close to the shops of Kensington High Street and just a few minutes walk from the nearest tube underground station.
With plenty of cabs outside and the Tube just a short walk away, you can stay local or head out in London's West End for the night!
Day Two
Enjoy your day!
Wake up late.. take breakfast.. or get up early and hit the shops, museums, exhibitions, take a sightseeing tour and check out everything London has to offer! It's your holiday.. so you're free to come and go as you please.
Day Three
Have a leisurely breakfast then hop on board, we have two departure points* to help you make the most of your final day in London: Knightsbridge for the Natural History and Science Museums and the V&A ,along with Harrods and the designer shops too .. or County Hall on the South Bank for the sights, the River Thames and attractions like the London Eye are just a few things you could enjoy.
Departing 3pm for a late evening return home.
