Join us as we take you into the heart of Rabbie Burns country for an evening of music and poetry on this most historic of Scottish nights
Day One
Departing South Wales we head North, taking breaks along the way before arriving at the fabulous Riverside Lodge Hotel in Irvine, Ayrshire.
Once checked in you'll be treated to three nights accommodation along with evening meals and a full Scottish breakfast each morning.
Day Two - Ayr & Burns Night
Today we have a leisurely start to the day before heading to the coastal town of Ayr. Best known for its beaches, history and rather appropriately....connections to Rabbie Burns!
That evening it's the main event to celebrate Burns Night at the hotel! From a piper to a four course Burns themed dinner... and of course a verse or two of words from the man himself.
Day Three - Glasgow
This morning we make our way to Scotland's second city, Glasgow. Situated on the banks of the River Clyde, this modern city boasts a wealth of art and culture along with some of the best shopping streets in the UK. With the designer shops on Buchanan street, beautiful arcades and high street stores are alongside the city’s impressive architecture. Glasgow Tower, the science centre plus a host of museums and galleries all help make Glasgow the vibrant city it is today.
Day Four
Time to say farewell to Scotland as we head South, arriving back home later that evening.
