We are looking for a part time (approx 20-25 hours per week) Holiday Sales & Administration Assistant to work alongside the Directors at our office on Station Road in Llandeilo. You may also on occasion be required to work from our Carmarthen Sales Desk.
This new role in our growing business will involve:
• Handling customer enquiries, new bookings and payments via telephone, email and in person at our office.
• Assisting with the preparation of tour departure paperwork
• Liaising with suppliers, employees and contractors
• Assisting with marketing and other promotional activities as and when required
• Provide assistance when required with any other aspects of the business
We are looking for an outgoing and energetic person with excellent customer service & IT skills plus experience of working in a customer facing environment.
We can offer a starting rate of pay at £12 per hour, with flexible working hours and the opportunity to travel!
