Day One
Leaving south Wales we take you to the the worlds favourite capital, London! Arriving at midday and stopping off at Knightsbridge or Oxford Street, helping you to shop for those perfect presents (or just treat yourself….). With all the top high street stores, cosy pubs and cocktail bars a plenty…it’s not a bad place to start your Christmas shop!
That evening it's back to the super stylish Holiday Inn at London Heathrow (Bath Road). Opened in 2018, this modern hotel is the perfect setting to unwind after a day in the city. As you'd expect from such a new hotel, the rooms are ultra clean and fresh, with free WiFi and 24hr room service available.. you can relax and be ready to hit the Bath city centre the next day.
A note about your included evening meal: For convenience and value, your break includes a simple evening meal as part of your hotel stay. The hotel's evening meal is designed to cater for a larger group of people together at the same time, so you may find that the choices are more basic and limited. We recognise that it may not always meet the expectations of those that would prefer a superior dining experience from an extensive menu, and we recommend that you bear this in mind when booking this break. Most hotels have alternative options via a bar and or room service menu to purchase at your own expense, should the inclusive evening meal not meet your own personal preference
Day Two
After your breakfast it’s a 9am start as we make our way along the M4 and on to Bath, where we hope to arrive at around 11am (or shortly after).
As the Bath Christmas Market will be taking place during this weekend then our drop off point for the city centre will be on Royal Avenue (around 10-15 minutes walk from the main Christmas Market area), which is the only permitted drop off point for coaches while the Christmas Market is running.
In addition to the bustling Christmas Market, you'll also find a host of high street shops and boutique stores alongside charming cafe’s and trendy bars.. but there's so much more. The Pump Rooms, the Abbey and even the Thermae Spa are to name a few.. but why not explore and find your own favourite!?
We'll be leaving Bath by 4pm and arriving back home in the evening.
