Day One - Hampton Court Palace
Departing South Wales we take you Hampton Court Palace. Experience the dramas and private lives of Henry VIII, his wives and children im the Tudor court. See Henry’s Great Hall, the infamous Haunted Gallery and the Tudor kitchens. Discover the spectacular baroque palace built for William III and Mary II.
And to get you ready for the following day, you can explore the magnificent gardens.
At the end of your visit we take you to the excellent Voco Reading hotel for an overnight stay. Here you’ll be treated to a buffet style dinner, accommodation and full English breakfast the following morning.
Day Two - Bath
The following day we’ll check out from the hotel in the morning to make our way to Bath, where we aim to arrive for around 11am.
The city of Bath Spa, as the name suggests, was and still is famed for it’s Roman baths. After a £7 million refurbishment, you can now take a tour of this most historic of buildings. Bath is also home to great shopping , restaurants and bars … if you retail therapy is more your thing!
We'll be departing by 4pm for a late evening return home.
