So.. we at Jones International decided to offer something that no other coach travel holiday company ( to our knowledge) have ever done before - a holiday with Eurocamp.

As this is our personal opinion ( Neil, our Managing Director and part of our coach driver team) , and Gemma (who works in the office)   as we both have families and wanted to be able to offer something different to our customers in the style of the family holidays that we enjoy.

This year we planned and went on our very first "Eurocamp by Coach" holiday, and nothing (not even Covid!) was going to stop us and our enthusiastic customers that came with us!

We were staying at La Croix du Vieux Pont Campsite in central France. The distance is about right by coach is about right:  3hrs from Calais which to those that travel, isn't too bad. The accommodation is self catering (a departure for Neil who likes to be waited on hand and foot..!!!) but staying on the holiday park you'll have  absolutely everything you need. Including a barbecue!

The on site shop is handy.. but not as cheap as it could be. Of course.. Jones the bus take you to the supermarket.. for almost half price groceries... but.. on site bakery does mean fresh croissants every day!

Pools.. if you're travelling without children in peak season.. expect them to be full of children.. splashing and generally being annoying .. otherwise the spaces are great. You can fish, do archery, mess about on a pedalo.. chill at a beach bar, order from an ice cream parlour, hire a bike, ride a pony... and so on. So there's plenty to do.

The village is a bit charming. A castle, the town hall, bistros you expect Renè and Yvette to pop out of.. then of course fresh fruit shopping and the obligatory patisserie. Along with a weekly market it's not a bad option to escape the holiday camp occasionally.

As a company we've offered days out to the very French Parc Asterix and to the beautiful champagne city of Reims. Paris is an option on future trips.

Would i bring my own family on this trip?
Yes. I know I'm biased, but if you hate airports and are sick of being crammed in like cattle on a plane it might be an alternative.

As said,it's a personal opinion buy we like to think It's truthful.

We've got more holidays planned for next year, click on the breaks below for full details and pricing, and of course if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
