Day One
Departing South Wales we head to Blenheim Palace for this years Christmas Market and Illuminated Trail. Blenheim’s state rooms will be lavishly decorated in a fairy tale setting, with plenty of hidden surprises. This year's theme is The Palace of Oz.
The Great Court is home to the Christmas Market with a variety of stalls including ceramics, textiles, homewares, jewellery, toys and so much more. As the sun sets, enjoy the magical Illuminated Trail. The field of light, scented fire garden and the voices of the singing trees are just a few of the things to look out for.
At the end of your visit it's just over an hour's drive to take you to the Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham hotel for you overnight bed and breakfast stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Cheltenham, with plenty of places to go out for a meal and few drinks nearby should you wish to.
Day Two - Cheltenham
After a leisurely breakfast we’ll arrange for you to drop your bags off on the coach so that you are free to explore the town and all it has to offer.
Cheltenham is the most complete Regency town in Britain and one of the few English towns in which traditional and contemporary architecture complement each other. There’s plenty more shopping at the Promenade and the town centre too, and lots of excellent restaurants to grab a bite to eat before heading home
