Day One
Travelling north we take our first port of call at beautiful Buxton, the jewel of the Peak District.
The town offers something for everyone, from the Pavilion gardens and Opera house to the Devonshire Dome and Pooles Cavern. With four distinct shopping areas and great places to lunch...
From here it's on to Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Hotel in Sheffield for a one night stay with evening meal and breakfast included.
Day Two - Emmerdale Village Tour
After breakfast and checking out from the hotel it's time to get back on the road for the main event, the Emmerdale Village Tour! Located in the grounds of the Harewood Estate in Leeds you’ll see the Woolpack, the village shop and so much more when the crew down scripts allowing you to wander this fictional village.
This fully guided, walking tour of the exterior set takes around 1.5 hours and, as it is a working TV set, is only available on selected weekend dates during the year. It is an outside, fully guided walking tour and guests are advised to read the access statement and to wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
At the end of the tour we begin our journey home, taking comfort breaks at the services before arriving home late evening.

The lovely Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Hotel in Sheffield has a great facilities with a gym also on site. It is located on the outskirts of Sheffield City Centre. A 15 minute walk away from all the shops if you feel like exploring.
The hotel is situated right next to the River Don, you can enjoy an evening stroll along the river pathway.
