Day One
Departing south Wales we head into England and northwards. We will stop for several refreshment breaks on our journey, before arriving late in the afternoon at the Park Inn by Radisson, York City Centre for your three night stay with evening meal and breakfast included each day.
The Park Inn by Radisson York City Centre offers a convenient central base for your city break in York, with easy access to all the top local attractions. Overlooking the River Ouse, the hotel is within walking distance of many of the city's attractions, giving you the flexibility to explore the city as you wish.
Day Two – Whitby and Pickering
Today we head to the North east coast of Yorkshire and on to the seaside town of Whitby. A thriving fishing harbour with charming streets, a steam railway and also the birthplace of Bram Stoker’s Dracula! Combined with excellent fish and chips, it’s a perfect stop off.
From here we head over the Yorkshire Moors and on to Pickering. The hub of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, this ancient market town is bustling with plenty of shops, local pubs and places to eat.
Day Three – Free in York
Day Four
Time to say goodbye to Yorkshire and head back to South Wales. With refreshment breaks along the way, and arriving back home that evening.
