Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information Update

Hello everyone!

We hope you're all safe and well and that you and your families are coping with everything that's going on at moment.

If you're an essential or key worker then THANK YOU for everything you're doing, and if like us you're desperately wanting to get back to work... hang in there!

While we haven't been out on the road (and our staff are wrapped up in a box in the attic ....) we have been busy adding new tours and dates to our 2021 line up, and with payments financially protected by Trust My Travel,  you've been busy booking your favourites already.

And on the note of booking ahead we would like to reassure you that all new bookings come with a guarantee that we will offer a transfer, financially protected credit voucher, or full refund if your break is affected by the Coronavirus, or any government restrictions put in place as a result of it. This is over and above our usual terms and conditions.

If you already have a booking with us

We have been working hard to make sure we can give our customers the break they deserve with the best possible experience.  We hope that the information below will offer some reassurance to you, but if you have any concerns please do contact us.

Unfortunately we have already had to cancel a number of breaks during July & August due to the cancellation of summer events & attractions that formed an important part of the itinerary. If your break was affected then you should have already received an email from us regarding this, but please get in touch if you are unsure or have any concerns.

If you have a  booking with us for an advertised break from late  July onwards then we are currently planning for your break to go ahead. Please be assured that if we are forced to cancel your break then you will be offered the choice of a full refund, transfer to any another break or a credit voucher (valid until December 2021). 

In addition to this, we will be allocating seating on our coaches to allow space between groups and ensuring that hygiene and cleanliness is a top priority.

Don't Want to Travel?

If you already feel that this summer is too soon, and you are not happy to travel then please get in touch with us to discuss alternative options. Unfortunately we are only able to offer a refund if your break becomes cancelled.

Rescheduled Breaks

If you are waiting to hear from us about rescheduling a break that has already been postponed by us please bear with us. Until there is further information and advice from the government about changes to restrictions currently in place regarding non essential travel & social distancing we are unable to confirm new dates for your break until we are confident that they will be able to go ahead.

Again, we thank you for your patience with this, and would like to assure you that we will contact you as soon as we are able to do so. In the meantime if you would prefer to book an alternative break either for later this year or during 2021 please get in touch with us.

Looking forward to 2021

We are already looking forward to 2021, and excited to be adding some fantastic new destinations, more of your favourites and all at the best possible value for money!

We are currently offering a super low £20pp INITIAL deposit for breaks departing between January and July 2021, so that you can give yourself something to look forward to! As mentioned above, we would like to reassure you that all new bookings come with a guarantee that we will offer a transfer, financially protected credit note, or full refund if your break is affected by the Coronavirus, or any government restrictions put in place as a result of it.

For now, a huge THANK YOU to those that have sent such kind messages of support , it means a great deal to us.

And those that have already re-booked or booked new breaks for next year we promise to work harder than ever to give you the break you deserve.
